 PREPARATION
Remove parts from laser-cut panel and group as shown
above.
 VERTICAL TAIL
1. Lay waxed paper or PVC film over the plan.
Pin the vertical fin parts(V1-V6) on the plan and glue
together with thick CA.
2. Pin the rudder parts(R1-R9) on the plan and glue
together with thick CA.
 HORIZONTAL TAIL
1. Pin the stabilizer parts(S1-S6) on the plan and glue
together with thick CA.
2. Assemble elevator parts(E1-E8).
3. Remove horizontal tail from the plan and apply t ick CA
glue at each joints for reinforcing. Carefully sand surfaces.
 LEFT WING
1. Join bottom spar(W1B) with thick CA glue.

3. Remove rudder from the plan and apply t ick CA glue at
each joints for reinforcing. Carefully sand surfaces.
2. Lay waxed paper or PVC film over the plan. Pin balsa
sheets(W4, W -W9) and the lower spars(W1B-W2B)
3. Assemble ribs(W10-W1 ), plywood servo tray(W21) and
glue together with thick CA.

4. Insert leading edge(W3), wingtip parts(W5-W6), upper
spars(W1T-W2T), wing joiners(W20) and glue with thick
CA.
5. Glue the parts(W18-W19).
6. Remove left wing from the plan and glue covering
sheets(W22-W24), leading edge(W25).
3. Insert leading edge(W3), upper spars(W1T-W2T),
parts(W18-W19) and glue with thick CA.
4. Remove right wing from the plan and glue covering
sheets(W22-W24)
5. Glue leading edge(W25).

7. Pin the left aileron parts(A1-A8) on the plan and glue
together with thick CA.
 RIGHT WING
1. Lay waxed paper or PVC film over the plan. Pin balsa
sheets(W4, W -W9) and the lower spars(W1B-W2B).
2. Assemble ribs(W10-W1 ), servo tray(W21), wingtip
parts(W5-W6), wing joiners(W20) and glue together.
6. Pin the right aileron parts(A1-A8) on the plan and glue
together with thick CA.
7. Apply t ick CA glue at each joints for reinforcing and
then carefully sand surfaces.

 FUSELAGE
1. Join bottom longeron(F16) with thick CA glue.
2. Join bottom longerons(F1 ) with thick CA glue.
3. Lay waxed paper or PVC film over the plan.
Pin longerons(F16,F18) and assemble left side of fuselage
bulkheads(F1-F10).
Make sure to pay attention to bulkheads, the numbers
should be facing forward.
7. Assemble and glue battery tray(F14), servo tray(F15,
F3 ) with thick CA.
8. Assemble and glue longerons(F11-13,F1 ,F19-F23),
parts(F24-F25, F34) with thick CA.
9. Cover the sheets(F26, F28-F29, F36) with thick CA.

4. Assemble longerons(F11-13,F1 ,F19-F23) and glue with
thick CA.
5. Assemble and glue the parts(F24-F25) with thick CA.
6. Remove left fuselage from the plan and glue right
bulkheads(F1-F9).
10. Cover the sheets(F30-F33) with thick CA.
11. Cover the sheets(F2 ) with thick CA.
12. Apply t ick CA glue at each joints for reinforcing and
then carefully sand surfaces.

 DUMMY ENGINE, TAIL WHEEL
1. Assemble and glue cylinder block(D1-D3) with thick CA.
2. Glue cooling fins(D5-D6) with thick CA.
 PAINTING and COVERING
1. Paint cockpit area.

3. Assemble exhaust manifold(D -D11) with thick CA.
4. Assemble tail wheel as shown above.
2. Paint dummy engine and small parts.
3. Cut and fold clear plastic windshield. (Refer to template
on the drawing).
4. Cover with film.
5. Attach stickers in place.

6. Attach instruments panel sticker.

7. Cut CA hinges as shown above.
8. Make hinge slots and pre-install hinges.
 EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
1. Insert main gear wire and fix with wheels with wheel
collars.
Insert and glue tail gear to the rudder with thick CA.
2. Glue stabilizer and vertical fin to the fuselage with thick
CA. (Horizontal tail must be paralleled wit wing and
vertical fin must be at rig t angle to orizontal tail.)
3. Insert and glue plastic pipes for elevator and rudder
pushrods and then inserts pushrods.
4. Install and glue aileron, elevator and rudder plywood
horns(A9, E10, R10) with t ick CA. Glue part(E9) to
connect each elevators with t ick CA. Apply thin CA to the
horns for reinforcing.
5. Insert and glue small parts(W26-W29) with thick CA for
thread rigging to the wings.

6. Insert and glue small parts(F38-F399) for thread rigging
to the fuselage with thick CA.
7. Install motor and gearbox.
8. Glue aileron hinges with small amount of thin CA.
Install aileron servos.
10. Insert elevator and rudder pushrod to the horn and then
glue hinges with small amount of thin CA.
11. Install receiver and glue velco tape to fix battery.
12. Glue windshield.
13. Glue mast(F40).

9. Install rudder and elevator servo.

14. Assemble wings and rig with thick nylon thread.
15. Glue dummy engine.
 PRE-FLIGHT CHECK
Balancing
Balancing is very important to fly this model.
Tail heavy causes unstable flying. (Refer to the drawing for
the CG location.)
Stall c aracteristics
Stall could be made by Low speed, High angle of attack, or
Up elevator in deep bank.
Using rudder is very helpfull to avoid stall when turning.
Control T rows.
The following control throws are recommended at start.
After you are familiar with this plane, you may increase, or
decrease.
- Ailerons : 9.5mm(3/8”) up and down.
- Elevator : 16mm(5/8”) up and down.
- Rudder : 22mm( /8”) right and left.

16. Install propeller and spinner.
17. Enjoy flying!
