Technical description
The AIR CLEANER MODULE LR ... / LRF... is equipped with a FISCHBACH-COMPACT-
FAN with FISCHBACH-EC-Motor.
The AIR CLEANER MODULE LR ... / LRF ...isequippedwiththefollowingfilters:
- Hepa14filteraccordingtoDINEN1822(filtersparticleswithadegreeofseparationof
99.995%ataparticlesizeof0.3µm)
- EPM1 55%(F7)
- EPM10 75%(M5)
Thehousingframeisaspecialconstructionmadeofstablealuminiumcompositeprofile.
Thegalvanized,double-shellsidepanels(41 mm thick)areushrecessedinthehousing
frame.Sidepanelinsulationmadeofmineralfibrewool-non-combustible-withhightrans-
missionthermalresistanceandhighsoundinsulation.

- donotplaceanyobjectsonthedevice!
- keepaminimumdistanceof50cm to furniture / other objects
- 1m maintainminimumdistancetoelectrical devices
Recommendation:ForbestresultspleaseplacetheFISCHBACHAir-Cleanerinthemiddleof
thelongestsideoftheroomonthewall.
Commissioning
- makesurethattheON/OFF-switchisintheOFF-position
- pluginthepowerplug(230V~)
- switchtheON/OFF-switch
- settherequiredowratewiththerotarycontrolaccordingtothePst-V-diagram(inclu-
dedintherespectivedatasheet)
Function
- Critical lter contaminationisindicatedontheFISCHBACHcontrolunitbythe
yellowindicatorlight.
- Adjustthevolumeowaccordingtothediagram„Volumen ow with lter clean -
dirty“(includedintherespectivedatasheet).
- Whentheinspectionpanelisopenedduringoperation,themotorswitchesoff
automatically!
Maintenance
Beforecarryingoutmaintenanceworkthefollowingstepshastobecarriedout
1. switchoffthedevice
2. pullthemainplugs
3 waituntiltheimpellerstops(approx.30s)
4. opentheinspectionpanelwiththeenclosedAllenkeyandtakeitoutwithbothhands

Thefiltershavetobechangedregularly.Forthispurpose,theEPMfiltersarepulledout
as shown in Fig.  lter changeBeforetheHepaFILTERcanbepulledout,the4starknob
screwshavetobeloosened.
Werecommendtochangethepre-filtersEPM1 55% and EPM10 75% every 6 months, the
HEPA14  lter every 12 months.
- tochangethefilters,disposableglovesandmedicalmouth-nosecovermustbeworn
- topreventinfection,brieyheattheusedfiltersto100°Corspraythemwithalcoholor
washing-upliquidandleavethemtoworkfor10minutes
- when inserting the new EPMfilter,thefollowinghastobeobserved:thearrowonthe
filterframemustpointintheairdirection(asindicatedonthetypeplate)!
- afterinsertingtheHEPAfilter,retightenthe4starknobscrewsofthepressplate
- closetheinspectionpanelaftermaintenancework/openingtheunit-allsashlocks
mustbeclosed!
