Assembly
Most of your cart will be pre-assembled at the factory. Finish
assembly by following the next steps:
- Bolt the hopper to the tubular frame, with the 12 truss head
screws. Secure to the frame with 5/16" whiz locknuts.
- Bolt the tongue assembly (which should be pre-assembled)
around the tubular frame directly under the hopper. This will
'sandwich' around the bolted-together tubes under the hopper.
- Slide a machinery bushing (Item 8) onto the axle pin.
- Slide the pin with the machinery bushing through the axle hole,
feeding it from the outside of the wheel, towards the center of
your cart.
- Place another machinery bushing over the pin, after fed through
the wheel, then slide complete wheel/axle assembly into the axle
receiver tube on the frame. Secure in place with the provided
cotter pin.
(Repeat for other wheel)
