COMPLETE LIGHTING CONTROL AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Using an EYE HORTILUX® master controller for your EYE HORTILUX® systems oers you maximum control,
ease of use, safety and plug-and-play installation. Just connect the controller cables to the systems with the
T-splitter included with the system (see Figure 5), set the dials on the systems to EXT (External control), plug
the controller and the systems directly into the main power supply and you are set to go.
The EYE HORTILUX GRC1 controller can switch all the interconnected systems on and o with its internal
timer, adjust them to your required output level (in percentage or exact output power) and even simulate
sunrise and sunset to gradually adjust the climate in your grow room when your lights go on or o. This
electronic controller replaces expensive lighting timers and electrical contactors while preventing ballast
current in-rush when switching on your lights.
Two very important features of the EYE HORTILUX GRC1 controller are the auto-dim function and
emergency shut-down. When the temperature in your grow room rises above the control level of your
climate control, your crop can be damaged beyond recovery. The temperature probe senses this and will
automatically dim the system until the desired temperature is achieved.
The controller can also manage your lights to maintain a safe temperature utilizing the included
temperature sensors. The display and warning LED indicate when high temperatures are reached and
also indicate if this has happened while you were away. If for any reason your climate control completely
fails and the temperature rises to unacceptable levels, the EYE HORTILUX GRC1 controller will perform an
emergency shutdown of all connected equipment. The alarm contact of the controller can be connected
to your alarm system for instant notication.
You can connect up to one-hundred systems to one controller and control two separate rooms (up to 50
systems each) using their own temperature sensor for auto-dim (at high temps) and emergency shutdown
(at extreme temps).
For auxiliary equipment, you can connect up to two accessories via the EEM port, one to switch equipment
when lights are on (e.g. a humidier, CO2equipment or air conditioning) and one when lights are o (e.g.
a room heater).

2. SAFETY GUIDELINES
WARNING!The EYE HORTILUX® GRC1 controller may only be used to control compatible EYE HORTILUX
ballasts. Do not connect the controller to other products as this may cause a malfunction including re or
risk of harm to person or property. Doing so will void the warranty.
WARNING!Do not open or disassemble the controller, it contains no serviceable parts. Opening the
controller will void its warranty and may cause electrical shock.
Keep the controller away from re, excessive heat, moisture, water, dust and contamination.
Always install lamp before connecting the system to the main power supply. Refer to the EYE HORTILUX
DE 1000-VS installation instructions for proper use.
3. WARRANTY
2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
EYE Lighting International of North America (“EYE Lighting”) warrants the mechanical and electronic
components of the EYE HORTILUX controllers to be free from defects in material and workmanship
provided that such controllers are operated under normal operating conditions for a period of (2) years
from the original date of purchase. If the product shows any defects within this period and that defect is
not due to user error or improper use, EYE Lighting shall, at its discretion, either replace or repair the system
using suitable new or reconditioned parts.
All warranty claims must be directed to the retail store where the EYE HORTILUX product was purchased.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The warranty and remedies set forth herein are in lieu of any and all other warranties express or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose. In the event of a breach
of warranty, EYE Lighting International of North America (“EYE Lighting”) shall, in its sole discretion,
repair or replace the non-conforming product or refund the purchase price within a reasonable time.
EYE Lighting shall not be obligated or liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages for
breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, or for any claim based on contract, tort, or any
other legal theory. In no event shall EYE Lighting’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
4. INSTALLING THE CONTROLLER
4.1 Mounting the Controller
WARNING!The area in which the product is placed must comply with the conditions specied in
section 1.2.
CAUTION!Only mount the product on a sturdy, solid surface.
1. Determine the optimal location for the controller.
2. Carefully remove the mounting plate from the controller.
3. Hang the mounting plate against the desired surface using #6 x 1” at-head screws.
4. Secure the controller into the mounting clamp. Controller should click into place when properly secured.
4.2 Installing the Temperature Sensor in
Follow Mode (one room)
Only one of the provided temperature sensors is needed in
Follow Mode.
1. Place the provided temperature sensor as close as possible
to the sensor of the existing climate control system, so both
sensors will measure the same temperature (Figure 6A)
2. Ensure the sensor is covered from the light, as this
will disrupt temperature measurements. Use a hood if
necessary (Figure 6B).
3. Insert the plug of the temperature sensor into the T1 port
(Figure 6C)
4. The temperature measured by the sensor will be displayed
on the controller display.

