•VÝSTRAHA
yMontážne aservisné úkony vykonávané na elektronáradí vykoná-
vajte pri odpojenom prívode elektrického prúdu.
Pre rovinné obrábanie alebo prerezanie musí byť kotúč inštalovaný na
elektronáradí určenom pre tento typ činnosti. Pred montážou kotúča na
elektronáradie si prečítajte návod na používanie elektronáradia apri práci
selektronáradím dodržujte bezpečnostné pokyny uvedené vnávode na
používaniepre toto elektronáradie.Pred montážoukotúča na elektroná-
radie sa najprv uistite, že sa bude kotúč otáčať správnym smerom –smer
otáčania vretena elektronáradia asmer otáčania kotúča je uvedený for-
mou šípky na elektronáradí ana kotúči. Pri nesúhlasnom smere otáčania sa
nesmie kotúč sdaným elektronáradím použiť. Pred obrábaním zmateriálu

otáčania vyznačená na nástroji sa nesmie prekročiť. Ak je stanovený rozsah
frekvencie otáčania, musí sa dodržať. Kotúče, ktorých telesá sú popraskané,
sa musia vyradiť (oprava nie je dovolená). Celistvé nástroje sviditeľnými
trhlinami sa nesmú používať. Nástroje atelesá nástrojov sa musia upnúť
takým spôsobom, že sa nesmú vpriebehu obrábania uvoľniť. Prinástrojoch
so silovým spojením sa musí používať pre dodržanie radiálnych abočných

inštrukcií výrobcu. Pokiaľ nie sú tieto inštrukcie kdispozícii, musia sa upína-
cie skrutky doťahovať od stredu ku kraju. Používanie voľných krúžkov alebo
puzdier naúpravu veľkosti dier kotúčov nieje dovolené. Neprispôsobujte
rozmer otvoru kotúča na montáž na vreteno stroja. Na kotúč pri práci nepô-
sobte nadmernýmtlakom, spôsobí topreťaženie elektronáradia,prípadne
prehrievaniešpičiek kotúča azhoršenievýsledku práce.
Zkotúča sa musí živica alebo iné prichytené materiály odstraňovať
iba rozpúšťadlami, ktoré neovplyvnia mechanické vlastnosti kotúča,
načistenie kotúča od prachu použite štetec zo syntetických vlákien,
textíliu alebo tlakový vzduch. Brúsenie kotúča alebo oprava kotúča
nie sú dovolené. Ak dôjde kpoškodeniu kotúča, napr. kzmene rotačnej
vyváženosti vdôsledku pádu, sa nesmie kotúč zbezpečnostných
dôvodov použiť.
Pred uvedením elektronáradia do chodu sa pri odpojenom prívode
el. prúdu do elektronáradia najprv uistite, či je kotúč na vretene
elektronáradia riadne zaistený ači sa žiadna časť kotúča nedotýka
ochranného krytu kotúča na elektronáradí či jeho základni.
Pri práci používajte certikovanú ochranu zraku,
sluchu, dýchacích ciest arukavice sdostatočnou
úrovňou ochrany. Vdychovanie prachu je zdraviu

elektronáradia nadmernou produkciou prachu.

