5.How to train
The training system can cooperate with the password to form a
conditioned response to the pet. When the [sound ],
[vibration ] ,[static ] buttons of the remote control are
pressed, the signal will be sent to the collar unit, and the collar unit
will perform corresponding actions.
The setting of action level can control the collar unit to output
different intensity of sound, vibration and static electricity signals.
In training, you can choose different action mode and intensity.
In training, start with a low intensity. If the pet reacts to the
choice of intensity , the intensity selection is appropriate. If there is
no response, the intensity setting can be gradually increased to
avoid using too high intensity in the beginning to cause too strong
stimulation to the pet.
The training system is equipped with long and short metal
contacts. When the dog's hair is too thick, it is necessary to replace
the longer metal contacts. Select the appropriate length of metal
contacts for pets to ensure the contact. On the the remote control
screen, you can check the display of the [wearing instructions] icon
to confirm whether the metal contacts are effectively contacted.
When using, it is necessary to adjust the appropriate length of
the neck collar. If it is too loose, the metal contact will not be able
to contact effectively, and if it is too tight, it may cause irritation to

the pet skin.
In order to avoid possible skin damage, the device is designed
to take up to 15 seconds each time when a button is pressed.
Do not allow the collar to be worn by the pet for more than 12
hours. Check the neck area after usage, if rashes or pain occurs,
stop using it until the skin is completely healed. If the condition
persists, consult your veterinarian.
6.Safety tips
Warning:
Do not use on aggressive dogs. If you are not sure that the
product is suitable for your dog, consult your dog trainer or your
veterinarian.
This product is only suitable for healthy dogs and non
aggressive dogs. Please read the instructions in the manual
carefully before using this product.
Do not let children play with this product, it is not a toy.
Charge the product according to the instructions, if done
inappropriately it may cause fire and or explosion.
Risk of skin injury：
Choose the appropriate metal contact length, adjust the
appropriate neck collar tie length, avoid the pet wearing the collar
unit for more than 12 hours every day, or it may cause damage to
the dog's skin. If there is skin damage, you should stop use it
immediately.
Keep the metal contacts and collar clean and wipe with a soft
cloth weekly.
Waterproof tips：
The protection grade of the remote control unit is IP53. In any
case, please do not put the remote control unit in water.
The protection grade of the neck ring unit is IP65 ,and the
silicone gel cover must be covered before use. If the silicone cover
is not covered properly during use, the device may be permanently
damaged in rainy days or when the dog enters the pool with the
collar on.

7.Charge the device
Use the attached USB in the accessory to connect one end of
type-C to the remote control or neck loop unit, and the other end
to the USB charger, the device can be charged. When the device is
charging, all training functions will be automatically disabled,and
there will be no action when the button is pressed.
8.Install collar tie
1.Turn off the power supply of the collar unit before connecting
the neck tie
2.Put the collar unit device downward and the metal contact
upward
3.Put the buckle face down, the belt assembly passes through
the first slot and moves to the second slot

9.Wearing the collar unit on a dog
1. Make sure the collar unit is powered off.
2. Let your dog stand in a balanced position on a flat ground.
3. Put the collar strap around the dog's neck, put the pet collar
under its neck, and the indicator light is facing you.
4. Put the end of the webbing through the buckle.
5. Tighten the end of the collar until the desired tightness is
achieved and pass the push rod through the nearest webbing hole.
6. Check to make sure the collar is in the middle of your dog's
neck.
7. Check to make sure that the metal points of the collar unit
are in good contact with the dog's skin.
8. If the neck strap is too long, cut off the excess end and heat
the end of the ribbon with a lighter or candle and seal it.
10.Replace metal contact
1. Please install the metal contacts before using. Before
installing the metal contacts, please turn off the collar unit.
2. This training system is equipped with 3 pairs metal contacts
of long, medium,short sizes. Please choose the appropriate size for
your pet.
3. Remove the metal contact, turn it anticlockwise and
rotate it for several turns before the disassembly is completed.
4. Install the metal contact, turn it clockwise and rotate it
for several turns. Please make sure it’s tightening to avoid falling
off.

11.Device on / off
Remote control unit on / off
Power on: press the [unlock ] button to start the
machine.
Standby: when no button is pressed, the remote control unit
will go into dormant mode after 15 seconds. When in dormant
mode, the screen will be displayed and the back light will be off.
Wake up: when the remote control unit in standby mode, any
button can wake it up.
Shutdown: the device will automatically shut down after 2
minutes of standby mode, or press the [unlock ] button
continuously for 3 seconds to quickly shut down.
Collar unit on / off
Power on: press and hold the [on / off ] button
continuously for 3 seconds , the LED indicator lights up, and
release the button.
Shut down: press the [on / off ] button, the LED indicator
light will be on. After pressing the button continuously for 3
seconds, the LED indicator light will off and release the button.
If the device failed to power on, please try to charge the device
first.。
12.Device pairing
1. Turn off the collar unit first.
2. Press and hold the [on / off ] button continuously, and
do not release it after the device is turned on. Press and hold the
button continuously for 10 seconds until the collar LED indicator
starts to flash.

