Unit requires two AAA size batteries for operation (batteries included).

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause
harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Battery Information
Adult Installation Required.
1. Open the battery compartment door on the rear of
the unit by removing the screw with a screwdriver
(not included) and lift up.
2. Insert two (2) “AAA” size batteries (included)
following the polarity marked inside the battery
compartment.
3. Replace the battery compartment door and screw.
Battery Precautions
Follow these precautions when using batteries in this
device:
1. Use only the size and type of batteries specified.
2. Be sure to follow the correct polarity when
installing the batteries as indicated in the battery compartment.
Reversed batteries may cause damage to the device.
3. Do not mix different types of batteries together (e.g. Alkaline and
Carbon zinc) or old batteries with fresh ones.
4. If the batteries in the device are weak/dead or if the device will not
be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries to prevent
damage or injury from possible battery leakage.
5. Do not try to recharge batteries not intended to be recharged; they can
overheat and rupture. (Follow battery manufacturer’s directions.)
6. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire; batteries may leak or explode.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being
charged,
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision,
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Care and Maintenance
1. Keep the microphone surface clean by wiping with a soft dry cloth.
2.
Keep the microphone away from direct sunlight or excess heat sources.
3. Remove batteries when the microphone is not in use for an extended
period of time.
4. Do not expose the microphone to moisture or water, and do not drop
on hard surface.
5. The product is designed for indoor play only.
Operation
1. Press the Sing button and sing into the microphone. Release
the Sing button when done singing.
2. Press the Demo Song button to hear/sing along to a demo song
and have the Flashing Lights light.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your mouth is too close to the microphone or if
you speak/sing too loud, the sound will be distorted or there will be
feedback. In this case, move your mouth further from the microphone
or lower your voice until the distortion disappears.
Auto Shut Off
To preserve the batteries, this unit will automatically go into Standby
mode when not in use. Press any button to resume normal operation.
Troubleshooting
If an operation malfunction occurs, please follow these steps:
1. Remove all the batteries in the battery compartment.
2. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
3. If the unit is still not working properly, replace all the batteries
with fresh ones.
