of good oral hygiene, and the Great Smile
Store Flex Oral Irrigation and Flossing Unit
makes this often tedious routine convenient
and effortless. Please take a moment to read
these helpful tips and instructions so you
can thoroughly enjoy all the features of this
portable and powerful osser.
The Flex powers away plaque and debris

allows you to choose between 2 operating
modes and the collapsible design makes it

Dual Operating Modes
Choose between two irrigating and ossing modes to t
your oral care needs:
• Normal Mode - Provides exceptional cleaning power to
blast away plaque and debris
• Soft Mode - Provides gentle yet thorough cleaning
power, especially for sensitive areas
Selecting Your Mode
• Turn the unit on by sliding the “Control Switch” (7) up to
the desired operating mode.
• Slide the “Control Switch” into the indicated position
to select Normal or Soft operating mode.
• Turn the unit off by sliding the “Control Switch” back to
the “Off” position.

Connecting and Charging
• Slide the “Control Switch” to the “Off” position.
• Make certain that the “Charging Port “(9) is completely
dry.
• Insert the adapter rmly into the “Charging Port.”
• Plug the other end of the adapter into an electrical
outlet.
• The “Charging Indicator” light will glow to indicate
that the unit is charging.
It is recommended to fully charge the unit for 8
hours prior to rst use. A full charge will last for
approximately one month of regular use.
Tips for Proper Use
• Hold the device vertically with the nozzle upward.
• Place the nozzle in your mouth prior to turning it on in
the desired mode.
• Lean over a sink and keep your mouth slightly closed
while operating so the water will not splatter.
• Position the water jet ow at a 90° angle to the teeth
and gums for optimum cleaning.
• Slowly move the water jet along your upper and lower
teeth and gum line to thoroughly irrigate the area.
• Take extra care between teeth

Using the Flex
• Open the “Water Tank Cap” (6).
(Fig. 1)
• Hold the base of the “Water Tank”
(5) and slide up the main unit until it
locks into place at the “Usage Line”
(4). Make sure the “Control Switch”
is in the Off position. (Fig. 2)
• Remove the “Nozzel Cover” (11)
and snap the “Nozzle” (1) into the
“Nozzle Storage” (3) as indicated.

• Flip the nozzle up vertically and
press down gently until it snaps into
place. (Fig. 5 & Fig. 6)
• Ensure that the “Nozzel Lock &
Release” (2) is pressed rmly against
the nozzle in the locked position
before operating. (Fig. 7)
• Fill the water tank with water. Do not
use water warmer than 40 ºC/104 ºF
and do not add salt, toothpaste, or
chemicals of any kind. (Fig. 8)
• Close the “Water Tank Cap”. (Fig. 9)
• Place the nozzle in your mouth and
slide the “Control Switch” to the
desired mode.

This product contains rechargeable batteries. In the interest of
protecting the environment, please do not dispose of this product
in household waste at the end of its useful life. Disposal can take
place at appropriate collection points provided in your area.
After Using the Flex
• Open the “Water Tank Cap” and empty any remaining
water in the tank.
• Hold the nozzle over a sink and slide the “Control
Switch” to either mode to drain any remaining water
from inside the appliance.
• Once the water has drained, slide the “Control Switch”
to the Off position and close the “Water Tank Cap”.
• Wipe the unit dry with a soft cloth.
To prevent the growth of bacteria, always empty any
remaining water from the tank between uses. Be sure
to empty and thoroughly dry the unit if storing it for an
extended period of time.
IMPORTANT:
Use only water or a neutral cleaning agent to clean the
device. Do not use boiling or hot water over 50ºC/122ºF.
Keep the device away from high temperature areas and
avoid storing in direct sunlight.

Cleaning & Recommendations
Main Unit
• To clean the unit, gently wipe with a damp cloth and a
mild liquid soap.
• Never submerge the main unit in water.
• Wipe the unit dry with a soft cloth.
Water Tank Cap
•Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
Nozzle
• Rinse with water and wipe with a soft cloth.
• Replace the nozzle every 6 months.
Water Suction Tube
• Rinse with water and wipe with a soft cloth.
• Avoid bending, pulling or twisting the water suction
tube.
Tank
• Rinse with water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
• Empty and dry the tank when not in use for an extended
period of time.

This Great Smile Store product is warranted to be free of
manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship for
one year from the date of purchase. Damage or wear
resulting from an accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use,
or unauthorized adjustment and/or repair are not covered
under this warranty.
Should this product require warranty service (or replacement
at our discretion) please contact client service to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and
return instructions, proof of purchase is required. Products
returned without a Great Smile Store generated RMA
number will not be accepted and the sender will not receive
a refund, replacement, or repaired product.
