Simple Remote Set Up
Welcome to the Fetch remote setup guide. Follow the Simple Remote Set Up
steps to program your Fetch remote to control your TV. If the Simple Remote Set
Up doesn’t work, try the Direct Remote Set Up.

Hold down for 3 seconds. The remote will flash twice.
Find your TV brand below and hold down the number key,
until TV turns off.
1 – Hisense 2 – LG 3 – NEC 4 – Palsonic 5 – Panasonic
6 – Samsung 7 – Sanyo 8 – Soniq 9 – Sony 0 - Teac
Note: If your TV brand is not listed or this setup did not
work, you may wish to try the Direct Remote Set Up (page 4).
Press then to turn on TV.

You can set up your
remote when you first
start up your Fetch box
or later by following the
steps in this guide.

Direct Remote Set Up
Before you start, find your TV brand and related codes in the list (see page 8).
You may need to try each code to find the best match for your TV.

Hold down and for 3 seconds. The remote flashes twice and backlights come on.
Press the first of the 4 digit codes for your brand of TV.
If the code is valid, the remote flashes twice.
If the code is invalid, the remote flashes once only on the last digit entry.
Press then to turn your TV off and back on.
• If this doesn’t work, repeat from Step 1 using the next code on the list for your TV brand.
• If you have turned the TV back on using the Fetch remote, the setup has worked.

Controlling the TV Volume

Switch control from the TV to the Fetch box:
Hold down and until the remote flashes twice.
Switch control from the Fetch box to the TV:
Hold down and until the remote flashes once.
Volume Up
Mute – Toggles the sound on/off
Volume down

Fetch Power
Press to turn on/off Fetch box.
TV Power
Press then press to turn on/off TV.
AV Source:
Press then press to change the input source, e.g. HDMI switch on TV.
Some buttons may not work with your TV. You may wish to try each code through
the Direct Remote Set Up process (page 4) for your remote.

Reset remote to control
Fetch Box only

Follow these steps if you want to clear the remote of the TV code programmed
through Simple or Direct Set Up.
Hold down and on the remote for 3 seconds. The remote flashes twice and backlights come on.
This will put the remote control into programming mode, where you’ll have 10 seconds to reset it..
Press the following buttons on your remote in order:
After you press the 9 button, then the 7 button and then the 7 button again,
the remote will flash four times.
If you want to program the Fetch remote to control your TV again, follow the
Simple Remote Set Up process. (page 3).
