MAINTENANCE:
Check the Conductive Garment before each use for signs of wear and/or damage.
Replace StimGel Pads as required. See below for StimGel maintenance suggestions.
See label on garment for washing instructions.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
For all relevant hazards, contraindications, warnings, precautions and adverse side
effects, refer to the Operators Manual of the electrotherapy device. Using StimGel
Pads that are too small for your device could result in thermal burns. Garment should
never be used without StimGel pads. The back wrap is intended for single-patient use
only. Do not share the wrap with other persons because of the risks of adverse skin
reactions and disease transmission.
CAUTION:
Do not apply to broken skin. Should a skin rash or skin burn occur, immediately
discontinue use and contact your physician.
90 DAY WARRANTY:
Empi will repair or replace, at its facility, any product found to be defective. This warranty
does not apply to any product damaged by misuse, or repaired or altered by anyone
other than Empi in Clear Lake, SD.
This warranty is in lieu of any or all other warranties expressed or implied. No person is
authorized to bind Empi to any representative of warranty other than those specifically
set forth herein.
NOTE: Warranty period begins with the date of purchase from manufacturer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
ELECTRODEUSE:
You can extend the use of your
electrodes and StimGel Pads
by following these suggestions:
•Cleanse,rinseanddryskinpriortouse
•Storeelectrodesasindicatedon
packaging instructions
•Ifelectrodegelbecomesdry,adding
a few drops of water to gel surface
(sticky side) may help restore
adhesive gel of electrode. Let the
electrode sit for several minutes
before applying to skin.
WARNING:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Attach stimulater device or lead wire to the garment.
2. Lay the garment flat with the four conductive silver
snap zones facing up.
3. Remove liner from the GRID side of StimGel Pads.
4. Press the GRID side of the StimGel Pads over the
silver snap zones on the garment.
The StimGel Pad must cover each
conductive zone before use.
5. Remove the remaining liner and SAVE for
re-application to StimGel Pads in between uses.
6. Apply the garment conductive zone to your back
making sure that the StimGel Pads are aligned
on either side of the spine and not directly on
the spine. To re-position the conductive zones,
remove the garment completely. Re-adjusting
with StimGel Pads attached to skin may
cause Pads to roll up on themselves.
7. Turn stimulator on; adjust according to stimulator
and/or clinician instructions for treatment.
8. When stimulation session is complete,
turn stimulator off.
STORAGE:
9. Remove garment. The StimGel pads will lift off
skin and stay attached to the garment.
StimGel Pads remain on garment for storage.
10. Replace saved liner on gel pad. Be sure to place
the “ON” side against the StimGel Pad surface.
11. Roll garment up and store in package until next
treatment. Re-applying the liners, rolling up and
storing the garment in re-sealable bag will
prolong the life of the StimGel Pads.
