desCription
The Extron CIA111 is a analog computer-video interface that features a female 15-pin input
with audio and a buffered local monitor output. It is compatible with a wide variety of analog
video signals, including VGA-UXGA, Mac, Sun®, SGI®, and other computer-video signals. The
CIA111 mounts in a standard two-gang outlet box, and is available in black or white. It also
features a beveled faceplate with low-profile connectors and controls.
In addition to its interface capability, the CIA111 also includes an opening to accommodate up
to four MAAP - Mini Architectural Adapter Plates. There are over 100 MAAP models available
to meet virtually any signal connection requirement. Custom engraving services are available
to label each connector as required.
The CIA111 also features cable guard handles that extend from the faceplate to protect the
input connectors and attached cables from shearing or damage. For installations requiring an
extremely low profile unit, the CIA111 can be ordered in the low profile version without cable
guard handles.