Note: The displayed temperature may take some time to level out.
Note: If the length of the sensor cable is insucient to reach the controller, try to relocate the controller. If this is
not possible, the sensor cable may be lengthened an extra 5 meters by using a standard 3.5 mm jack extension
cable. If the message “sensor removed” appears, the plug of the sensor is not (fully) plugged in. Plug the sensor
in completely.
Note: If the message “sensor failure” appears, the sensor is defective. Replace the sensor.
4.3 Connecting Equipment Which Must Be Used During Lights-o Periods
Example: a heater may be activated during lights-o periods.
1. Connect the EEM cable to the cage clamps marked “EEM2” (Figure 7)
2. Connect the auxiliary equipment which must be activated during lights-o periods to the EEM cable
connected to clamps marked “EEM2.”

4.4 Controlling Auxiliary Equipment in Inverse Mode (two rooms 12h/12h)
CAUTION!EYE HORTILUX® recommends you install and connect the EEM before plugging it into the
main power supply. Not doing so can cause the auxiliary equipment to start immediately.
Note: Two EEMs are needed for a two room setup.
Note: When activated, the blue light on the controller will illuminate.
1. Link one EEM cable to the controller cage clamps marked “EEM1” and a second EEM cable to the
controller cage clamps marked“EEM2.”(see Figure 7)
2. Connect the auxiliary equipment to the EEM cables.
4.5 Connecting the Controller to Ballasts
WARNING!When connecting the DE system to the controller, the system may power on. Make sure your
system(s) are not connected to the main power supply or the signal cable of the ballast is not inserted in
the controller.
WARNING!The controller may only be connected to compatible EYE HORTILUX ballasts and systems.
WARNING!Do not drape power cords over the reector to avoid damage to cord.
1. Make sure your system(s) are not connected to the main power supply.
2. Switch the rotary knob on all ballasts to “EXT” (external control)
3. Plug the RJ9 end of one of the controller cables into the RJ9 main port of the controller.
4. Plug the RJ14 end of the controller cable(s) into one of the two RJ14 ports of the rst ballast.
5. Interconnect the remote ballast to the next ballast in line using an interconnect cable with RJ14 plugs.
Up to 50 ballasts may be daisy-chained in this way.
6. Plug system(s) back into the main power supply.
4.6 Connecting the Controller to Complete Systems
WARNING!The controller may only be connected to compatible EYE HORTILUX ballasts and systems.
Note: An RJ14 splitter and two cables are provided with each complete EYE HORTILUX system since complete
systems have only one RJ14 port.
1. Switch the rotary knob on all EYE HORTILUX systems to“EXT.”
2. Plug the RJ9 end of the provided controller cable into the RJ9 main port of the controller.
3. Plug the RJ14 end of the controller cable(s) into the input of a RJ14 splitter. Use an interconnect cable to
connect one output of the RJ14 splitter to the RJ14 port of the ballast.
4. Use an interconnect cable to connect one output of the RJ14 splitter to the input of the following
RJ14 splitter.
5. Repeat this process to connect up to 50 ballasts.
4.7 Connecting the Controller to the Main Power Supply
WARNING!When you plug in the controller, the connected ballasts may ignite. Make sure your ballasts
are not connected to the main power supply yet or the signal cable of the ballasts is not inserted in the
controller yet.
Note: An RJ14 splitter and two cables are provided with each complete system since complete systems have only
one RJ14 port.
1. Plug the adapter to the AC outlet.
2. Plug the DC connector of the adapter into the DC inlet of the controller. The green power indicator will
start blinking to indicate the power was interrupted.
3. Hold the BACK button for 3 seconds. The green power indication will start to illuminate continuously.
4. Plug ballasts back into the main power supply.

