READ INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY: Read and fallow all instructions. Place instruction in a
safe place for future reference. Do not allow anyone who has not read these
instruction to assemble, light, adjust or operate the heater.

1. Instruction.
1.1 This heater is an electric heater with ventilator/fan motor, can be used in household,
warehouse, workshop or greenhouse. It incorporates a thermostat and a self-resetting
thermostat. The thermostat feels the air inlet temperature and controls the room temperatures.
It will switch off the heater by overheating to ensure the safety. The fan motor is not controlled
the thermostat, when the thermostat cuts off the heating element the ventilator keeps working
on.
1.2 When using the heater for the first time, you may notice a slight emission of smoke. This is
quite normal and it stops after a short time. The heating element is made of stainless steel and
was coated with protection oil by production. The smoke is caused by the left oil when heating.

3. Description of Control Panel.

4. Special safety regulations.
4.1 Warning: In order to avoid overheating, please DO NOT COVER heater during using.
4.2 When using electrical appliance basic precautions should always be followed including
below:
4.2.1 The fan heater is not suitable for use outdoors in damp weather, in bathrooms or in
other wet or damp environments.
4.2.2 Please note that the fan heater can become very hot and should, therefore, be placed at a
safe distance from flammable objects such as furniture, curtains and similar.
4.2.3 DO NOT cover the fan heater.
4.2.4 Do NOT place the fan heater immediately under a wall socket.
4.2.5 Do NOT connect the fan heater using an on/off timer or other equipment which can
automatically switch the device on.
4.2.6 The fan heater must not be placed in rooms where flammable liquids or gases are used or
stored.
4.2.7 If an extension cord is used, it must be as short as possible and always be fully extended.
4.2.8 You must not connect other appliances to the same mains socket as the fan heater.
4.2.9 Heater can’t using in bathroom, shower stall and swimming poor directly.
4.2.10 If the cord of heater was damaged, it must be repaired by manufacturer or maintenance
point.
4.2.11 Make sure the heater is always under surveillance and keep children and animals away
from it.
4.2.12 Do not place the appliance on moving vehicles or some where easy to be tipped over.
4.2.13 When you don’t use the appliance for a long time, unplug the appliance. Don’t leave the
heater for a considerable amount of time when in use. Pull the plug straight out, never remove
the plug by pulling on the cord.
4.2.14 Keep the heater from curtain or places where the air inlet can easily be blocked.
4.2.15 The power couplet is waterproof when not in use. In order to prevent possible electric
shock or leakage current, never use the appliance with wet hand or operate the appliance when
there is water on the power cord.
4.2.16 Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate
collection facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection
systems available. If electrical appliance are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous
substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health
and well-being.
4.2.17 This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance4 by a person responsible
for their safety.

5. Using Instructions.
5.1 Position the fan heater so that it stands upright on a firm surface and at a safe distance from
wet environments and flammable objects.
5.2 Connect the fan heater to the mains.
5.3 Set the thermostat knob to the MAX and let the heater operate with full power.
5.4 The fan heater will switch on when the heating selector is set to one of the power settings .
5.5 Once the room reaches the required temperature, heating element will stop working but fan
also working. Once the temperature decreased, the heating element will be working.
5.6 The fan heater now starts and stops automatically and thus keeps the room temperature
constant.
5.7 Before off heater, please turn the thermostat to OFF position and turn the heating knob to
Fan or off, let the appliance cool down for two minutes.
5.8 Time-delay thermostat cut-off, if you forgot to turn the thermostat to OFF position
before off heater, Thermostat cut-off and Fan will be working when the temperature of
front grill of heater is near 45℃. When temperature reduced to about 40℃, the
thermostat cut-off and fan will stopped working itself. It will cool heater.
5.9 EY series heater can adjusted angle about 20 ℃according to you requirement by screw on
two side panel.
5.10 After using, turn off the heater firstly, pull out the plug.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance.
6.1 Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the socket and let it cool down. The
enclosure is easily to get dirty, wipe it often with soft sponge. For every dirty parts, wipe with a
sponge dipped in <45℃water and mild detergent, then dry the heater enclosure with clean
cloth. Be careful not to let the water enter the appliance inner. Don’t splash water onto the
heater, never use solvent like gasoline, isoamyl acetate toluene etc. to clean the heater, in order
to protect the enclosure.
6.2 Clean the cord and plug, dry and pack it in a plastic bag.
6.3 When you store the heater, let it cool down first, keep it dry. Then cover it with a plastic bag,
put in a packing box and store it in a dry, ventilated place.

