QYJ-10KPa Intelligent Pressure Controller, is an innovative product completely
from the design, development and manufacture of Beijing Fuyuanlida Electronic
Technology co., Ltd. This product integrates the requirements of cable inator from
power supply system and the use request from the customers, and also adapts the
new importing components.
The mature and reliable software technology ad hardware electro circuit are
adopted, so as to ensure the advance and good reliability of the functions

2. Working Pressure value, upper limit and lower limit of warning pressure are
shown by digital display.
3. The upper limit and lower limit of warning can be set manually.
4. The product is of standard Plastic Case and beautiful, and easy to be installed.

2.1 Unpacking check
2.2 Installation
2.1.1 Check the quantity of each component listed in the packing list.
2.1.2 Check whether there is damage and cracks in the components, or the screws
are loose.
2.1.3 Check whether there is some abnormal noise in the device.
2.2.1 First, x the host horizontally.
2.2.2 Secondly, connect all the control signal lines. Pay attention to the difference
between the open signal and closed signal.
2.2.3 Thirdly, connect power cable, and pay attention to the connecting position and
polar of 220VAC and DC24V.
2.2.4 Finally, set both upper limit and lower limit of warning pressure based on the
device request.

How to set the upper limit and lower limit value of warning pressure:
After switch on the QYJ-10kPa Intelligent Pressure Controller, press the ‘SET’
button in the Parameter setting, the upper limit indicator will be ashing. Then
at the same time, press ‘ + ‘ or ‘– ‘ button to adjust the upper threshold value ,
the value range is from the lower limit to the overrunning limit, the overrunning
threshold is pre-set in the software of controller).
By the same method, you can set the lower limit: press the ‘SET’ button in the
Parameter setting, the lower threshold indicator will be ashing. Then at the same
time, press ‘ + ‘ or ‘– ‘ button to adjust the lower threshold value (the value range
is from 0 to the upper limit).
Finally, press the OK button and save the data. Otherwise press SET button
directly to exit the setting without saving data.
