Directives:
- Directive 2014/30/UE European Parliament and Council of 26 February 2014 concerning the
harmonization of Member Sates’ rules regarding electromagnetic compatibility.
- Directive 2014/35/UE European Parliament and Council of 26 February 2014 concerning the
harmonization of Member Sates’ rules on making available on the market electrical material
designed to be used within certain voltage limits
- Directive 2011/65/UE RoHS 2 of 08 June 2011, concerning the restriction on use of certain
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipments
- Directive 2012/19/UE RAEE of 4 July 2012, concerning the electrical and electronic equipments
waste
To have, during design and production of the machine reported above, applied and respected the
essential safety requirements in the Annex I of Directive 2006/42/CE
That pertinent information regarding the partly completed machine will be forwarded, by mail or
electronic mail in response to a reasoned request of national authorities.
In accordance with Annex II, part 1, section B of Directive 2006/42/CE, the manufacturer declares
that is forbidden putting into service the partly completed machine of this declaration as long as the
final machine, in which it will be incorporated, will be declared in conformity according to the
provisions of the Directive 2006/42/CE.
