Important Safety Instructions
PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Warning
Make sure Sans is unplugged before any maintenance or cleaning.
Never put fingers or body parts inside the machine.
Do not allow water, liquids or flammable cleaning products inside the machine.
Do not put oils, incense or perfumes inside the machine or filter.
Unplug and cease use if the plug, power cord or machine is damaged.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the
risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
Please follow these instructions to avoid a risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury.

Maintenance
Use a soft cloth and optional neutral cleaning product to wipe down the exterior of the
machine.
As needed, unplug the device, remove the filter and lightly wipe the surface with a soft
cloth to remove any dust, debris and hair.
Do not attempt to vacuum or wash the filter. Replace the filter every three months.
Make sure that the air inlet and outlet is not blocked or obstructed. Leave at least 12
inches of space around the back and sides of the machine while also leaving at least 20
inches of space above the machine.

Getting Started
To begin using your new Sans Mini air
purifier, it is necessary to remove the
packaging surrounding the filter. The
filter is accessible through the base of
your Sans Mini. Unscrew the base to
remove the filter.

The top control panel houses the following features and controls:

On/Off - Control the power to your Sans purifier.
Mode/Fan Speed - Switch between Auto Mode (Sans auto-adjusts fan
speed based on your air quality) and Manual (low, medium and high fan
speed).
Sensor Mode - Switch between showing PM 2.5, PM10 and VOC
indexes on the display.
Timer - Program your Sans purifier to run for 2, 4 or 8 hours before
shutting off.
Light/Child Lock - Cycle between high, low and off. Hold for 3 seconds
to activate or deactivate child lock. When on, all buttons are disabled.
UV Light/Filter Replacement - Turn the UV light on/off. When
the LED above this button is illuminated, the UV light is
activated. The light is internal and not visible from the outside.
This LED will also flash red when it is time to replace the filter.

Additionally, with SmartPure, you can see Sans work through the
digital display on top of your air purifier.

What do the numbers and colors mean?
Sans Mini detects three different types of harmful particles:
NOTE: This light is not the UV light, which is internal and facing the filter.

When the filter in Sans requires replacement, a blinking red light
will appear above the UV light button.

Filters
After replacing the filter, press and hold the UV light button
for 7 seconds to reset the internal timer and stop the
blinking light.
Changing your Sans filter
Replacing a used filter with a new one is straightforward. Simply
unscrew the base plate on your Sans Mini purifier, pull out the
old filter and replace it with the new one, with the opening in the
filter facing the top of the machine.
