Consumer Information
IMPORTANT! Always attach with all provided fasteners tightly to a crib or playpen according to
the instructions. Do not add additional strings or straps to attach to a crib. Check frequently.

• This product may not attach to all crib designs. Do not add
additional strings or straps to attach to a crib or playpen. Use only
the crib connector.
• Use crib connector ONLY attached to a crib or playpen.

Battery Replacement
• Slide the soother out of the crib connector. Locate the battery compartment door on the back of
the soother.
• Loosen the screw in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the
door. Remove the exhausted batteries and dispose properly.
• Insert four, new AA (LR6) alkaline batteries.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw. Do not over-tighten.
• If this product begins to operate erratically, you may need to reset the electronics. Slide the
power/volume switch off and back on.
• When sounds/light become faint or stop, it’s time for an adult to change the batteries.
In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury
or ruin your product. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc)
or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries from the
product. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of product in a fire. The batteries inside may
explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.
Battery Safety Information
• Protect the environment by not disposing of this product with household waste
(2002/96/EC). Check your local authority for recycling advice and facilities.
For longer life, use alkaline batteries.

• Slide the soother into the crib connector.
• Position the crib connector inside the crib. Make sure the attachment strap is on the outside
of the crib A.
• Slide the end of the attachment strap down through the slot on the back of the crib
connector B. Pull the end of the attachment strap up and fasten to the peg on the back
of the crib connector C.
Note: This crib connector should be snug against the crib rail and spindles. Use the strap slot that
provides the tightest fit.
• If you have excess strap, slide the free end of the attachment strap through the opening near the
top of the attachment strap D.

• Tie the strings to a crib spindle.
Note: It is better to tie the strings in a knot than a bow, since a bow may be easily untied.

• If the distance between the crib connector and the mattress is less than 7 inches (18 cm), lower
the crib mattress.

Before First Time Use
Slide the power/volume switch to:
ON with high volume
ON with low volume
OFF
Slide the mode switch to:
Music Only
Music & Lights
Lights Only
Slide the mode switch
to to turn off try-me
demonstration mode.
Slide the soother out of the
crib connector.

• Slide the soother back inside the crib connector.
• Press the button to start music/lights. Press the button again to change the music. Press and
hold the button to turn off music/lights.
Notes:
• This product times out after approximately 10 minutes in lights only mode; 30 minutes in music
only mode; and in music & lights mode the lights will fade after approximately 10 minutes of use
and the music will continue to play for approximately 30 minutes.
• Press the button again to restart.
Dresser Top & On-the-Go Use
• Slide the soother out of the crib connector for dresser top or on-the-go use.
