Assemble back-
rest roller
Assemble back-
rest cover
As indicated in the following pictures, assemble
the back-rest roller onto the back-rest.
Before assembly please check the location of
the front cover and the rear cover.

Place the rear cover
behind the back-rest.
Assembled back-rest and
back-rest cover.
Assemble the foot
sponge & tube plug as shown
in the above picture.
Make sure the back-rest
rollers on both sides clamped
until a “click” is heard.

Assemble rowing parts
Fix the rowing parts onto
the main unit
Assemble rowing parts and main
unit with screws
When assemble the rowing parts, make
sure there is the rowing part fixing
pin on the foot-rest tube.
Method to fix the rowing parts onto
the main unit
Before assembly, check the
square screw, washer and
nut.
The main unit has the rowing parts
fixing pin inserted. Then engage
the rowing parts.
Insert the square screw into the
rowing parts and the main unit.
Correct location for rowing parts
fixing pin (lower hole)
Please note that, if the rowing
part fixing pin looks like as the
one in the above picture, it cannot
be assembled.
