Troubleshooting
Problem: Why does it sometimes
sound like the radio station is
jammed?
Solution: The MW and SW
frequencies are strongly jammed
by TV sets, fluorescent lamps,
silicon controlled table lamps,
computers, motors etc. When
using the radio please keep a
certain distance from the
mentioned electrical
equipments.
Problem: Why is the reception not
always good inside?
Solution: Reinforced bar
structures inside multi-storied

17
buildings and high buildings will
affect the broadcast signal.
Stand near a window to improve
the reception effect.
Problem: How can the reception
be improved for a specific radio
station?
Solution: The SW and FM
broadcast will be strongly
jammed by a nearby station
signal. Adjust the antenna and
angle of the radio will improve
the reception effect.
Problem: Why does the display
sometimes deviate?
Solution: The digit display radio is
affected by the temperature,

18
humidity and vibration etc. The
digit frequency may deviate.
When searching automatically,
and the frequency deviates
please adjust to receive the
correct station.
Problem: Does the radio work at
low temperature?
Solution: When the temperature
is under -10°C, it will cause
leakage of the LCD. In general
please avoid using the radio in
low temperature.
