Followeachassemblystepinordertopreventincorrectassembly.
Ensurethattheproductisfullyassembledasillustratedbeforeuse.

Lighttting.
Terminalconnectionblock(s).
Fixingpack.
The following tools may be required:
Selectionofcrossandatheadscrewdrivers.
Electricdrillandassorteddrillbits.
Wirestrippers.
Electricalinsulationtape.
These assembly diagrams are intended as a guide – if in doubt consult a qualied electrician.

Allow10minutestocoolbeforereplacing,adjustingorcleaning.
Cleanwithadryclothonly.Donotuseliquidorabrasivecleanersonthisproduct.

1. Decideonthepositionofthelighttting/orremoveexistinglighttting.Takeanoteofthepositionofthe
electricalconnections.Ensurethereisasolidmountingsurface,preferablyawoodenjoistorjoistbridgeto
supporttheweightofthelighttting.
2. Unscrewthenialatthebottom,removenutandwasherleavingthreadedtubeinplace.Retaintheseparts.
Removebowlsconce.Fitrubbergrommetshownifnotinplaceincableentryhole.Usethexingbracketas
atemplatetomarkthescrewholesandsecuretothewallwithappropriatescrewxings,makingsurethe
bracketishorizontal.
3. Supportyourttingandconnectthehousewiringtotheterminalblock.Whenyouaresureoftheconnections
wraptheTerminalBlockandoverlapthewiringbothsideswith2layersofinsulationtape.NOTE: This is a
Class I tting and must be earthed.

5. Fitthecandledriptubestolampholdersandthentthebulbs.NOTE: Never t bulbs of a higher wattage
than those specied on the label (as these may cause overheating and damage the tting).
6. Turnonthepowerandtest.
