Bataryan›n flarj edilmesi:

• Cihaz› flarj edilebilir standa yerlefltiriniz ve adaptör

Cihaz 40 dakikaya kadar kablosuz
kullan›labilmektedir. Bataryalar›n uzun ömürlü
olabilmesi için, her zaman bataryalar›n tamamen
boflald›¤›ndan ve daha sonra cihaz› flarja
takt›¤›n›zdan emin olunuz. Cihaz›n flarj›n›n
tamamen bitmesi için, cihaz ifllemeyecek hale

parças›n›n yaka içine düflmesini engellemek için
bir havlu yerlefltiriniz. Elektrik çarpmas› riskini

Introduction
Thank you for purchasing Fakir Boss
Rechargeable Hair Clipper which has been
designed and manufactured to give you many
years of trouble-free service.
You may already be familiar with using a similar
product, but do please take time to read these
instructions - they have been written to ensure
you get the very best from your purchase.
Safety is important
For yours and others safety please read the
instructions before using the appliance. Please
keep this instruction in a safe place for the further
use. If you pass the appliance on, pass on the
instructions too. Remove all packaging, but keep
it until you are satisfied that the appliance is
working.
CE Declaration of Conformity
This appliance fulfills the requirements of the
Appliance and Product Safety Law (GPSG) and
the EU Directives 2004/108/EC “Electromagnetic
Compatibility” and 2006/95/EC “Low-Voltage
Directive.” The appliance bears the CE mark on
the rating plate.
Important Safeguards
When use electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed, including
the following,
• Before operating your appliance, make sure the
power rating of your appliance does in fact match
of your electrical system.
• Do not keep and use this appliance in humid
areas. Charge, use and store the product at a
temperature between 15˚C and 35˚C.
• Only use the appliance’s own accessories (mains
adaptor, cutting combs, etc) that is supplied by
Fakir.
• Do not unplug or touch to the adaptor with wet
hands.
• Do not try to repair the adaptor or adaptor plug
by yourself. Return appliance to an authorized
Fakir Service facility for examination, repair or
adjustment.
• Do not try to repair or disassemble the appliance
by yourself.
• Take care to not drop the appliance.
• Never immerse the hair clipper’s surface or the
mains adapter in water or any other liquid. The
blades are washable, so you could easily
dissemble the blades from the appliance then
wash them under running water. Do not try to
wash the main body under running water.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors or where
aerosol spray products are being used or where
oxygen is being administered.
• Do not use any abrasive substance for cleaning
the appliance and its blades. You could clean
the main body of the appliance with a damp
cloth and wash the blades under running water.
• Do not allow children to use or play with the
appliance.
• Do not operate the appliance in the presence of
explosive and flammable fumes or liquids.
• Keep the power cord of the adaptor and the
appliance away from heated surfaces.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when the
appliance plugged in.
• Do not use on open wounds, cuts, sunburn or
blisters.
• Clean the appliance thoroughly each time after
use.
• Do not use your hair clipper for animal hairs.
• Never touch any moving parts of your hair clipper
when in use. Keep a distance from your cloth,
eyelash and any other items.
• Do not use your hair clipper on wigs or false
hairs.
• In the case of obvious damage to the appliance,
mains adaptor or the cable of the adaptor, please
connect with an authorized Fakir Service.
•This appliance is not designed to be used by
persons (including children) with limited physical,
sensory or mental capacities or by persons
lacking in experience and/or knowledge, unless
they are supervised by someone who is
responsible for their safety or have received
instructions on how to use the appliance.
•Childrenshould be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance. Electric
appliances are not toys for children! Therefore,
use and store the appliance away from the reach
of children. Children do not recognize the danger
involved with handling an electric appliance. Do
not let the power cord dangle from the appliance.
Keep packaging films away from children -
danger of suffocation!
• Do not use appliance for other than intended
use.

Charging the batteries:
Before using your hair clipper for the first time,
charge for about 14 hours.
• Ensure the product is switched off.
• Connect the charging adaptor to the product
and then to the mains. The charging indicator
will light up.
The hair clipper can be operated for approx. 40
minutes with a full charge To ensure a long
service life of the batteries, they should always
be completely discharged before recharging
them. To discharge them completely, the
appliance should be operated until it comes to
a complete standstill.
Your clipper cannot be overcharged even though
it is placed on its stand. However, if the product
is not going to be used for an extended period
time (2-3 months), unplug it from the mains and
store. Fully recharge your hair clipper when you
would like to use it again.
NOTE: This appliance can be operated with
mains adaptor or cordless. Before operating the
appliance with mains adaptor, connect the
charging adaptor to the product and then to the
mains. Never use an extension cord. Plug the
appliance directly in to the electrical outlet.
Extension cord will cause reduction of the battery
life.