5. PREPARATIONS BEFORE USE
CAUTION!Set the controller output mode to “OFF” (see section 6.9) to ensure ballasts will not be
accidentally activated during the controller setup. After this, it is safe to either connect the ballasts to the
main power supply or insert the signal cable from the ballasts into the controller.
Note: After 60 seconds of inactivity the controller interface will return to the main menu.
Note: To leave any screen without saving changes, press the BACK key.
Note: More functions can be accessed by clicking the UP key.
1. Ensure you have carried out all applicable steps from section 4.
2. Set the controller output mode to“OFF.”
3. Plug the ballast into the main power supply. The status LED on the ballast should indicate that they are
connected to the controller.
4. Examine whether all LEDs show the correct code according to the EYE HORTILUX DE 1000-VS system
instruction manual. Check the connections when you see an error code. If an overload is indicated on
the controller display, check to make sure you did not make a cabling error connecting a RJ connector.
(see section 4.5/4.6)
5. Verify your controller is ready for use by performing the actions described in this section.
5.1 Localizing the Controller
1. Selecting your default language.
The controller can be set to ve languages: Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish.
a. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
b. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate“language” and press ENTER. The Language Screen
will open.
c. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate your language. Press ENTER to conrm your choice
and return to the controller menu.
2. Switching between 24 hour and AM/PM clock mode and setting the time.
a. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
b. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate “system time” and
press ENTER. The System Time Screen (Figure 8) will
open. In this screen the “clock mode” indication blinks
(Figure 8A)
c. Press the UP/DOWN keys to switch between the
24-hour and the AM/PM-hour clock mode. Press ENTER to
conrm your choice. The “hour” indication (Figure 8B) will
start blinking.
d. Press the UP/DOWN keys to select the correct hour. In
AM/PM-hour Clock Mode, continue pressing to select
AM/PM. Press ENTER to conrm.
e. Use the same procedure to set the minutes (Figure 8C). Press ENTER to conrm your choice and
return to the controller menu.
3. Switch temperature units between °C and °F.
a. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open
b. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate “temp units” and press ENTER. The Temperature Units Screen
will open.
c. Press the UP/DOWN keys to switch between °C and °F. Press ENTER to conrm your choice and
return to the controller menu.

5.2 Calibrating the Temperature Sensor(s)
CAUTION!The controller will not immediately display the correct temperature when the sensor is
plugged in. The sensor will take some time to respond to temperature changes.
CAUTION!To allow for accurate temperature management within the climate room, the temperature
measured by the controller must match the temperature measured by the climate control system. If
these values do not match, the temperature safety system of the controller may interfere with the climate
control system.
CAUTION!Always place the temperature sensor of the controller as close as possible to the temperature
sensor of the climate control system. If necessary, the temperature measured by the controller can be
adjusted to match the temperature measured by the climate control system.
1. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate“calibrate”and press ENTER.
3. The Calibration Screen will open (Figure 9). This screen
displays the temperature measured by the main temperature
sensor “T1” (Figure 9A) and auxiliary temperature sensor “T2”
(Figure 9B). If one or both temperature sensors are not or
incorrectly connected, the text “removed” or “failure” will be
displayed behind the applicable temperature sensor.
4. Use the UP/DOWN keys to switch between “T1” or “T2” and
press ENTER to select the temperature value you wish to adjust.
5. Use the UP/DOWN keys to adjust the temperature to the desired value and press ENTER to conrm
your choice.
Note: The calibrated temperature values are stored in the internal memory of the controller. Resetting the
controller will restore these values. (see section 6.10)
5.3 Change the Display Mode from the Controller Output from % to Watts
CAUTION!The wattage displayed by the controller only serves as a visual aid, calculating the output
in wattage from the set percentage. If a 400W ballast model is selected in the controller but a 1000W ballast
is connected, the ballast will still provide a 1000W output at 100%.
CAUTION!Always use the % setting when ballasts with
dierent wattages are used simultaneously.
By default the controller represents ballast output as a
percentage of the total output (Figure 10A). The controller can
also convert this percentage into watts if the wattage of the
ballast is known.
1. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
2. Press the arrow keys to locate “Display mode” and press
ENTER. The Display Mode Screen opens.
3. Press the arrow keys to select which type of ballast(s) you
have connected: 400W, 600W, 750W, 1000W, or select
percentage in a mixed environment.
4. Press ENTER to conrm your choice. The Main Screen and the
Output Level Screen (see section 6.1) will now represent the
ballast output in Watts (Figure 11B).

