Bataryan›n flarj edilmesi:
Cihaz ilk kullan›m›ndan önce 12 saat
boyunca flarj edilmelidir. Cihaz› flarj
edilebilir standa yerlefltiriniz ve adaptör
fiflini prize tak›n›z. fiarj edilme ifllemini
gösteren küçük k›rm›z› LED ›fl›¤› yanacakt›r.
Cihaz 50 dakikaya kadar kablosuz
kullan›labilmektedir.
Bataryalar›n uzun ömürlü olabilmesi için,
her zaman bataryalar›n tamamen
boflald›¤›ndan ve daha sonra cihaz› flarja
takt›¤›n›zdan emin olunuz. Cihaz›n flarj›n›n
tamamen bitmesi için, cihaz ifllemeyecek
hale gelinceye kadar çal›flt›r›lmal›d›r.
Saç kesme cihaz›n›n kullan›m öncesi:
Kesilecek olan saç temiz ve kuru ya da
nemli olmal›d›r. Saç› kesmeden önce
dikkatlice taray›n›z. Ense ve boyunun
etraf›na herhangi bir saç parças›n›n yaka
içine düflmesini engellemek için bir havlu
yerlefltiriniz. Elektrik çarpmas› riskini
önlemek için cihaz›n›z› asla su veya
herhangi bir s›v› yak›n›nda cihaz prize
tak›l›yken kullanmay›n›z.
Saç kesme cihaz›n›n kullan›m›:
Cihaz› çal›flt›rmak için açma kapama
dü¤mesini “On” pozisyonuna getiriniz. Saç›n
bafllang›çta çok k›sa kesilmemesi önerilir.
Ayarlanabilir tara¤ı yerine yerlefltiriniz.
Tara¤ın kesme ayarını 4, 8, 12, 16 veya 20
mm.ye kadar ayarlayabilirsiniz.
Ayarlanabilir tara¤ı b›çak k›sm›nda bulunan
raya oturtunuz. Tarak ba¤lant› yerinin
alt›nda oval bir plaka bulunmaktad›r.
Baflparma¤›n›zla plakay› cihaza karfl›
bast›r›n›z ve ayn› zamanda ayarlanabilir
tara¤› da istenilen pozisyona getiriniz.
Saç›n›z› kesmeye bafllamadan önce,
ayarlanabilir tara¤›n tam olarak yerine
oturdu¤undan emin olunuz.
E¤er saç›n›z› k›sa kesmeye devam etmek
istiyorsan›z, ayarlanabilir tara¤› kesim
esnas›nda afla¤›ya do¤ru baflka bir
pozisyona getirtebilirsiniz.
‹nceltme fonksiyonu:
‹stenilen tarak uzunluk ayar›n› seçiniz ve
cihaz›n üst k›sm›ndaki küçük tuflu
kayd›rarak (1…0) inceltme fonksiyonunu
seçiniz. Bu fonksiyon sayesinde saç uzunluk
ayar›n› de¤ifltirmeksizin saç›n›z›n hacmini
düflürebilirsiniz.
D›fl çizgilerin kesilmesi ve ensenin
t›rafllanmas›:
Ayarlanabilir tara¤› cihazdan sökünüz.
Seramik ve titanyum bݍaklar kesimi zor
k›s›mlar›n dahi tam olarak kesilmesini ve
ense k›sm› ile saç çizgisinin temiz bir
flekilde kesilmesini sa¤lar.
Kullan›mdan sonra, cihaz›n›z›n gücünü
açma/kapama (On/Off) dü¤mesini afla¤›ya
do¤ru, kapal› pozisyonuna getirerek
kapat›n›z.
Temizlik ve Bak›m:
• Cihaz›n›z› temizlemeden önce, cihaz›n
adaptör fiflini prizden çekiniz.
• Cihaz› elektri¤e ba¤larken ya da fiflini
prizden çekerken cihaza kesinlikle ›slak
ellerle dokunmay›n›z.
• Cihaz›n adaptörünü ve kablosunu her
zaman kuru tutunuz.
Su ile temizleme:
Cihaz›n›z›n kesme ünitesi kolayca suda
y›kanabilmektedir. Suyun derecesinin
70°C’den fazla olmad›¤›na dikkat ediniz.
• Cihaz›n›z› kapal› konuma getirip, adaptör
fiflini prizden çekiniz.
• Ayarlanabilir tara¤› cihazdan ç›kart›n›z.
• Kesici ünitenin orta k›sm›na ünite aç›lana
kadar baflparma¤›n›zla bast›r›n ve çekerek
cihazdan ç›kart›n›z.
• Kesici ünitenin yere düflmemesine dikkat
ediniz.
• Kesim sonras› kalan saçlar› temizleme