nemElektrowerkzeug installiert werden,dasfür diese Art von Betrieb aus-
gelegt ist. Lesen Sie vor dem Einbau der Scheibe in das Elektrowerkzeug
die Bedienungsanleitung des Elektrowerkzeugs und befolgen Sie die in
ihr angeführten Sicherheitshinweise, wenn Siemit dem Elektrowerkzeug
arbeiten. StellenSie vor der Montage derScheibe am Elektrowerkzeug
zunächst sicher, dass sich diese in dierichtige Richtung dreht.Die
Drehrichtung der Elektrowerkzeugspindel und dieDrehrichtung der
Scheibe sind durcheinen Pfeil aufdem Elektrowerkzeug und der Scheibe
gekennzeichnet. Wenn dieDrehrichtung falsch ist, darf die Scheibemit
dem Elektrowerkzeug nicht verwendet werden.Entfernen Sie vorder
Bearbeitung alle Fremdkörper wie Nägel, Drähte usw. vom Material.
Verwenden Sie nur eine scharfe, saubere und in einwandfreiem
Zustand bendliche Scheibe.
Die Scheibe darf nur von geschultem Personal verwendet werden, das
über Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Verwendung und Handhabung
der Werkzeuge verfügt. Die am Werkzeug angegebene maximale
Drehzahl darf nicht überschritten werden. Wenn ein Drehzahlbereich
angegeben ist, muss dieser beachtet werden. Sägeblätter, deren Körper
Risse aufweisen, müssen ausgeschlossen werden (eine Reparatur
ist nicht zulässig). Vollständige Werkzeuge mit sichtbaren Rissen
dürfen nicht verwendet werden. Werkzeuge und Werkzeugkörper
müssen so gespannt werden, dass sie sich bei der Bearbeitung nicht
lösen können. Bei Werkzeugen mit Kraftanschlüssen müssen die
cr- und ca-Schneidkanten verwendet werden, um radiale und laterale
Überstände einzuhalten. Die Montage der Werkzeuge muss sorgfältig
durchgeführt werden, damitsichergestellt ist, dass das Werkzeug
über die Nabe bzw. die Spannäche gespanntist und dass sich die
Schneiden, oder die Spann- oderSchutzelemente des Elektrowerkzeugs
nicht gegenseitig berühren. Das Anziehen von Schrauben und Muttern
darf nur mit den entsprechenden Werkzeugen usw. und dem vom
Hersteller angegebenen Drehmoment (falls zutreend) erfolgen. Die
Verlängerung der Arme von Spannschlüsseln oder Hammerhiebe sind
verboten. Die Spannächen müssen gereinigt werden, um Schmutz,
Fett, Öl und Wasser zu entfernen. Die Klemmschrauben müssen gemäß
den Anweisungendes Herstellers angezogen werden. Wenndiese
Anweisungen nicht verfügbar sind, müssen die Klemmschrauben von der
Mitte zur Kante angezogen werden. DieVerwendung vonlosen Ringen
oder Buchsen zur Einstellung derGröße der Scheibenlöcher ist nicht
zulässig. Passen Sienicht die Größe des Scheibenlochs für die Montage
an der Maschinenspindel an. Üben Siewährend des Betriebs keinen
übermäßigen Druck auf die Scheibe aus, dadies zu einer Überlastung des
Elektrowerkzeugs, einer eventuellen Überhitzung der Scheibenpitzen
undeiner Verschlechterung des Arbeitsergebnisses führen kann.
Harz oder andere anhaftende Materialien dürfen nur mit
Lösungsmitteln von der Scheibe entfernt werden, die die mechanis-
chen Eigenschaften der Scheibe nicht beeinträchtigen. Verwenden
Sie dazu eine synthetische Faserbürste, einen Sto oder Druckluft, um
die Scheibe von Staub zu reinigen. Das Schleifen oder die Reparatur
der Scheibe sind nicht gestattet. Wenn die Scheibe beschädigt ist, z.
B. durch Änderung der Schwingung aufgrund eines Sturzes, darf die
Scheibe aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht verwendet werden.
Stellen Sie vor dem Starten des Elektrowerkzeugs bei getrennter
Stromversorgung zunächst sicher, dass die Scheibe an der Spindel des
Elektrowerkzeugs sicher eingerastet ist und dass kein Teil der Scheibe
den Scheibenschutz oder dessen Basis berührt.

speed range is specied then it must be adhered to. Discs with acracked
body, must be discarded (repair is not permitted). Integral tools with vi-
sible cracks must not be used. Tools and tool elements must be clamped
in such amanner that they must not come loose while rasping. On tools
with apower connection, acr and ca adjusting gauge must be used to
ensure the radial and lateral blade overlaps. Tools must be mounted
very carefully to ensure that the tool is clamped by its hub, i.e. clamping
surface, and that the cutting blades are not touching each other or
touching the clamping elements, cutting blade guard or the base of
the power tool. The fastening bolt and nut must only be tightened with
respective tools, etc. and to the tightening torque specied by the ma-
nufacturer (if specied). Extending the length of arms of the tightening
wrenches or using hammer impacts is not permitted. The clamping
surface must be clean and free of any substances such as Vaseline, oil or
water. Clamping bolts must be tightened according to the manufactu-
rer‘s instructions. If these instructions are not available, the clamping
bolts must be tightened from the centre towards the edge. Using loose
rings or sleeves for adjusting the size of disc holes is not permitted. Do
not modify the dimensions of disc hole for installation on to the spindle
of the power tool. Do not apply excessive pressure on to the disc when
using it as this will overload the power tool or potentially overheat the
tips of the disc and lead to poor quality results.
Resins and other stuck on materials may only be removed from the disc
using solvents that do aect the mechanical properties of the disc. To
clean dust away from the disc, use abrush with synthetic bres, atextile
or compressed air. Grinding the discor repairing thedisc is notpermitted.
In the event that the disc is damaged, e.g. rotational imbalance as aresult
of being dropped, then for safety reasons the disc must not be used.
Prior to starting the power tool, with the power supply disconnected,
rst check that the disc is securely clamped on to the spindle of the
power tool and that no part of the disc is touching the disc guard of the
power tool or its base unit.
During work, use certied eye, ear, hearing and
breathing protection and gloves with asucient
level of protection. Inhalation of dust is damaging
to health. The blade may heat up during use. When handling the disc,
use suitable protective gloves as protection against injury since the
disc is sharp and may heat up to ahigh temperature during use.
When rasping material where asignicant amount of dust is generated,
provide for the exhaust extraction of this dust by means of an industrial
vacuum cleaner with sucient ltration eectiveness, otherwise the
power tool may be damaged by the generation of excessive dust.
