Finger stock gasket is used around the door for RF shielding.
Periodically you must inspect the finger stock to determine
if it needs to be cleaned or replaced. Replacement finger stock
is available from ETS-Lindgren (part# 890906).
To clean finger stock, use an aerosol lubricant to loosen any debris, and then low-pressure air
or another aerosol to remove the excess lubricant. Alternatively,asoft rag may be used to
remove dirt and excess liquid from the finger stock.

unit by yourself may void your warranty. If you attempt to service the unit by yourself,
disconnect all electrical power before starting. There are voltages at many points in

Setup Instructions
Connect the antenna cable to the Model 3164-08 Open-Boundary Quad-Ridge Horn antenna.
1.
2. Raise the handle to open the door of the Model 5247.
4. (As required by the testing you want to perform) Attach cables to the
connector panel on the front of the Model 5247.
5. Connect the power cable to the IEC outlet on the filter.
Lower the handle to close the door of the Model 5247.

Perform testing as required.

3. Place Equipment Under Test (EUT) on the dielectric platform
inside the Model 5247, and then connect cables as required.
