Epson Expression Home XP-202 and XP-402:
As at 15 June 2012, the Epson Expression Home XP-202, XP-402 and all other
identically-sized Epson all-in-one printers, have the smallest footprint of any
all-in-one printer with an A4-sized flatbed scanner designed for fixed, desktop
use. “Footprint” refers to the desk area the devices occupy which is calculated
by multiplying the devices’ length by their width.

Epson printer using an assigned email address.

1200 dpi optical resolution. The XP-402
offers even greater productivity with its
faster copying speed of up to 33 cpm for
black and 15cpm for colour.
For more convenience, the XP-402 is equipped with a
large 2.5" LCD that allows easy access to your preferred
print settings, and a memory card slot for direct printing
from a wide variety of supported card formats.
ABBYY FineReader Sprint Optical Character
Recognition (OCR) software allows users
to transform scanned paper documents
into editable text formats. Asian languages
such as Traditional Chinese and Simplified
Chinese are supported. ABBYY FineReader Sprint version
9.0 is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003,
Windows Vista and Windows 7 (version 8 for Mac OS X).

Low Cost Individual Ink Cartridges
Economy is a top priority for home printing and the XP-202
and XP-402 feature low cost individual ink cartridges that
deliver a cost-per-cartridge of US$12.50 for black and
US$10.50 for colour. With the freedom to replace specific
inks only when they have run out, wastage is greatly reduced.
