IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This shelter is made with ame resistant fabric which
meets CPAI-84 and SOR 90-245 specications. It is not
re proof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact
with any ame source. The application of any foreign
substance to the shelter fabric may render the ame
resistant properties ineective.
Fuel-based heat sources burn oxygen and emit carbon
monoxide (an odorless, colorless, poison gas). Breathing
carbon monoxide can cause headaches, drowsiness,
nausea, dizziness, confusion and eventually death. Use
caution with heaters. Be sure you have adequate fresh
ventilation, including open windows and doors. All vents
must be opened when using fuel-based heaters in your
shelter.
• Do not use candles, matches or open ames of any
kind in or near an ice shelter.
• Do not cook inside the shelter.
• Exercise extreme caution when using fuel-powered
lanterns or heaters inside a tent. Use battery-operated
lanterns whenever possible.
• Do not refuel lamps, heaters or stoves inside a tent.
• If you are shing and falling asleep intermittently, turn
o all lanterns and heaters.
• Do not smoke in shelter.
• Do not store ammable liquids inside of the shelter .

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS NEEDED:
• (2) 7/16”Wrenches
• Phillips head screwdriver
• Cordless drill (optional
ASSEMBLY NOTES:
• This ice shelter should be assembled in a garage
or basement setting due to the time and length
of assembly. Identify and familiarize yourself
with all parts and hardware before assembly.
Allow 1-2 hours for assembly.
• The use of a cordless drill with socket will make
assembly of your ice shelter much quicker. Be
sure to set the drill speed on low so you do not
over tighten any nut and bolt combination.
• If a tracking kit is purchased with the shelter it
should be mounted to the sled before assembly
of the ice shelter for convenience.

(#69190) using: (2) ¼ - 20 x 1¾”bolts
(#48250), (2) Nyloc nuts (#67538), (4) ¼”
washers (#48261).

Front Riser (#21997) to sled and base tube
using: (6) ¼ - 20 x 2½”bolts (#48270), (6)

the Front Seat Loop (#21999) and Back Seat
Loop (#22000) using: (2) ¼ - 20 x 2¼”bolts
(#48271), (2) Nyloc nuts (#67538), and (4)
¼”washers (#48261).
NOTE: Each swivel slide assembly should
move freely back and forth on (#21999)
and (#22000).

Mount Tube Supports (#21996) to Front
Seat Loop (#21998) and Back Seat Loop
(#22000) using: (4) ¼ - 20 x 2¼”bolts
(#48271), (4) Nyloc nuts (#67538), and

Assemble Versa seats (#15004) to Swivel
Slides (#21995) using: (8) ¼ - 20 x 1½”bolts
(#48240), (8) Nyloc nuts (#67538), and (16)
¼”washers (#48261). Insert bolts thread up
through swivel plate and hole pattern in
seat frame.

Assemble Table (#11331) to Front Seat
Loop (#21999) using: (2) ¼ - 20 x 1½”bolts
(#48240), (1) ¼ - 20 x 2¼”bolt (#48271),
and (3) ¼”washers (#48261). Insert bolts
through the tubing and the bottom of the
table with threads up.
NOTE: Table (#11331) features built-in “t-nuts”
for ease of assembly. Make sure ALL bolts are
properly engaged before tightening down any
specic bolt.

Assemble Hinge (#22003) to Plastic Sled
using: (4) ¼ - 20 x 1”bolts (#69345), (8) ¼”
washers (#48261), and (4) Nyloc nuts
(#67538).
You may now tighten all hardware used
during this portion of the assembly.
SUPPORT POLE INSTALLATION
9. [ FIGURE 9 ]
Assemble the Pole Frame (#21950) by
sliding part (#21950) over the Hinge Pole
upright (#22003). Push the brass button on
the Hinge Pole to allow the Pole Frame to
pass over. You will hear a click when the
frame pole locks into the user position.
Now press the tabs on the red pole frame
ends and slide the pole frame down the
hinge poles. When completely collapsed,
this is in the travel position.

