Hardware Installation
1.PlugthedonglereceiverconnectorintoyourUSBporton
thePC.Duringtheinitial installation,thesystemwill
automaticallydetectthatanewhardwaredevicehas
been added andwill bring upan installation dialoguebox.
Pleasefollowtheon-screeninstructionstocompletethe
installation steps.

2.Check ifthebatteriesofthepresentermouseareinstalled
correctly;pleasefollowthepolaritysignsinthebattery
compartment.

3.Beforeusingthepresenter,pleasemakesurethepower
slideswitchontheleftsideisswitchedto “on”.Whennot
in use,pleaseturnthepowerslideswitchto “off”for
powersaving.
4.The wireless presentermousecanoperateoutofthebox
immediatelyafteryou firstplug thedonglereceiver sUSB
connectorintoyourPCUSB port. Afteryoufirstplugthe
receiver sUSBconnectorintoyourPCUSBport, please
hold thePresenterMouseclosetothereceiverwithin
1Mandpressanybuttonstomakesureitworks,if
not,please do thepairing procedure.
Note:
-Whenthepresentermouseisnotin use,thedonglereceiver
can beconvenientlystored inthereceivercompartmenton
thebackof thepresentermouse.See thediagrambelow.
-Thepresentermouseuses2pcs standardUM-4(AAA) 1.5V
alkalinebatteries.
-Thebatterylifeisupto 3months;depending on the

IDPairing Procedure
Ifthepresentermousefailstowork,pleasefollowthesteps
belowtoinitiatethewireless presentermouse IDpairing
process.
1.First,press theIDpairing/connectbuttonon thetop of
thedonglereceiverfirst atleast5seconds untilthe
receiverLEDflashes3times.ThereceiverLEDwill
flash 60seconds towaitforpresentermousepairing
information.(Ifyou releasethebutton within 5seconds,
theIDdoesn tmakeanychanges.)
2.Second,pleasehold thepresentermouseclosetothe
donglereceiverwithin1M.
3. Third,press andholdtheIDpairing/connectbuttonon
thebottomofthepresentermouse atleast5seconds,
andtheReceiverLEDwill beon asan indication until
youreleasetheIDparing/connectbutton,andthenyou
can press anybuttonstomakesurethepairing is
successful.Pleasebeattentionthatthewholeprocedure
shallbefinished within 60 seconds. Remembertopair
IDswhenotherRFproductsaffectyourpresenter
mouse.

ØBatteryInformation:
1.Werecommendusingalkalinebatteriesfora
longerbatterylife.
2.Alwayschangebatterieswhen batterylowalarm
appears,otherwisethepresentermousewillshut
downoncethebatteryvoltageistoo low.
3.Don'tmixdifferenttypesofbatteriesornewand
oldbatteriestogether.Alwaysreplaceold batteries
withnewandsametypebatteries.
4.Removebatteriesafterlong periodsofnon-use.
Batteryleakageorcorrosion maydamagethe
devicequalityandcausedanger.

ØBatteryLow Alarm:
Whenthepresentermousebatteriesarelow,theLED
indicatoron thetopofthepresentermousewillflashonce
when youpress presentermousebuttons.Pleasechange
batteriesimmediatelywhentheREDLEDindicatorlightsup.
Afteryouchangethebatteries,theREDLEDindicatorwill
disappear.

Troubleshooting
Ifyou areexperiencing problemswithyourpresentermouse,
pleasecheckthefollowing:
1. Symptom: Thewireless presentermousedoesnotwork
properly
Solution: Ifthewireless presentermousedoesnotwork
properly,usethefollowingstepstocheckyour
wireless presentermouse:
(1)Unplugthereceiverandplug itback
intoyourPC sUSBport.
(2)Next, pleasecheckif thebatteriesin
thepresentermouseareinstalled
correctly.Also,pleasemakesure
youareusing goodbatteries.
(3)Ifthepresentermousestilldoesnot
workproperly,pleasefollowthe
PairingProceduresectionaboveto
pairIDwiththereceiveragain.

2. Symptom: Thepresentermouseexhibitsashort wireless
range
Cause: PermanentRF signalreduction eitherby
-noisefromRFI sourcee.g. CRT/LCD monitors
-metal desk orothermetalobjectnearpresenter
mouseorreceiver
Solution: Relocatethereceiver.
Iftheabovetroubleshootingsuggestionsstilldonotsolve
yourproblem,then pleaserefertoyourdirectdealerfor
technical support.