3. Turn on the remote control unit and select the channel
needed.
4. Press the [sound ] button of the remote control ..
5. When the pairing is successful, the collar LED light will be
off, and the [signal icon ]of the remote control will also
display the signal strength.
If the pairing is not successful, the remote control unit will
automatically exit the pairing after 60 seconds.
13.Channel selection
1. The remote control unit can select the channel when it’s on
or standby.
2. Press the [turn left ] button to subtract from the
channel selection, press the [turn right ] button to increase,
and the digital display of the selected channel will flash, channels
1-9 can be selected.
3. Press the [confirm ] button to complete the channel
selection.
14.Strength selection
1. The remote control unit can select the output intensity of
sound, vibration and static electricity when it’s on or standby.
2. Press the [increase ] button to increase the intensity ;
press the [decrease ] button to reduce the intensity , and the
selected intensity digital display will flash, intensity level 1-9 can be
selected.
3. Press the [confirm ] button to complete the strength
selection.
15.Sound function
1. The remote control unit can send a signal to trigger the
collar unit to send out sound when it’s on or standby.
2. Press the [sound ] button of the remote control unit to
send the signal.
3. Press and hold the button continuously to send out the
signal, and it will stop automatically after 15 seconds.

16.Vibration function
1. The remote control can send a signal to trigger the collar
unit to generate vibration when it’s on or standby.
2. Press the [vibration ] and [unlock ] buttons of
the remote control at the same time to send signals.
3. Press and hold the button continuously to send out the
signal, and it will stop automatically after 15 seconds.
4. By default, the vibration function will produce sound at the
same time,can also choose to turn off the sound.
17.Electrostatic function
1. The remote control can send a signal to trigger the collar
unit to generate static electricity when it’s on or standby.
2. Press the [electrostatic ] and [unlock ] buttons of
the remote control unit at the same time to send signals.
3. Press and hold the button continuously to send out the
signal, and it will stop automatically after 15 seconds.
5. By default, the electrostatic function will generate sound at
the same time, can also choose to turned off the sound.
18.Accompanying sound
1. By default, sound will be generated simultaneously when
vibration and static electricity are generated, The [sound ]
symbol displayed on the LCD screen according to the sound
on/off.
2. For the accompanying sound on/off, press the [sound ]
and [unlock ] buttons of the remote control continuously for
3 seconds.
19.Training feedback
The sensor inside the collar unit can detect the intensity of
pet's stress action after being stimulated by sound, vibration and
static electricity, and send the intensity signal to the remote
control . After receiving the signal, the remote control generates
the corresponding vibration intensity, the user can intuitively see

the stress response of pet, and can also be used as a reference for
auxiliary adjustment of intensity selection.
20.Wear detection
The wear detection function can detect whether the metal
electrode of the collar unit is in effective contact with the dog's
skin. If it is not properly worn, the [wear indication ] icon on
the LCD screen will flash. If the contact is good, the icon will be on.
If the collar unit is not turned on or not paired, the [wear
instruction ] icon will also be on, but the signal sign and the
collar battery will not be displayed on the remote control.
21.Device disposal
This product contains plastic, PCB, chip, polymer lithium
battery and other parts. After the product life cycle is reached, it
should not be mixed with ordinary domestic waste. Please discard
the equipment to the electronic product recycling facility. Please
comply with the local environmental protection requirements to
dispose of the electronic equipment that containing lithium
battery.
22.Answers to frequently asked questions
Q: how old can a dog use the training system?
A: your dog can recognize and obey basic commands, such as
"come here" or "sit". This product is suitable for most big, medium
and small dogs.

Q:Can I add a few more collar units?
A: the remote control has 9 signal channels. You can control
up to 9 dogs.

Q: how far can you remote control it.
A: it can reach a radius of 1000 meters in the open area
without any interference. However, magnetic field, machine
station, obstacles, battery power, other wireless devices, different
terrain, and other factors may affect the remote control signal

transmission and the actual remote control distance of the remote
controller.

Q: how do I know if the device needs charging?
A: the screen of the remote control can display the power of
the remote control and the collar unit. When the power is only half
or less than half, it will display 1 grid (insufficient power). When the
power is seriously insufficient and is about to be off, a blank space
will be displayed. In order to ensure a better experience, please pay
attention to the power and charge it in time.

Q: I want to test the electrostatic function of the neck collar
unit by hand, but it doesn't respond. Is my method wrong?
A: you need to install the metal contact on the collar unit and
touch two contacts at the same time. It does not conduct static
electricity if only touch one contact.

Q: how long is the battery life of the device?
A: the remote control and collar unit use polymer batteries,
which can be charged 400 times.

Can I tie the dog rope to the collar unit?
A: this may cause the metal contacts against the dog's neck
during the pulling. We suggest to tie to a separate collar.

Q: how much static and vibration gear does my dog need?
A: it is suggested to start with the lowest gear (1st gear),
gradually increase the gear according to the actual training effect,
and finally select the suitable gear.

Q: what other methods helps training ?
A: it is suggested that you prepare some snacks for the dog as
a training reward, which will be more effective. After effectively
stopping bad habits, give the dog some snacks appropriately, and
tell the dog what can and can't do. After training many times, the

dog will understand what you like and what you don't like it to do.

Q: when the device is put on the dog's neck and the remote
control button is used to send instructions, the dog does not
respond. What is the problem?
A:
Check if the remote control unit and collar unit have power.
Check if he remote control unit security lock is unlocked .
Check if the collar unit is switched on.
Make sure that the electrode column of the collar unit is in
good contact with the dog skin, and the collar can not be worn too
loose. You can check the wearing detection icon on the screen to
indicate whether the contact is good.
When the dog's hair is too long, please replace the long metal
contact.