10. [ FIGURE 10 ]
Assemble back support poles by clipping back
support poles (#22004) to frame pole (#21950),
then insert swaged end into hole provided on
back-center lip of plastic sled.
SHELTER SKIN INSTALLATION
NOTE: Locate skin assembly (#21947 / #24565) in plastic
bag. Remove from the bag and unroll. Within the rolled
skin you will nd (2) high wind poles (#22612) and a
pouch of ice anchors. Save these for the set-up section
of this manual.
11. [ FIGURE 11 ]
Locate front panels of the skin assembly (these will
have a large Eskimo logo and large trapezoidal
windows), then pull the hub strap until the shelter
panel pops open. Repeat the process for the top roof
panel.
12. [ FIGURE 12 ]
With all three panels popped open, lift the rear of the
top panel and pull the shelter skin over the assembled
sled and pole assembly.
13. [ FIGURE 13 ]
Rest the rear of the top panel on assembled
frame pole assembly.
14. [ FIGURE 14 ]
Attach the skin assembly to the frame pole assembly
using the velcro straps sewn at the rear of the top
panel seam. There will be (4) individual velcro
attachments at this location [(2) at center, and (2)
at the corners)].
NOTE: Once the skin is attached to the frame pole
assembly, make sure all the fabric panels are laying at
and the skin assembly is centered in front of the sled.
EDGE TRIM ATTACHMENT
15. [ FIGURE 15 ]
Locate the center of the edge trim (#22270) by
folding it in half. Next, locate the center rear of the
shelter along the sled lip and attach the edge trim
center at that center point.
Be sure to keep the skin taut as you work the
remainder of the edge trim into place around the
sled corners. Screw in place with (12) 6 x 3/8 screws
provided, spaced evenly.

SETUP & TAKEDOWN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 • [ FIGURE 16 ]
Pull the shelter skin out and extend the underlying
framework poles. NOTE: An audible “click” will notify
you when the (#21950) pole is fully extended.
Step 2 • [ FIGURE 17 ]
Unfold the shelter skin and locate the front panels.
Step 3 • [ FIGURE 18 ]
Pop-out both front panels by pulling on the straps attached to
each of the hubs.
Step 4 • [ FIGURE 19 ]
Locate the roof hub and pull upwards to pop-out the roof panel.
Step 5 • [ FIGURE 20 ]
Enter the shelter and install the back spreader poles (#22004) to
(#21950) and the sled, as shown in Figure 10 earlier in this manual.
Step 6 • [ OPTIONAL ]
Install high wind poles (#22612) into the front (top and bottom)
corners of the shelter. NOTE: Pockets for the wind poles are
marked with reective patches.
Step 7 • [ FIGURE 21 ]
Anchor the shelter to the ice using provided ice anchors, drilling
them through the grommet sewn into the skirt in the sequence
shown in Figure 18.

Service Information
At Ardisam, we build quality and durability into the
design of our products; but no amount of careful design
by us, and careful maintenance by you, can guarantee
a repair-free life for your unit.
We will always be glad to answer any questions you have,
or help you nd suitable assistance.
LONG TERM STORAGE TIPS
Always make sure your ice shelter is completely dry before
storing for long periods of time. Storing your ice shelter
when damp or wet may cause mold and mildew damage.
• Remove skin from ice shelter sled and frame.
• Clean all salt, moisture and debris from your shelter
skin, sled and poles. Wipe down poles with a wet rag.
• Store skin, poles an sled in a cool, dry place away
from rodents.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
PRODUCT WARRANTY: 1YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Ardisam, Inc., warrants this Eskimo® EVO™ 2 under a one-year limited warranty to be free from defects in materials or workmanship
or both for a period not exceeding twelve consecutive months from the date of original purchase by the rst retail consumer or
commercial end user. “Consumer use” means personal recreational use by a retail consumer. “Commercial use” or “commercial
application”means all other uses, including use for commercial, income producing or rental purposes. Once a product has experienced
commercial use, it shall thereafter be considered as a commercial use product for purposes of this warranty. This warranty does not
cover cracked windows, tent tears, or bent poles due to use in high wind, inclement weather conditions, unattended use or uses other
than those listed in the owner’s manual. This warranty applies to the original owner that provides a proof of purchase of the shelter.
The warranty is not transferable. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the rst retail consumer or commercial end
user, and continues for the twelve month consecutive period thereafter. Any unit used in a commercial application is covered for a
period of 90 days after purchase. For the warranty to be valid, the product must be registered online at www.GetEskimo.com, or the
warranty card must be lled out and received by Ardisam, Inc., within 30 days of purchase. Ardisam, Inc. shall not be obligated to
ship any repair or replacement product to any location outside of the United States of America or Canada.

*This warranty applies only to products which have not been subjected to negligent use, misuse, uses other than those indicated in the
product’s owner’s manual, alteration, accident, use of unauthorized parts, failure to perform periodic maintenance as specified in product’s
owner’s manual, normal wear and tear, use of unauthorized parts or repairs performed at non-authorized service centers. There is no other
expressed warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from
purchase, or to the extent permitted by law. All other implied warranties are excluded. Liability for incidental or consequential damages are
excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. Ardisam, Inc. does not assume, and does not authorize any other person to assume
for us, any liability in connection with the sale of our products. To obtain warranty service, you must have prior approval by calling our
customer service department at 1-800-345-6007. If you choose to ship your product to Ardisam for warranty repair, you must first have
prior approval from Ardisam by calling our customer service department for a return material authorization number (RMA#). Under these
circumstances, all items must be shipped prepaid. Ardisam will at no charge, repair or replace, at their discretion, any defective part which
satisfies all conditions stated above. Ardisam retains the right to change models, specifications and price without notice. Ardisam, Inc. shall
not be obligated to ship any repair or replacement product to any location outside of the United States of America or Canada.

