Machine will need commands to open,
close, and home.
Machine will not work without power and
cannot be manually/mechanically moved
when powered down. It will remain in its
lowered or raised position.
Machine must always be rehomed when
powered back on. This includes brief
power outages.

Overview: Operation (DUT):
Before beginning, inspect the area to ensure all
cables or other obstructions are removed and
clear of the mechanism.
Starting from Lowered Position:
A. Move the switch from Remote to Service.
Remote operation will now be deactivated.
B. Press and hold the two service/remote
switch buttons on the machine to lift lid.
Continue holding buttons until lid is raised to
maximum height.
The machine is now in a safe mode which
allows access to the DUT.
Starting from Raised Position:
A. Move the switch from Remote to Service.
Remote operation will now be deactivated.
The machine is now in a safe mode which
allows access to the DUT.
Accessing the DUT:
1. Keep service/remote switch in the service
position and in safe mode.
2. Remove or secure device within brackets
based on testing needs.
3. Press and hold the two service/remote
switch buttons on the machine to lower the
DUT carrier/lid. Lower lid until shielded
enclosure is completely shut.
5. Change the local/remote switch back to the
remote position.
Remote operation is now activated.
Service and Remote Switches:
Options for both Service and Remote access
are available. Switch to either based on
testing needs. For further instruction, read
Operation section located to far right.
Service: Local use such as inserting or
removing a device for testing.
Remote: Remote control use during testing.
Bracket Holder:
To adjust brackets to cellular device size–
1. Loosen inner M8 bolts (yellow below) to
adjust the centerline and width between
brackets to securely hold cellular device.
Brackets will swing outward.
2. Retighten M8 bolts once device fits.
Only loosen M8 bolts closer to center.
Avoid outer two bolts on each side.

Green Light Indicators
Light Indicators:
Powered ON
Powered OFF - E-Stop
An Emergency Stop (E-Stop) freezes everything
in place to stop movement. This will prevent any
closing or opening. Note momentary delay.
An E-stop will show no light on the indicator.