6. PROGRAMMING AND USING THE CONTROLLER
CAUTION!Set the controllers output mode to “OFF” (see section 6.9) to ensure no ballasts will be
accidentally activated during the controller setup.
Follow the actions listed below to quickly start using the controller.
1. Set the controller output level. (see section 6.1)
2. Program a light cycle. (see section 6.3)
3. Set the output mode of the controller to“Follow” or “Inverse.” (see section 6.4)
4. Set the auto-dim temperature. (see section 6.6)
5. Set the shutdown temperature. (see section 6.7)
6. Set sunrise/sunset period (optional). (see section 6.8)
7. Activate the auto mode on the controller. (see section 6.9)
6.1 Adjust Ballast Output to Change Light Intensity
The controller can set the output of a ballast between 50% and 115%. Adjusting this ballast output enables
the user to change the light intensity in the climate room.
1. Press the DIMMING key. The Output Level Screen opens.
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to set the ballast output between 50% and 115% (400W, 600W and 750W
systems can only be boosted up to 110%)
3. Press ENTER to conrm your choice.
Note: The output level can also be found in the main menu.
6.2 Control a Lamp with a Lower Power Rating than its Ballast
WARNING!When installing a lamp with a lower wattage than its ballast setting, ALWAYS adjust the
output level of the ballast before switching the system on. Failing to do so will cause immediate damage to
the lamp. A ballast may be used to control a lamp with a lower power output than the nominal value of the
ballast. For example, a 1000 watt ballast set at 750 watt can be used to control a 750 watt lamp. To prevent
damage to the light, the controller output must be adjusted to the appropriate value. Failing to properly
set the wattage could result in risk of harm to person or property and may damage the lamp or ballast.
1. Disconnect the ballast(s) from the main power supply.
2. Make sure the display mode of the controller is set to represent the output power of your ballast, NOT
of your lamp. (see section 5.3)
3. Adjust the ballast output to match the wattage of the lamp. (see section 6.1)
4. Exchange the lamps of all connected ballasts.
5. Reconnect the ballast to the main power supply.
6.3 Programming a Light Cycle
Press ENTER. The controller menu will open.
1. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate “light cycle”
and press ENTER. The Light Cycle Screen will open.
In this screen, the hour indication behind “ON” blinks
(Figure 12A).
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to select the hour on which the
lights must be activated and press ENTER to conrm your
choice.
3. Use the same procedure to set the minute (Figure 12B) on
which the lights must be activated and the hour (Figure
12C) and minute (Figure 12D) on which the lights must be
deactivated.

6.4 Setting Follow or Inverse Mode (Aux Function)
The controller can be set to activate and deactivate all ballasts connected to it simultaneously. In this
manual, this mode will be referred to as the Follow Mode. The controller may also be set to invert the
output of its main and the auxiliary channel. This means the auxiliary channel and the ballasts connected
to it, are switched o when the main channel and the ballasts connected to it are switched on. An inverted
light cycle may be used to alternate light between two rooms in a 12/12 hour system. Such a system may
be used in the generative phase to optimize power utilization. In this manual this mode will be referred to
as the Inverse Mode.
Note: Always set the light interval to 12 hour periods in the Inverse Mode.
1. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate“aux function”and press ENTER. The Aux Function Screen opens.
3. Press the UP/DOWN keys to switch between “follow” and “inverse”.
4. For the Inverse Mode, select “inverse” and press ENTER. The output of the auxiliary channel will now be
o when the main channel is on.
5. Set the light interval to 12 hour periods (see section 6.3) to ensure both climate rooms are equally lit.
The selected ON/OFF period will be set for the main channel. (The auxiliary channel operates inverse of
the main channel).
6.5 Setting Temperature Safety Settings
When the temperature in a climate room gets above a certain value, the planted crops will start to degrade.
If this rise in temperature occurs, it is desirable to dim or shut down the lights in the climate room to reduce
the temperature in the room.
The controller oers the possibility to set a temperature at which it will dim the lights and a temperature
on which it will shut down the lights. Through its temperature sensors, it can sense when a harmful
temperature is reached.
To set the auto-dim temperature, go to section 6.6.
To set the shut-down temperature, go to section 6.7.
6.6 Setting the Auto-dim Temperature
Note: The default auto-dim temperature is set at 30°C/86°F.
Note: The auto-dim temperature cannot be set higher than the shutdown temperature.
Note: The auto-dim will decrease the light intensity to 50% over a span of 2°C/3.6°F. (Figure 13)
Note: Always set the auto-dim temperature at least 2°C/3.6°F above the temperature of the climate control
system. This will prevent the controller from interfering with the climate control system.
1. Press ENTER, the controller menu will
open.
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate“auto-
dim temp” and press ENTER. The Auto-
dim Temperature Screen opens.
3. Press the UP/DOWN keys to increase or
decrease the temperature.
4. Press ENTER to conrm.
Once the auto-dim temperature is reached,
the controller will automatically start
dimming the lights. No auto-dim will occur
if the shutdown temperature is set at the
auto-dim temperature.
Note: The auto-dim will stay on until
0.5°C/0.9°F under the set temperature.