MESURES DE PRÉCAUTION IMPORTANTES
Cet abri est fabriqué en toile résistant aux ammes
conforme aux spécications CPAI-84 et SOR 90-245. Il
n’est pas incombustible. La toile nit par brûler en cas de
contact continu avec une amme. L’application de toute
substance étrangère sur la toile de l’abri peut dégrader ses
propriétés ignifuges.
Les sources de chaleur à base de combustible brûlent de
l’oxygène et dégagent du monoxyde de carbone (un gaz
toxique inodore et incolore). L’inhalation de monoxyde de
carbone peut provoquer des maux de tête, la somnolence,
la nausée, l’étourdissement, la confusion, voire la mort. Faire
preuve de précaution avec les appareils de chauage.Veiller
à avoir une aération susante, notamment en ouvrant les
portes et les fenêtres. Tous les évents doivent être ouverts
lors de l’utilisation d’appareils de chauage à combustible
dans l’abri.
• Ne pas utiliser de bougies, allumettes ou autres
ammes nues à l’intérieur ou à proximité d’un abri
pour pêche sur glace.
• Ne pas cuisiner à l’intérieur de l’abri.
• Faire preuve de beaucoup de précaution lors de
l’utilisation de lanternes ou appareils de chauage
à combustible à l’intérieur d’une tente. Autant que
possible, utiliser des lanternes à piles.
• Ne pas remplir les lampes, appareils de chauage ou
réchauds de combustible à l’intérieur d’une tente.
• Lorsqu’on pêche et qu’on s’endort occasionnellement,
les lanternes et appareils de chauage doivent tous
être éteints.
• Ne pas fumer dans l’abri.
• Ne pas entreposer de liquides inammables à
l’intérieur de l’abri .

INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE
OUTILS NÉCESSAIRES
• Deux (2) clés de 7/16po
• Tournevis à tête Phillips
• Visseuse sans l (facultatif)
NOTES D’ASSEMBLAGE:
• Il est conseillé d’assembler l’abri pour pêche sur glace
dans un garage ou un sous-sol en raison de la durée
nécessaire. Veiller à identier et se familiariser avec
toutes les pièces et la visserie avant l’assemblage.
Prévoir 1 à 2 heures pour l’assemblage.
• L’emploi d’une visseuse sans l avec douille permet un
assemblage beaucoup plus rapide de l’abri pour pêche
sur glace. Veiller à régler la visseuse sur une vitesse basse
pour éviter de trop serrer les ensembles vis et écrous.
• Si un jeu de patins a été acheté avec l’abri, il est
plus pratique de le monter sur le traîneau avant
d’assembler l’abri.
1. [ FIGURE 1 ]
Monter le tube de base (22001) sur le traîneau
(69190) avec: deux (2) vis de 1/4 - 20 x 1-3/4po
(48250), deux (2) écrous Nyloc (67538) et quatre
(4) rondelles de 1/4po (48261).
2. [ FIGURE 2 ]
Fixer deux (2) montures latérales (21998) et
une (1) monture avant (21997) sur le traîneau
et le tube de base avec: six (6) vis de 1/4 - 20 x
2-1/2po (48270), six (6) écrous Nyloc (67538) et
douze (12) rondelles de 1/4po (48261).

Fixer l’anse de siège avant (21999) sur les
montures latérales (21998) avec: deux (2) vis

l’anse de siège avant (21999) et l’anse de
siège arrière (22000) avec: deux (2) vis de
1/4 - 20 x 2-1/4po (48271), deux (2) écrous

REMARQUE: Chaque pivot coulissant doit
pouvoir bouger librement d’avant en arrière
sur (21999) et (22000).

Monter les supports tubulaires (21996) sur
l’anse de siège avant (21998) et l’anse de
siège arrière (22000) avec: quatre (4) vis
de 1/4 - 20 x 2-1/4po (48271), quatre (4)

de 1/4po (48261).
MONTAGE DU SIÈGE VERSA
6. [ FIGURE 6 ]
Monter les sièges Versa (15004) sur les
pivots coulissants (21995) avec: huit (8)
vis de 1/4 - 20 x 1-1/2po (48240), huit (8)
écrous Nyloc (67538) et seize (16) rondelles
de 1/4po (48261). Enler les vis avec le
letage vers le haut à travers la plaque
pivotante et les trous de l’armature du
siège.

