THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME TIME
PERIODS STATED HEREIN FOR ALL EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. Some states do not
allow the limitation of conseq ential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty may
last, so the above limitations or excl sions may not apply to yo . This warranty gives yo specific
legal rights and yo may have other rights, which vary from state-to-state. This is a limited warranty
as defined by the Magn son-Moss Act of 1975.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The man fact rer’s warranty to the original cons mer p rchaser is: This prod ct is free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of p rchase by the original
cons mer p rchaser. We will repair or replace, at o r discretion, parts fo nd to be defective d e to
materials or workmanship. This warranty is s bject to the following limitations and excl sions:
1) Limitation This warranty applies only to prod cts which have been properly
assembled, adj sted, and operated in accordance with the instr ctions
contained within this man al. This warranty does not apply to any
prod ct of Swisher that has been s bject to alteration, mis se, ab se,
improper assembly or installation, shipping damage, or to normal
wear of prod ct.
2) Excl sions Excl ded from this warranty are normal wear, normal adj stments, and
normal maintenance.

Safety Precautions
• NEVER allow children to play in or aro nd the Safety Shelter.
• NEVER store flammable materials or f el in yo r Safety Shelter.
• Keep a flashlight(s) or other battery operated lights inside the Safety Shelter. Check or
replace the batteries in these lights twice per year.
• Do not store any items in a manner that wo ld block any of the Safety Shelter vents.
• We s ggest stocking yo r Safety Shelter with provisions and s pplies so that it is
ready when needed.
•During a high wind event occupants MUST stay at least 3” away from the walls
and door and remove all loose items from walls, shelves and other accessories by
placing them on the floor to avoid potential injury from debris impact. If sitting
on a bench, do not lean back against the wall during an event.
• Do not stand on the shelf or se it as a step.
• Do not se the shelf as a seat.
• Recommended weight capacity 75 lbs.

• Leather Gloves
• Safety Glasses
• Flashlight
• (1) Torq e Wrench Capable of 31 Ft-lbs
• (1) 9/16” Socket
• (1) 1/2” Open End Wrench or Socket Wrench
Tip: If you’re adding this Accessory to an existing Safety Shelter, remove the appropriate
original nuts and bolts from the Wall Panels and replace them ith the hard are provided
ith the Accessory.

Parts List
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Attach Left Side Panel 20225 and Right Side Panel 20224 to the flanges of t o of the all panels using 3/8-16 Nut 19799
and 3/8-16 X 1 Bolt 19828. Make sure to tighten this hard are to 31 Ft-lbs.
2. Next, assemble Shelf Base 20227 to the Side Panels using 5/16-18 Nut 20237 and 5/16-18 X .75 Bolt 20236.
3. Then, connect Gusset 20228 to Shelf Base 20227 using 5/16-18 Nut 20237 and 5/16-18 X .75 Bolt 20236. Connect the
Gussets to the all flange as sho n using 3/8-16 Nut 19799 and 3/8-16 X 1.25 Bolt 19829 and tighten to 31 Ft-lbs.
