The installer must ensure that the installation of the appliance is in conformity with these
instructions and National or Local Regulations in force at the time of installation.
This appliance has been CE-marked on the basis of compliance with the Low Voltage
and EMC Directives for the voltages stated on the data plate.
WARNING: THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED.
On completion of the installation, these instructions should be left with the Engineer-in-
Charge for
reference during servicing. Further to this, The Users Instructions should be
handed over to the User,
having had a demonstration of the operation and cleaning of the
appliance.

4.Installation
Falconinductioncookersareoftheplug&playtype,whichisreadyforuseafterpowerandwater
supplies(ifnecessary)areconnected.
4.1HeatRadiationRequirements
•Adequatespaceshallbeleftinthebackandbottomoftheunittoallowfreeflowofair.
Improperinstallationwillresultinblockageordecreaseofairflowandpoorradiationof
heat;
•Theairinletandoutletshouldbeatleast100mmfromanyperipheralobject
(suchaswallandfloor);
•Theinletcoldairshouldnotbemixedwiththeoutlethotair;
•Theinletairtemperatureshouldnotexceed40Ԩ;
•Theinductioncooker(steamer)shouldbeawayfromotherheatsources(suchasgascooker
orhalogenstove).Incaseseveralinductioncookersareused,theyshouldbeatleast
100mmapartfromeachother.Besides,itshouldbeensuredthatthereissufficientsupply
ofcoldairandthehotairdischargedbycookerswillnotenterothercookers.
4.2FirePrevention
Allobjectsincontactwiththecooker(steamer)shouldbemadeofnon‐inflammablematerials.
4.3RequirementsonElectricalConnection
•Checkandmakesurethatthepowersupplyisconsistentwiththeratingonthenameplate
oftheproduct;
•Theelectricalconnectionmustcomplywithexistingnationalandlocalregulations;
•Theelectricalcableoftheproductmustbeconnectedtothepowersupplywithan
appropriateplug;
•Incaseleakageprotectionisadopted,themaximumcircuit‐breakingcurrentis30mA.

5.Troubleshooting
Warning:Thereishighvoltageinside!Donotopenthecooker!
Thecookercanonlybeopenedbyauthorizedservicingpersonnel.
Incasetheglass‐ceramicpanelbreaksorcracks,immediatelyswitchoffthecookeranddisconnect
thepower.Nevertouchanyexposedpartinsidethecooker.

Installation:
①Openthepackageandmakesurethattheappearanceoftheunitisingoodcondition.
②Placetheunitattheinstallationplace.Payattentiontotheventilationconditions.
③ConnectthecabletotheterminalblockorCircuitbreakeraccordingtothelabelling.
Allconnectionsmustbesecure.
OperatingInstructions:
Afterthedeviceispoweredonandthereisnoabnormalindication,itisreadyforuse.
Operateaccordingtothefollowingsteps:
①Placeawok/panwhichisrecommendedbythemanufactureronthecookerandaddthe
appropriateamountofwater.Theinstructionsforappliancesincorporatinginductionheating
sourcesshallindicatethesizeofthesmallestcookingvesseltobeused.
②Switchonthepower,theindicatorwillgoon.
③Dependingonthefoodtobecooked,turntheknobslowlytoanappropriatepositionbetween
“0”and“Max”.Acorrespondingnumberwillbeshownontheindicator.
④Afteruse,turnthehandleto“Off”andcutoffthepower.

operationoftheinductioncooker.Negligenceofsuchinformationmayleadtoharmstopeople,
environmentandequipment,aswellaspotentialrisksasfollows:
Electricshock;
Overheatingofwok/pan;and
Overheatingofcookersurface.
7.2SafetyNotes
Thesafetyinstructionscontainedinthismanual,theapplicablenationalregulationsonthe
preventionofaccidentsaswellasuser’sinternalsafetyrulesmustbestrictlyobserved.
7.3NoticetoUser
•Topreventelectricalshocks,theinstallationandelectricalconnectionoftheinduction
cookermustbeperformedbyaqualifiedcontractoraspernationalandlocalregulations.
•Theheatingzonehashightemperature.Toavoidinjury(scalding),donottouchthisarea.
•Toavoiddryheating(glowing)ofwok/pan,don’tleavetheapplianceonunattended.
Forthesakeofsafety,switchthepoweroff.
•Topreventaccidentscausedbyautomaticheatingofwok/pan,switchoffthecookerbefore
removingthewok/pan.Donotrelyonthepandetector.Thisensuresthatanyonewho
wantstousethecookermustswitchitonhim/herself.
•Don’tinsertanypieceofpaper,cardboard,cloth,etc.betweenthewok/panandtheheating
area,asthismayinitiateafire.
•Donotplacemetallicobjectssuchaskitchenutensils,cutlery,cans,aluminiumfoilandkeys
onthehobsurfacewithinthecookingzonebecausesuchthingscanbeheatedupquickly.
•Donotwearwatchesandringsastheseobjectscanbeheatedupwhenincloseproximity
tothehobsurface.
•Peoplewithheartpacemakersshouldconsultwiththemanufacturerorphysicianbefore
usingtheinductioncooker.
•Theentireunitmustbereliablygrounded.Oncethecookerbodyorelectriccableis
foundbroken,immediatelyswitchtheunitoff,disconnectthepowerandcontactthe
manufactureroritsauthorizedservicingpersonnel.
•Donotplacealuminiumfoilorplasticutensilsontheglass‐ceramicsurfaceintheheating
zonenoruseitasstorage.

