This checklist refers to the basic equipment of the CalfRail. Not all available functions can be shown.

with their rst drinking attempts. In-
dicates by ashing when entitlement
is used up.
Feed button
Enables the move on to the next calf
before the waiting time is over
Continue button
Operated by the calf sucking on the teat
and starts the pump to deliver the feed

Calf Feeder rinses
all hoses with
water
When the last calf‘s entire
portion has been mixed, the
feeder only mixes water to keep
the hoses lled and transport
the last portion of milk to the
calf.
Automatic hose cleaning
Cleaning

The calf feeder rinses
the lines with warm
water
Main rinse:
The lines are cleaned via
circulation cleaning and
detergent
Rinse:
The lines are cleaned
with clear water
(Option)
Good to know
Independent of the CalfRail cleaning,
the hoses are automatically lled with
rinsing water after each cleaning of
the machine.
The water bath heater not only keeps
the hoses warm. It also prevents the
system from freezing. Thanks to the
temperature sensor, the heater can
work independently.
