1. Insert the empty Pizza Oven into the EK racking. We recommend a height anywhere between the lowest
point to halfway up; dependent on the wood chosen and the intended height of the embers or woodre.

e two options for heating your Pizza Oven are to start a re in the Ember Generator and rake the embers
across, or start the re directly underneath the Pizza Oven and let it burn down to embers.
Inserting additional small logs of wood every 5-10 minutes is recommended to ensure an even source of heat.
Allow atleast 40+ minutes for the heat to build up within the Pizza Oven Bricks.
Use the provided Pizza Paddle to place the pizza into the oven.
Regularly rotate the pizza to ensure even cooking.
Oven removal instructions aer cooking:
Rake any burning wood or embers away from under the Pizza Oven and allow to cool for at least 20 minutes
before attempting to remove the Pizza Oven (Gloves provided with the replace must be used for this pro-
cess)
Safety
Do not touch the pizza oven while exposed to active sources of heat.
Supervise children.