Introduction:
Thank you for purchasing Fakir Senior
Wet&Dry Hair Clipper, which has been
designed and manufactured to give you
many years of trouble-free service.
You may already be familiar with using a
similar product, but do please take time to
read these instructions - they have been
written to ensure you get the very best from
your purchase.
Safety is important
For yours and others safety please read
the instructions before using the appliance.
Please keep this instruction in a safe place
for the further use. If you pass the appliance
on, pass on the instructions too. Remove
all packaging, but keep it until you are
satisfied that the appliance is working.
Important Safeguards
When use electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed,
including the following
• Read the instruction manual through
carefully before using the equipment for
the first time.
• Never immerse the hair clipper’s surface
or the mains adapter in water or any other
liquid.
• Never touch your clipper if having dropped
down in to water or any other liquid.
• Unplug from mains after use or before
cleaning.
• When unplugging the mains adapter, pull
it out by the housing, not by the cable. When
plugging in or unplugging the mains
adapter, never touch it with wet hands.
• Before operating your appliance, make sure
that your network’s voltage is compatible
with your appliance’s voltage.
• Do not cover the mains adapter, since this
will cause it to heat up excessively.
• Check the mains adapter and hair clipper
regularly for any mechanical defects.
• Please do not try to repair your appliance,
mains adaptor or the plug by yourself. All
the repair operations should be done by an
authorized Fakir Service.
• This appliance is not designed to be used
by persons (including children) with limited
physical, sensory or mental capacities or
by persons lacking in experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by
someone who is responsible for their safety
or have received instructions on how to use
the appliance.
• Make sure that the cable is not trapped in
cupboard doors or laid across hot surfaces.
This could damage the cable insulation,
causing a risk of electric shock!
• The cutting attachment is very sharp. Do
not use the appliance if the comb
attachment or cutting head is faulty. This
could cause injury!
• Please use this appliance depending on the
information which is emphasized on the
rating label.
• Do not use on open wounds, cuts, sunburn
or blisters. Only operate the appliance in
accordance with the instructions on the
rating plate.
• Do not expose the hair clipper to
temperatures below –10°C or above +40°C.
• Clean the appliance thoroughly each time
after use.
• Do not use your hair clipper for animal
hairs.
• Do not attach accessories belonging to any
other appliances. Use only with its own
accessories.
• Never touch any moving parts of your hair
clipper when in use. Keep a distance from
your cloth, eyelash and any other items.
• Do not use your hair clipper on wigs or
false hairs.
• If your hair clipper is used by others, please
clean your appliance before use.
• In the case of obvious damage to the
appliance, mains adaptor or the cable,
please connect with an authorized Fakir
Service.

Usage:
Before Usage:
Fakir Senior wet and dry hair clipper can
be operated as a cordless or mains
powered appliance. If you want to use the
hair clipper immediately, connect the mains
adapter lead to the appliance and insert
the adapter into a suitable mains socket
(230V~)
Charging the batteries:
Before first use as well as for the following
chargements, the appliance should be
charged for 12 hours. Place the appliance
onto the charging base and then plug the
mains adaptor into the mains socket. A
small red charge indicator lamp (LED)
indicates the charging process. The hair
clipper can be operated for approx. 50
minutes with a full charge.
To ensure a long service life of the
batteries, they should always be completely
discharged before recharging them.
To discharge them completely, the
appliance should be operated until it comes
to a complete standstill.
Before using the hair clipper:
The hair to be cut should be clean and dry
or damp. Carefully comb the hair to remove
any knots. Place a towel around the neck
to prevent any trimmed hairs failing down
inside the collar.
To prevent the electric shock, never use
the appliance near water/liquids when it is
connected to the mains supply.

Parts of description:

Using the hair clipper:
For hair clipper, push the On/Off switch
upwards to the “On” position. It is
recommended that the hair is initially not
trimmed too short.
Choose the transparent cutting length
attachment with lengths between 4, 8, 12,
16 or 20 mm.
Plug the comb attachment onto the side
rails of the housing. An oval retention plate
is located on the underside of the
attachment. Press it with the thumb against
the appliance and at the same time push
the comb attachment into the desired
position. Make sure that the attachment is
always firmly locked in before you start
trimming hair.
If you would like to further shorten the hair,
you can push the comb attachment
downward into another position to repeat
the cutting process.
Thinning function:
Choose the desired comb attachment
length and set the thin-out function with
the top slide (1….0). With this function you
can reduce the volume of hair without
changing the hair length.
Cutting contours and shaving the nape
of the neck:
Remove the cutting length comb from the
appliance. The ceramic and titanium cutter
set permits exact following of the contours
even at points of difficult access and also
clean shaving of the hairline on the nape
of the neck.
After use, switch the hair clipper off by
moving the On/Off switch downwards into
the “Off” position.
Cleaning and Care:
• Unplug the appliance from the mains before
you clean the appliance.
• Never hold the mains adapter unit with wet
hands when plugging it in or unplugging it
from the socket.
• Always keep the mains adapter and
connecting lead dry.
Cleaning with water:
The cutting unit can be easily cleaned under
a running water. Water temperature should
not be more than 70°C.
• Switch the appliance off and pull out the
mains plug from the socket.
• Remove the adjustable cutting length from
the appliance.
• Press the cutters set with the thumb
towards the back, remove it from the holder
and take it off.
• Ensure that the cutting unit does not fall
down.
• Remove remaining hair residue from the
shear head with the enclosed cleaning
brush. The cutter set can also be washed
under flowing water. The ceramic and
titanium blades are stainless steel that can
be washed under the water.
• The appliance can be wiped down but it
must not be immersed in water or any other
liquid as it contains live parts (rechargeable
batteries).
• Once the cutter set is completely dry, insert
it again by guiding the bottom projection of
the cutter set into the housing opening and
firmly pressing the trimmer head until it
audibly latches.
Oiling the trimmer head:
• Ensure that your appliance is switched off
before oiling it.
• Remove the cutting length comb and the
cutter set from the appliance.
• Before oiling, remove any accumulated hair
between the blades using a small brush
and oil the blades with the oil supplied in
accessories.
• Wipe off the excessive oil with a cloth.
• For oiling the trimmer head only use acid
free oil.

Replacing spare parts:
Please do not use any other accessories
that are not suggested. Spare parts such
as trimmer head, rechargeable stand,
mains adaptor and comb attachment can
be obtained by authorized Fakir Services.
Dispatch:
Carry the appliance in the original package
or a similar, well-padded package to
prevent damage to the appliance.
