Introduction
Greetings!
Congratulations on the purchase of this professional toaster. Please take time
to carefully read through this manual before the usage and keep it for future
use.
Note: please follow the instructions stated in this manual. This will not only
increase the product’s service life, but also avoid causing personal injury to
the users.
Hopefully, this manual is helpful for you.
Purpose
This appliance is designed to toast multiple bread products (toasting double
sides). It could toast half white bread and bagel (only applicable for toasting
bread slice).

Operating Procedure

Before the First Use
1. Open the box and ensure all parts in good conditions. Please don’t use it
if the appliance is damaged and consult the service line.
2. Unpack all packages and remove all protective wrapping on the surface of
stainless steel.
3. The desktop shall be clean and dry.
enough to support the taster.
4. Place toaster collector tray to the bottom of cooking chamber. Connect the
raised parts in front of cooking chamber to two openings of crumb tray.
5. Put the grid rack onto the crumb tray.
6. A fan is placed at the rear of toaster. The fan extracts cold air and cools
off cooking chamber along the upper shell and the side of control panel. In
order to ensure better heat dissipation, please do not block the ventilation
slots. Please do not place the appliance near hot places (such as gas
oven, heater, stove or heating units).
Turning On
1. Plug unit into the proper voltage receptacle (Connect the power cord).
2. Turn power switch to ON and now the indicator light is on.
3. Twist the working model knob to “ALL” (both lower and up parts heating).
4. Allow a 20 min. warm-up period.
5. Put the food on the rack and place the rack onto the conveyor.
6. The toasting degree could be adjusted through conveyor speed control.
The slower the conveyor, the darker the toast color.
7. You could rotate the knob to the “UPPER” position or “LOWER” position

to only toast one side of bread (half baguette, white bread and bagel). If
the bread slice faces down, turn to the “LOWER” position. Or, the bread
slice faces up, turn to the “UPPER” position.
Note 1: When toaster suspends for a while, set switch to the
“UPPER” or “LOWER” position to save energy. Allow a 5-min warm-
up period before resuming toasting operation.
Note 2: The bread slices are limited to 240 mm in width and 38 mm in
depth!
Important: The toaster cannot toast bread spreading with butter, or
sandwich, cream and egg bread or syrup bread. Such food will make
the cooking chamber dirty or cause fire.
Important: Please empty crumb tray at least once per day to avoid
fire. Clean regularly if the toaster is used frequently.
Turning Off
1. Set the switch off.
2. Power off (Disconnect unit from power source).
Maintenance
The appliance needs to cool down to the room temperature after power
off.
Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal sponge or brush, or erosive
detergent containing chlorine, gasoline, acid or alkali solvent to clean
the appliance.

3. Allow for 30 min. cooling down.
4. Take out and empty crumb tray, and then wipe with clean and damp
sponge or cloth. Clean the crumb tray at least once a day. Clean many
times if using frequently.
5. Take out toast tray and then wipe with clean and damp sponge or cloth.
6. Clean the shell with clean and damp sponge or cloth.
If the appliance is not used for a long time (such as weekends or
holidays), please turn off and clean the appliance.

Safety Instructions
1. Please read through this manual carefully before the usage.
2. The appliance shall not be placed outdoors.
3. This appliance is designed to toast bread, including baking half-white
bread and bagel. It cannot be used for other purposes.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
5. To connect single-phase electric power, please connect it with five-wire
circuits. Please make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the
voltage stated on the rating label of the toaster.
6. For fire safety consideration, please place the automatic switch near the
appliance with easy access.
7. Toaster shall be placed on a level desk/counter. Desktop shall be dry and
clean. The desk shall enable to bear the toaster. .
8. A fan is available at the rear of the appliance. Do not obstruct the
ventilation slots. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot source (such
as hot gas or electric burner, or heat oven).
9. Note: Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter. The cord
shall not touch hot surface or sharp objects. Do not place the heavy
objects on the cord to avoid deformation. Disconnect the power plug by
pulling the plug not the cord. To avoid electric shocks, do not touch cord
or plug with wet hands. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged
cord or plug, or in an abnormal state.
10. A short cord is provided (1 meter) for the safety consideration. This
reduces the risks of users to be intertwined or stumbled by the long cord
or unplugging the cord accidentally. To avoid electric shock or cause
personal injuries or damaging the appliance, do not use any adapter or
power strip.
11. Do not use accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer.
12. Close supervision is necessary, in particular, when it is used near children.
13. Do not touch any hot surface when the appliance is working. Please wear
heavy protective glove to avoid scalding.
14. Any materials shall not touch the heating parts when the appliance is
working.
15. Please cut off power before maintenance. The appliance must cool down
to the room temperature before the maintenance.
16. To protest against electric shock or damaging the appliance, do not
immerse cord, plug, or any part of the toaster in water or other liquid.
17. Do not try to dismantle or repair this appliance by yourself. Please call
service line for any product failure.
