PLYOSOFT
BOX®.
To get the best from your PLYOSOFT BOX and prolong its life, we recommend
that it is visually checked prior to every use, particularly where there are
multi-users. Understanding and heeding the Dos and Dont’s below will ensure
users quickly become familiar with using the product as intended and how to
inspect and care for it.
• Do check the surfaces of the boxes to ensure there are no cuts, nicks,
abrasions or tears in the material.
• Do check all stitching especially on Velcro fixings to ensure it is intact.
• Do use on a non slip/stable floor/surface (preferably with a small element
of cushioning) and check there are no trip hazards, sharp objects or
obstructions that could damage the boxes or cause a trip hazard.
• Do check there is sufficient space around you to use the boxes without
making contact with any other person or obstacle.
• Do check the weight of the box before committing to lifting it. If
necessary two people should stack/unstack the boxes to avoid injury.
• Do ensure that the final height of the boxes is within your limits.
• Do check that all eight Velcro fixings are attached before jumping onto
stacked boxes. Ensure all straps have been disconnected before trying
to change the height of the box and after each change of configuration
re-seal the Velcro straps to retain its integrity and prolong its life.
• Do ensure that you wear long socks and supportive shoes. Make sure
that both feet land fully and at the same time within the non slip panels.
• Do use each box/stack one person at a time. Maximum weight - 150kg.
• Do periodically wipe the boxes with a damp cloth dipped in a very mild
soap/ washing powder solution (5% maximum) to ensure it remains clean
and bright.
• Do ensure the boxes are completely dry before use – full force landing on
a damp surface is dangerous so special care should be taken to ensure
the surface is checked after every cleaning session or when the boxes
have been used outdoors or in a damp environment.
• Do store the boxes flat to prolong their life. Store indoors in a dry and
clean environment.
• Do not use outdoors in adverse weather conditions as the surface will
become slippery and dangerous.
• Do not use the Velcro fixings for dragging, lifting or pulling the boxes.
• Do not drop onto or drag the boxes over sharp objects/rough areas e.g.
metal door thresholds as this may pierce or tear the exterior covering.
• Do not slam, throw or hit the boxes with any metal wooden or other solid
training tools.
• Do not allow children to use the boxes unless supervised by an adult
correctly trained in their use.
• Do not use as a buoyancy aid in water.
• Do not use or store products next to any heat source, in direct sunlight
or damp or humid environments such as swimming pools or spas.

USING YOUR
PLYOSOFT BOX®.
TWO FOOT FORWARD JUMP ONTO BOX.
TWO FOOT LATERAL JUMP ONTO BOX.
The PLYOSOFT BOX is a three-level variable height plyometric
platform for development of power and speed. Seven different
configurations allow users to slowly progress, without putting
themselves at risk of acute injuries commonly picked up when
using a hard wooden or metal platform.
The different levels are easy to identify thanks to their vibrant
colours and the large numbering, giving users an extra reason to
aim for the next level.
Anti-slip landing strips are on each level to ensure good grip
when landing on the box. A high-density cross-linked foam
core, encased with a BTEX cover provides a solid base to land
onto. Eight strong Velcro fixing straps ensure stability and give
confidence to the user. This Velcro system allows users to easily
break the levels apart to reduce the height if required.
The PLYOSOFT BOX helps to increase users confidence and
allows them to perform plyometric workouts safely.