6.7 Setting Safety Shutdown Temperature
Note: The default shutdown temperature is set at 35°C/95°F.
Note: The safety shutdown temperature of the controller cannot be set lower than the auto-dim temperature.
Note: Always set the shutdown temperature so it does not accidentally deactivate the lights.
Note: After a shutdown, a manual reset is required.
1. Press ENTER. The controller menu will open.
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate “shutdown temp” and press ENTER. The Shutdown Temperature
Screen opens.
3. Press the UP/DOWN keys to increase or decrease the temperature.
4. Press ENTER to conrm.
Once the shutdown temperature is reached (Figure 13), the controller will automatically shut down all the
lights and all the equipment connected to the EEMs. The A-NO alarm contacts will also switch.
6.8 Setting the Sunrise and Sunset Period
To allow crops to adjust to either a lights-on or lights-o period, a sunrise and sunset period may be set.
During this period, the light intensity increases from 50% to up to the desired intensity.
1. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate“sunrise/sunset” and press ENTER. The Set Ramp Time screen opens.
3. Press the UP/DOWN keys to increase the ramp UP/DOWN time to up to 30 minutes. 0 minutes indicates
no ramp UP/DOWN time.
4. Press ENTER to conrm your choice.
6.9 Activate or Deactivate the Systems Manually or Set Automatic Mode
WARNING!When replacing a lamp, setting the ballast to “OFF” to override the clock is insucient.
ALWAYS disconnect the ballast from the main power supply.
Note: When the controller Output Mode is set to “ON” or “OFF”, the temperature safety features of the controller
will not work.
Note: The On and O Modes are included to allow for replacement of ballasts and testing of lamps.
1. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
2. Press the UP/DOWN keys to locate “output mode”and press ENTER.
3. Press the UP/DOWN keys to switch between “auto”,“on” and “o.”
a. Select “on”to turn all the systems on. This setting will ignore temperature safety settings. (see section 6.5)
b. Select “o” to turn all the systems o.
c. Select “auto” to follow the programmed light cycle (see section 6.3) and temperature safety settings.
(see section 6.5)
4. Press ENTER to conrm your choice.
6.10 Resetting the Controller to Factory Settings
The factory reset will return all values to factory settings. It will also undo any changes to the temperature
calibration of the temperature sensors.
1. Press ENTER, the controller menu will open.
2. Press the arrow keys to locate“factory reset” and press ENTER. The Factory Reset Screen opens.
3. Press the arrow keys to switch to“yes” and press ENTER.
The controller is now reset to factory settings.

7. INTERPRETING CONTROLLER INFORMATION
7.1 Reading the Default Screen
The default screen displays the temperature measured by one or two temperature sensors (Figure 14A).
The screen also displays the output of both its channels, either in % or in Watts (Figure 14B). If an error
occurs, it may also be displayed. (See sections 7.3 and 7.4 for potential error messages)
7.2 Show System Time
1. Press the up key when in the default screen to show the system time.
2. Press the up key again to return to the default screen.
7.3 Interpreting LED Signals
GREEN LIGHT (Figure 15A)
A glowing green light indicates the controller is functioning.
A blinking green light indicates the power has been interrupted. After a power failure, the blinking green
indicator must be reset:
1. Hold the BACK button for three seconds to reset the indicator.
BLUE LIGHT (Figure 15B)
A glowing blue light indicates the connected ballasts are activated.
A blinking blue light indicates an overload. (see section 7.4)
When a blue light is o, it indicates the connected ballasts are deactivated.

A glowing red light indicates the auto-dim temperature is exceeded.
A blinking red light indicates the shutdown temperature has been exceeded. (see section 7.4)

