1. General data
1.1 Required space
Stationed: 365 x 223 x 90 cm
Stowed: 365 x 223 x 12 cm + 4 removable legs 80 x 90 cm

1.3 Number of users
Basically the Hobbytramp should be used by one person at the same time. Therefore
other persons should not be on the trampoline.
2. Assembly instructions
2.1 Assembly and disassembly
Tools:
• 1 rubber hammer
• 1 socket wrench
The assembly and disassembly should be done by 2 persons.
Assembly
• Put 4 frame parts on the oor. Turn the long parts with the side brackets on the
inside. Place the short parts at right angles to them.

• Start at the short part and plug in the long part. If needed use the rubber hammer.
• Repeat the process on the other side.
• Insert a leg into the 2 brackets from above until it stops.
• Fix the leg with the screws.

• Repeat this process for the other 3 legs.
• Now turn over the complete connected and bolted frame and place it even with the
ground.
• Please make sure that the 4 legs stand even. If not please balance the ground.
• Two persons should stand vis-à-vis to be able to mount the jumping bed.
• First, install two springs at each corner on the corner rings of the jumping bed and
then at the frame.
• Important: the spring ears should point downwards to the frame; start in the middle
of one side and then the other side. Repeat this process.
• Install the black belt at the 4 ears at the corners of the frame.

• Install the spring clips on the long and short parts. Spring clips with the black belt
avoid the contact between springs and frame pads.
• Following the coverall frame pads will be fastened at the trampoline frame.
• Stick the white Velcro on the at surface on each side of the frame.
• Place the 4 frame pads (2 for the short side and 2 for the long side) on the frame.
Disassembly
It is not necessary to disassemble the Hobbytramp completely. It is possible to screw
off only the feet, the top part of the frame can be left installed.
The complete disassembly of the Hobbytramp is to be made in reverse order of the
assembly.
3. Maintenance recommendations
The trampolines are to examine for possible damage before use. Particularly it is very
important that frame pads, jumping bed, springs and frame parts are not damaged.
Damages must be repaired immediately. If you are unsure whether the trampoline is
fully functional please contact a competent person to examine.
To check regularly:
• oor protection
• frame pads

• jumping bed
• steel springs
• frame parts in general
Before each use check the trampoline and replace any faulty or missing part.
Please ensure the following things:
• no damages at the jumping bed,
• faultless condition of suspension of jumping bed,
• no cracks or other damages on the frame,
• no damaged or overstretched springs,
• springs are always hooked in with the eyelet pointing downwards,
• frame pads must be mounted properly.
3.1 Maintenance and repair measures
• Damaged oor protection has to be replaced.
• Over-extended and tired springs have to be replaced.The spring ears should point
downwards!