Montre la tablette (11331) sur l’anse de
siège avant (21999) avec: deux (2) vis de
1/4 - 20 x 1-1/2po (48240), une (1) vis
de 1/4- 20 x 2-1/4po (48271) et trois (3)
rondelles de 1/4po (48261). Enler les vis
à travers le tube et le dessous de la tablette
avec le letage vers le haut.
REMARQUE: La tablette (11331) comporte
des «écrous en té» intégrés pour faciliter
l’assemblage. Vérier que TOUTES les vis sont
correctement engagées avant de les serrer.
8. [ FIGURE 8 ]
Monter la charnière (22003) sur le traîneau
en plastique avec: quatre (4) vis de 1/4 - 20
x 1po (69345), huit (8) rondelles de 1/4po
(48261) et quatre (4) écrous Nyloc (67538).
Toute la visserie posée durant cette partie de
l’assemblage peut maintenant être serrée.
MONTAGE DES MONTANTS
D’ARMATURE
9. [ FIGURE 9 ]
Monter l’arceau d’armature (21950) en
l’enlant sur les montants de charnière
(22003). Enfoncer le bouton en laiton du
montant de charnière pour permettre à
l’arceau d’armature de s’engager dessus.
Un déclic est audible lorsque l’arceau
d’armature s’enclenche dans sa position
d’utilisation. Enfoncer ensuite les pattes sur
les extrémités rouges de l’arceau et enler
l’arceau dans les montants de charnière.
Lorsque l’arceau est complètement enfoncé,
cela correpond à la position de transport.

Accrocher les montants d’armature arrière (22004) à
l’arceau d’armature (21950), puis enler le côté rétréci
des montants dans les trous prévus à cet eet au centre
du rebord arrière du traîneau en plastique.
POSE DE LA TOILE DE L’ABRI
REMARQUE: Trouver la toile (21947) dans le sac en
plastique. La sortir du sac et la dérouler. À l’intérieur de
la toile roulée se trouvent deux (2) montants pour grand
vent (22612) et un petit sac d’ancres à glace. Ils seront
utilisés plus tard dans la section Déploiement du manuel.
11. [ FIGURE 11 ]
Trouver les pans avant de la toile (ils comportent
un grand logo Eskimo et de grandes fenêtres
trapézoïdales), puis tirer sur la sangle de moyeu jusqu’à
ce que le pan de toile de l’abri se déploie. Répéter le
processus pour le panneau de toile supérieur.
12. [ FIGURE 12 ]
Les trois pans étant déployés, soulever l’arrière du
pan supérieur et tirer la toile de l’abri sur le traîneau et
l’armature assemblés.
13. [ FIGURE 13 ]
Placer l’arrière du pan de toile supérieur sur l’armature
assemblée.
14. [ FIGURE 14 ]
Attacher la toile à l’armature à l’aide des bandes Velcro
cousues à l’intérieur de la couture du pan de toile
supérieur. Il y a quatre (4) attaches Velcro individuelles à
cet endroit [deux (2) au centre et deux (2) dans les coins)].
REMARQUE: Une fois que la toile est attachée à
l’armature, vérier que tous les pans de toile reposent à
plat et que la toile est centrée à l’avant du traîneau.
FIXATION DE LA GARNITURE DE
BORDURE
15. [ FIGURE 15 ]
Plier la garniture de bordure (22270) en deux pour
trouver son milieu. Ensuite, placer le centre de l’arrière
de l’abri le long du rebord du traîneau et attacher le
milieu de la garniture de bordure à ce point central.
Veiller à maintenir la toile bien tendue à mesure qu’on
met le reste de la garniture de bordure en place autour
des coins du traîneau. Fixer avec les douze (12) vis de 6
x 3/8 fournies, espacées uniformément.

Étape 1 •[ FIGURE 16 ]
Tirer la toile de l’abri et déployer les montants d’armature en
dessous. REMARQUE: Un déclic est audible pour indiquer que
l’arceau (21950) est complètement déployé.
Étape 2 • [ FIGURE 17 ]
Déplier la toile de l’abri et trouver les pans de toile avant.
Étape 3 • [ FIGURE 18 ]
Déployer les deux pans avant en tirant sur les sangles attachées à
chacun des moyeux.
Étape 4 • [ FIGURE 19 ]
Trouver le moyeu de toit et le tirer vers le haut pour déployer le pan
de toile supérieur.
Étape 5 • [ FIGURE 20 ]
Entrer dans l’abri et mettre en place les barres d’écartement arrière
(22004) entre l’arceau (21950) et le traîneau, comme sur la Figure
10 plus haut dans ce manuel.
Étape 6 • [ FACULTATIF ]
Poser les montants pour grand vent (22612) dans les coins avant (en
haut et en bas) de l’abri. REMARQUE: Les poches pour les montants
de grand vent sont marqués par des pièces de tissu rééchissant.
Étape 7 • [ FIGURE 21 ]
Ancrer l’abri dans la glace à l’aide des ancres à glace fournies, en
les passant à travers les œillets de la jupe dans l’ordre indiqué à la
Figure 18.
