1Notice générale

Attention: Avant la mise en service de l’appareil veuillez lire avec attention ce
manuel.
Suivez toutes les instructions.
N’utilisez la boucheuse qu’après avoir lu ce manuel.
Seul une personne responsable est autorisée à utiliser la boucheuse.
D’autres personnes ne sont pas admises à proximité de l’appareil.
Le fournisseur décline toute responsabilité pour des dommages au cas où l’utilisateur ne
suivrait pas les instructions de ce manuel. En plus, il refuse la responsabilité à la suite de
manipulations non autorisées. La responsabilité est exclue par suite de force majeure, fausses
manipulations, entretien inapproprié et utilisation d’autres pièces de rechange que celles
livrées par le fournisseur.
1.1 Garantie
La garantie d’usine sur le matériel est de douze mois (pièce, main d’œuvre, hors dépla-
cement) à partir du moment de la livraison à condition que l’appareil soit traité d’une ma-nière
correcte et soigneuse. Les éléments électroniques sont exclus de la garantie ainsi que des
endommagements découlant de fausses manipulations et entretien.

2Mode d’emploi
1Mettre le levier en position haute.
2Placer le bouchon devant les mâchoires (voir croquis).
3Placer la bouteille sur l’assiette et la laisser remonter de manière
à ce que la bague de celle-ci vienne s’introduire dans
l’embouchoir (voir croquis).
4Descendre le levier jusqu’à ce qu’il butte contre l’arrêt.
Laisser remonter le levier en le retenant de manière à ralentir son
mouvement.
2.1 Mise en garde
Veiller à ce que la boucheuse soit posée de manière stable.
Lors du transport, tenir le levier pour éviter un choc de celui-ci.
Ne pas introduire les doigts dans la boîte où se trouvent les mâchoires
lorsque l’on descend le levier.
Ne jamais boucher une bouteille fissurée.
Ne boucher que les bouteilles pour le vin avec bague de grandeur normale.
Porter des gants de protection et des lunettes de sécurité pour éviter des
blessures si une bouteille se casse.
Etant donné les différentes qualités de bouchons existant sur le marché, et d’autres facteurs
inhérents à tout le système, nous ne pouvons prendre de garanties quant à la qualité du travail
effectué ; chaque utilisateur a le devoir de vérifier que l’opération se réalise correctement, et
que les réglages soient fait.

1General advice

Do not start the machine without reading the whole handbook first
Only properly instructed personell is allowed to operate the machine. All other
persons have to keep off the device.
The manufacturer declines all responsibilities for damages resulting from non-observance of
the instructions in this manual. All liability is excluded for any damages or failure arising from
unauthorized manipulations, force majeure, maloperation, improper maintenance or use of
non-genuine parts or non-standard equipment.
This manual has to be kept close to the machine to allow consultation any time.
1.1 Warranty
The warranty of the producer for this machine is limited to 12 months after the machine was
shipped from ELVA-mac (spare parts, work of our technicians; excluded trip, journey). This
warranty can only be allowed if the machine was treated properly. Electronic and electric parts
are excluded of the warranty, as well as damages due to incorrect handling and/or poor
maintenance. The warranty is limited to the exchange of defective parts. Shipping ex works.
ELVAmac SA cannot be sued for warranty in the following cases:
Modifications of the original material without the written agreement of ELVAmac SA
Damages arising from the use of non-genuine parts or non-standard equipment.
Damage due to improper manipulation by untrained persons with no authorization of ELVAmac

2Instructions
1Put the lever into the upper position.
2Put a cork in front of the chuck jaws (drawing).
3Put a bottle on the plate and let it go up until the collar comes
into the mouthpiece (drawing).
4Pull down the lever until the stop.
5Let the lever go up slowly without releasing it.
2.1 Warnings
The handcorker must be stable on the floor.
During the carrying hold the lever to prevent any impacts.
Don’t put fingers in the box where there are the chuck jaws during the
operations with the lever.
Don’t try to cork a damaged bottle.
Avoid all manipulations that could injure someone.
Cork only wine bottles with standard-sized collars.
Wear gloves and safety glasses to protect yourself if a bottle bursts.
Given the different existent cork qualities on the market and taking in account other factors in-
herent to the system, we cannot give guarantees as for the quality of the work undertaken;
each user has the duty to verify that the operation will be realized correctly.

1Allgemeine Hinweise
Mögliche Gefahren und Punkte, die besonderer Aufmerksamkeit bedürfen, sind mit folgendem

Wir bitten Sie, vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme die vorliegende Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam
zu lesen.
Befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen dieser Gebrauchsanweisung.
Setzen Sie den Apparat erst in Betrieb, nachdem Sie die
Gebrauchsanweisung vollständig gelesen haben.
Nur ausgebildetes Personal darf den Entkorker benützen.
Andere Personen müssen sich von von der Apparatur fern halten.
Bei unsachgemässer Handhabung und Missachtung der in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung
aufgeführten Punkte lehnt der Hersteller jede Haftung ab. Ebenso bei Störungen und Schäden,
die auf nicht autorisierte Aenderungen und Eingriffe zurückzuführen sind. Die Haftung ist
ausgeschlossen infolge von Ereignissen wie höherer Gewalt, fal-scher Bedienung,
mangelndem Unterhalt oder Einsatz von nicht-originalen Ersatzteilen. Diese Betriebsanleitung
ist während er ganzen Einsatzdauer der Maschine in Reichweite der Bedienperson
aufzubewahren.
1.1 Garantie
Die Fabrikationsgarantie gilt für 12 Monate (Ersatzteile, Arbeitsstunden, ausgenommen An-
und Abreise) ab Lieferung. Garantieansprüche können nur gemacht werden, wenn das Gerät
fachgerecht und sorgfältig behandelt wurde. Elektronische Elemente sind von der Garantie
ausgenommen, Schäden aufgrund von falscher Handhabung und mangelhafter Wartung
ebenso. Die Garantie beschränkt sich auf den Austausch von fehlerhaften Elementen.

2Verwendung der Maschine
Hebel ganz hochstellen
Einen Korken vor die Backen setzen (siehe Skizze).
Die Flaschen mit Druck nach unten auf den Flaschenteller
stellen und langsam hochkommen lassen, in dem der
Flaschenhals in die Maschine eingeführt wird (siehe Skizze).
Den Hebel herunterdrücken bis zum Anschlag.
Den Hebel vorsichtig in die Ausgangsstellung zurückgleiten
lassen
2.1 Warnungen
Die Handverkorkmaschine soll nur an einem sichern und flachen Arbeitsort
benutzt werden.
Beim Transport den Hebel festhalten um eventuelle Schläge zu vermeiden.
Beim Herunterdrücken des Hebels die Finger nie in die Nähe der Backen
halten.
Jegliche Benützung der Maschine verhindern, welche zu Verletzungen führen
könnte.
Nie beschädigte Flaschen verkorken.
Nur Weinflaschen mit normalem Flaschenhals verwenden.
Um Verletzungen zu vermeiden, wenn eine Flasche kaputt geht, ist es nötig,
während der Arbeit Schutzhandschuhe und eine Schutzbrille zu tragen.
Der unterschiedlichen Korkenqualitäten sowie anderer dem System anhaftender Faktoren
wegen können wir keine Garantie für das Resultat der Arbeit übernehmen. Jeder
Maschinenbenutzer trägt die Verantwortung, die korrekte Arbeitsweise laufend zu überprüfen.