7.4 Interpreting Display Messages
SENSOR DISCONNECTED
The message “sensor disconnected” appears when the temperature sensor is not plugged in. All devices
connected to the controller are deactivated. Plug in the missing sensor to resolve.
SENSOR FAILURE
If the message “sensor failure” appears, the sensor is defective. All devices connected to the controller are
deactivated. The controller must be reset. Follow these instructions to reset:
1. Replace the temperature sensor.
2. Hold the BACK button for 3 seconds.
CONTROLLER OVERLOAD
If the message“controller overload”appears, the main channel has been overloaded. The blue LED indicator
behind the overloaded channel will also start ashing. An overload may occur when the wiring connected
to the main channel of the controller has short circuited. All devices connected to the controller will be
deactivated. The controller must be reset. Follow these instructions to reset:
1. Search for faulty wiring or contacts and replace it.
2. Hold the BACK button for 3 seconds.
AUTODIM
When the auto-dim temperature has been exceeded, the message “auto-dim” will appear on the display.
The red light will also ash. The ashing will continue until the temperature drops 0.5°C/0.9°F below the
auto-dim temperature for at least 30 seconds.
A glowing red light indicates the auto-dim temperature has been exceeded in the past.To resolve a glowing
red light, hold the BACK button for 3 seconds to reset the warning.
TEMP ALARM
When the shutdown temperature has been exceeded, the message“temp alarm”will appear on the display
and the red light will ash rapidly. All devices connected to the controller are deactivated. The controller
must be reset. Follow these instructions to reset:
1. Ensure the temperature of the room is below the shutdown temperature. If the temperature is still
above the shutdown temperature, the controller cannot be reset.
2. Hold the BACK button for 3 seconds to reset the controller.
8. MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND DISPOSAL
8.1 Maintenance and Repair
WARNING!Do not open or disassemble the controller. It contains no serviceable parts. Opening the
controller will void its warranty and may cause electrical shock.
The controller may be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
Note: Do not use acids, solvents, abrasives or other aggressive substances to clean the controller as this may
cause damage.
8.2 Disposal
ATTENTION: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS A BATTERY. IT MUST BE DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.
This product may not be discarded as household waste. Dispose of the equipment through a recycling
center that handles electronics and electrical appliances within your territory.

L’utilisation d’un contrôleur principal EYE HORTILUX® pour vos systèmes EYE HORTILUX® vous ore contrôle maximal, facilité d’utilisation, sécurité
et installation prête à l’emploi. Connectez simplement les câbles du contrôleur aux systèmes avec le séparateur en T inclus avec le système
(voir Figure 5), réglez les boutons des systèmes sur EXT (contrôle externe), branchez le contrôleur et les systèmes directement à l’alimentation
principale etc’est parti!
Le contrôleur EYE HORTILUX permet d’activer et de désactiver tous les systèmes interconnectés avec son temporisateur interne, de les ajuster
au niveau de sortie souhaité (en pourcentage ou en puissance de sortie exacte) et même de simuler le lever et le coucher du soleil pour ajuster
progressivement le climat de votre chambre de culture lorsque vos lumières s’allument ou s’éteignent. Ce contrôleur électronique remplace les
minuteries d’éclairage et les contacteurs électriques coûteux tout en empêchant le courant des ballasts de se précipiter lors de l’allumage de vos
lumières.
Deux caractéristiques très importantes du contrôleur EYE HORTILUX sont la fonction d’atténuation automatique et celle d’arrêt d’urgence.
Lorsque la température dans votre chambre de culture dépasse le niveau de contrôle de votre climatisation, votre produit peut être endommagé
au-delà de sa capacité de récupération. Le capteur de température le détecte et atténue automatiquement le système jusqu’à atteindre la
température souhaitée.
Le contrôleur peut également gérer vos lampes an de maintenir une température de sécurité en utilisant les capteurs de température fournis.
L’achage et la DEL d’avertissement signalent que des températures élevées sont atteintes et indiquent également si cela s’est produit pendant
votre absence. Si, pour une raison quelconque, votre climatisation est totalement défaillante et que la température atteint des niveaux
inacceptables, le contrôleur EYE HORTILUX procédera à un arrêt d’urgence de tous les équipements connectés. Le contact d’alarme du contrôleur
peut être connecté à votre système d’alarme pour un avertissement instantané.
Vous pouvez connecter jusqu’à cent systèmes à un contrôleur et contrôler deux salles distinctes (jusqu’à 50 systèmes chacune) à l’aide de leur
propre capteur de température pour l’atténuation automatique (à hautes températures) et les arrêts d’urgence (à des températures extrêmes).
Pour tout équipement auxiliaire, vous pouvez connecter jusqu’à deux accessoires par le port EEM, pour mettre l’équipement sous tension
lorsque l’éclairage est allumé (par exemple, un humidicateur, un équipement CO2ou une climatisation) et un lorsque l’éclairage est éteint (p.
