• Please keep these instructions for
future reference, as they contain

• Insert the game cartridge into the
socket on top of the cycle console.
Push to be sure it’s fully inserted.
• Turn your TV or DVD player/VCR
power ON.
• Slide the power switch on the
cycle to ON .
• To find the picture on your TV screen,
set your TV’s or DVD player/VCR’s
mode selector to INPUT or VIDEO IN.
Note: You can use this Smart Cycle®
software with any Smart Cycle®model.

Find the letters!
• Pedal the cycle to drive down the
road. The faster you pedal the faster
you go!
• Use the handlebar to steer.
• Collect the letters shown in the upper
left corner of the screen to spell
Shrek’s favorite words! Simply drive
into them. Don’t bump into the
other objects.

Off ramps
• Keep traveling down the road or
head towards an off-ramp sign
for other fun games and activities.
Simply bear towards the sign as you
see one approaching.
Hint: If you miss your sign, you can
pedal in reverse to back up.
Taking Snap Shots.
• Press the right handlebar button
to take snap shots.
Hint: You can only take snap shots in
this activity.

Get the ogre army in line!
• Listen to the order Shrek wants
the ogres to line up in - smallest to
largest, tallest to shortest, by the
numbers on their shields, etc.
• Use the joystick to scroll through the
ogres. Then, press a red handlebar
button to select the ogre.

• After selecting the ogre, use the
joystick again to select a place in line.
Then, press a red handlebar button to
move the ogre into line.
• Repeat this procedure to line up all of
the ogres.

Help spell the words!
• First, listen to the word you need to
spell. Then, listen to the sound the
missing letter makes.
• Use the joystick to scroll to the missing
letter at the top of the screen. Then,
press a red handlebar button to choose
the letter.
• When you’re finished with this activity,
press the exit button to return to
the road. Pedal to the next activity.
Help Shrek and Donkey fill the
cauldron and get to the castle!
• Use the joystick to move Shrek and
Donkey through the forest.
• Push the joystick down to lower Shrek
and Donkey to the ground and collect
mud in their cauldron.
Level 1 - Collect mud from two puddles
to fill the cauldron.
Level 2 - Collect mud from three puddles
to fill the cauldron.
Level 3 - Collect mud from four puddles

a time.
Level 3 - Match up to two cookies at
a time, but pay attention to which
direction the cookie is facing.

1 Player
• Pedal down the track as fast as you
can to the finish line. Try to speed
past the other characters. Get to the
finish line first and you win!
Hint: Drive over arrows along the way
for a speed boost!
2 Player
• Each player takes a turn. Pedal down
the track as fast as you can to the
finish line. Look at your time.
• Now it’s time for Player 2 to beat
your time.
• The player with the fastest time wins.
• When you’re finished with this
activity, press the exit button to
return to the road. Pedal to the

plate. Count how many waffles