Before using the hair clipper:
The hair to be cut should be clean and dry or
damp. Carefully comb the hair to remove any
knots. Place a towel around the neck to prevent
any trimmed hair failing down inside the collar.
To prevent the electric shock, never use the
appliance near water/liquids when it is connected
to the mains supply.
Adjusting the cutting comb length:
You could cut your hair in 14 different lengths
with adjustable cutting combs. Please place the
adjustable cutting comb to the appliance. With
small cutting comb you could cut your hair
between 2mm-20mm and with large cutting comb
you could cut your hair between 22mm-40mm.
You could easily adjust the cutting comb length
with rotate switch on your appliance. By pulling
the rotate switch to upwards will rise the cutting
comb. There is an indicator left side of the
appliance that shows the cutting comb length.
You could find a table as below that shows hair
lengths equal to the cutting comb position.
NOTE: Hair thinner mechanism defines hair
style without changing the length of adjustable
cutting comb. By sliding the blade length control
switch, Titanium blades will rise. Rising Titanium
blades will provide hair to be cut easily and
provide best cutting performance of your
appliance.
Instructions for Hair Cutting:
NOTE: If you are cutting for the first time, start
with the maxi-mum comb length (40mm).
Nape of the neck (Diagram A): Set the comb
position between 3mm and 6mm.Hold the clipper
with the blade teeth pointing upwards. Begin
starting at the centre of the head at the base of
the neck. Slowly lift the clipper, working upwards
and outwards through the hair, trimming just a
little at a time.
Back of the head (Diagram B): Set the comb
position at 12mm or 17mm, cut the hair at the
back of the head.
Side of the head (Diagram C): Set the comb
position between 3mm and 6mm, trim sideburns.
Then change to the longer setting (12 or 17mm)
and continue to cut to the top of the head.
Top of the head (Diagram D): Set the comb
position between 17mm and 22mm cut hair on
top of the head against the direction in which
the hair normally grows. To make longer hair on
top, use the appliance without comb attachment.
Lift the hair on top of the head with a small hand
comb. Cut over the hand comb with the hair
lifted or hold the hair between the fingers to lift
it and cut it to the desired length. Always work
from the back of the head.
The finishing touches (Diagrams E, F & G ): Use
the clipper without an attachment comb for close
trimming around the base and sides of the neck.
To produce a clean straight line at the sideburns,
reverse the hair clipper. Place the reversed
clipper at right angles to the head, tips of the
blades lightly touching the skin and then work
downwards.

Cleaning and maintenance:
Your clipper is fitted with high quality
Titanium/Nanosilver blades. To ensure long
lasting performance of your clipper, clean the
blades and unit regularly.
After each use,
• Before cleaning, ensure the clipper is switched
off and disconnected from the mains.
• Brush the accumulated hair from the blades
before washing the blades under running water.
Do not submerge the clipper’s main body in
water.
• To clean the unit, wipe with a damp cloth and
dry immediately.
• Do not use any abrasive substance for cleaning
the appliance and its blades. You could clean
the main body of the appliance with a damp
cloth and wash the blades under running water.
• Press the cutters set with the thumb towards the
back, remove it from the holder and take it off.
• Ensure that the cutting unit does not fall down.
• When cleaning the appliance or placing the
cutting combs to the appliance, if the appliance
is plugged in to the mains adaptor, unplug the
adaptor from power socket.
• Always store the appliance in non humid areas.
• Do store the adaptor cable by curling it around
the appliance.
Dispose of the device according to the
environmental regulations applicable in your
country.
Electrical waste must not be disposed of together
with household waste. Bring the worn-out device
to a collection center. The
packaging of the device
consists of recycling-capable
materials. Place these, sorted
out according to material, in
the collectors provided, so
that recycling can be carried
out on them.

dealer.

Dispatch
Carry the appliance in the original package or
a similar, well-padded package to prevent
damage to the appliance. Always keep the