7. Trouble shooting
You can solve many common problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call. Try
the suggestion below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the service center.

8 .DISPOSAL
Electrical products should not be discarded with household products.

products used must be collected separately and disposed of at collection
points provided for this purpose. Talk with your local authorities or dealer for
advice on recycling.

10. WARRANTY
WARRANTY
The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2
years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use.
The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear.
The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identied as defective by the designated distributor. The
manufacturer does not accept responsibility for the replacement of the machine, in whole or in part , and/or
ensuing damage.
The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to:
• insucient maintenance.
• abnormal assembly, adjustment or operations of the product.
• parts subject to normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not extend to:
• shipping and packaging costs.
• using the tool for a purpose other than that for which it was designed.
• the use and maintenance of the machine done in a manner not described in the user manual.
Due to our policy of continuous product improvement, we reserve the right to alter or change specications
without notice. Consequently, the product may be dierent from the information contained therein, but a
modication will be undertaken without notice if it is recognized as an improvement of the preceding
characteristic.

11. PRODUCT FAILURE
WHAT TO DO IF MY MACHINE BREAKS DOWN?
If you bought your product in a store:
a) Empty the fuel tank.
b) Make sure that your machine is complete with all accessories supplied, and clean! If this is not the case,
the repairer will refuse the machine.
Go to the store with the complete machine and with the receipt or invoice.
If you bought your product on a website:
a) Empty the fuel tank.

the repairer will refuse the machine.
c) Create a SWAP-Europe service ticket on the site: https://services.swap-europe.com When making the
request on SWAP-Europe, you must attach the invoice and the photo of the nameplate (serial number).
d) Contact the repair station to make sure it is available before dropping o the machine.
Go to the repair station with the complete machine packed, accompanied by the purchase invoice and the
station support sheet downloadable after the service request is completed on the SWAP-Europe site

12. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Start-up and setting up of the product.
• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product.
• Damage resulting from improper use of the product.
• Damage resulting from assembly or start-up not in accordance with the user manual.
• Breakdowns related to carburetion beyond 90 days and fouling of carburetors.
• Periodic and standard maintenance events.
• Actions of modication and dismantling that directly void the warranty.
• Products whose original authentication marking (brand, serial number) has been degraded, altered or
withdrawn.
• Replacement of consumables.
• The use of non-original parts.
• Breakage of parts following impacts or projections.
• Accessories breakdowns.
• Defects and their consequences linked to any external cause.
• Loss of components and loss due to insucient screwing.
• Cutting components and any damage related to the loosening of parts.
• Overload or overheating.
• Poor power supply quality: faulty voltage, voltage error, etc.
• Damages resulting from the deprivation of enjoyment of the product during the time necessary for repairs
and more generally the costs related to the immobilization of the product.
• The costs of a second opinion established by a third party following an estimate by a SWAP-Europe repair
station
• The use of a product which would show a defect or a breakage which was not the subject of an immediate
report and/or repair with the services of SWAP-Europe.
• Deterioration linked to transport and storage*.
• Launchers beyond 90 days.
• Oil, petrol, grease.
• Damages related to the use of non-compliant fuels or lubricants.
* In accordance with transport legislation, damage related to transport must be declared to carriers within 48
hours maximum after observation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
This document is a supplement to your notice, a non-exhaustive list.
Attention: all orders must be checked in the presence of the delivery person. In case of refusal by the
delivery person, it you must simply refuse the delivery and notify your refusal.
Reminder: the reserves do not exclude the notication by registered letter with acknowledgement within 72
hours.
Information:
Thermal devices must be wintered each season (service available on the SWAP-Europe site). Batteries must
be charged before being stored.