•Thecontactsurfaceofwok/panmustmatchthatoftheglass‐ceramicpanel;otherwise,
Itmayleadtoreducedperformance,malfunctionandevendamagetotheinductioncooker.
Therefore,onlythosewoks/panssuppliedorrecommendedbythemanufacturercanbe
used.(Wokdiameter:360mm,Minimalpandiameter:220mm,ferrousorcompoundsteel
bottom)
•Don’tplacecreditcards,phonecards,passengercards,cassettetapesorothermagnetic
objectsonthesurfaceoftheinductioncooker.
•Thereisaircoolingsystemintheinductioncooker.Toavoidoverheatinginducedshutdown,
donotblocktheairvents.
•Donotletanyliquidenterthecooker.Donotspillwaterorfoodoverthewok/pan.
Donotflushthecookerwithwater.Donotcleanthecookerwithasteamcleaner.
•Incasetheglass‐ceramicpanelbreaksorcracks,immediatelyswitchoffthecookerand
disconnectthepower.Nevertouchanyexposedpartinsidethecooker.
•Operationbeyondtheratedvaluesandlimitsoftheinductioncookerwillresultinunreliable
operationandevendamage.Itisadvisedthatthecookeroperateatfullpower,i.e.the
powerregulatorissettothemaximumscale.Selectbetween“1”and“3”whenslowfireis
required.
•Neverturntheinductioncookeronandofffrequentlywithoutanypurposeasthismay
causedamagetotheelectricalcircuitandshortentheservicelifeofthecooker.Normally,
thecookershouldnotberestartedwithin3secondsafteritisshutdown.
•Theinductioncookershouldbecleaned,maintainedandservicedonaregularbasistokeep
itingoodconditionandextenditsservicelife.
•Thereishighvoltageinsidethecooker.Itcanonlybeopenedbyauthorizedservicing
personnel.
•Toavoidmisuse,alldiscardedelectricaldevicesmustbedisposedofsafelyandproperly
bytheuser.
•Thereisasmallareaatthebottomcentreofthewok/panthatheatsslowly.
Toensurethatoilisevenlyheated,stirtheoilinthewok/pan.
•Theceranglasspanel,enclosure,wok/pan,tub,potandpotsupportoftheinduction
cookerareoutsidethewarrantyscope.
7.4UnauthorizedChangeandPartReplacement
Donotmakeanychangetotheinductioncooker.Iftheinductioncookerneedstobechanged,
pleasecontactthemanufacturer.Forsafety’ssake,pleaseusepartsandcomponentscertifiedbythe
manufacturer.Useofanyuncertifiedpartsandcomponentswillvoidallthecommitmentsand
warrantiesofthemanufacturer.

8.Cleaning&Maintenance
Cleantheglass‐ceramicpanelsurfaceinthesamewayastoglass.Donotusecorrosiveorgrinding
cleanerssuchasgrillspray,detergentpowder,de‐ruster,polishingpowderorcoarsespongetoclean
thepanel.
Topreventscalding,donotcleanthepanelwhenthesurfaceishot.
StainsandRemovingMethod

Caution!Avoidscalding.Ifstainisnotremovedintime,tiny
holesmayformonthesurfaceoftheglass‐ceramicpanel.
Othermaintenanceandservicingworkthancleaningandmaintenanceshouldbeconductedby
designatedserviceproviders.
Important:Avoidleakageofliquidintotheinductioncooker.Donotflushwithwaternorcleanwith
steamcleaner.

9.RegularServicing
Tokeeptheinductioncookeringoodconditionandextenditsservicelife,itshouldbecleaned,
maintainedandservicedonaregularbasis.
Thefilteroftheinductioncookermustbecleanedatleastonceeverythreemonths.
Theinductioncookermustbecheckedbyauthorizedtechnicalpersonnelatleastonceayear.
Danger!Donotopentheinductioncooker.Thereishighvoltageinside!
Theinductioncookercanbeopenedbyauthorizedpersonnelonly.
10.WasteDisposal
