INTRODUCTORY COMMENT
Thank you for having chos n our machin . This
floor cl aning machin is us d for th industrial
and civil cl aning, suitabl for hard and not v ry
rough floorings. During its advanc mov m nt,
th combin d action of th brush s and th d -
t rg nt solution r mov s th dirt which is aspi-
rat d through th r ar suction ass mbly, giving a
p rf ctly dry surfac .
Th machin must b us d only for such purpos .
It giv s th b st p rformanc if it is us d cor-
r ctly and maintain d in p rf ct ffici ncy. W

HANDLING OF THE PACKED MACHINE
Th machin is suppli d with suitabl packing
for s n for fork lift truck handling.
Th total w ight is 111 kg.
Packing dim nsions:
Bas : 1175 mm x 665 mm
H ight: 1185 mm
ATTENTION:
Do not plac mor than two packings on top of
ach oth r.
UNPACKING OF THE MACHINE
1. R mov th xt rnal packing.
2. Unscr w th brack ts (1+2) that s cur th
machin to th pall t.
3. Mov th machin backwards, as indicat d in
th figur , avoiding h avy contacts to m chani-
cal parts.
4. K p th pall t for v ntual transport.
SQUEEGEE ASSEMBLY
With th squ g support low r d, slid th
two stud bolts (1) plac d on th upp r part of th
squ g , insid th slots on th support. Block
th squ g by rotating th l v r (2) clockwis .
Ins rt th squ g hos (3) into its coupling, r -
sp cting its position as indicat d in th figur .
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SQUEEGEE HEIGHT
Th squ g must b adjust d in h ight d -
p nding on th rubb r w ar. In ord r to guaran-
t a p rf ct drying during th op ration, th
low r blad of th r ar squ g rubb r (4) must
work slightly b nt backwards (op rator sid ) in
uniform d way in all its l ngth.
Acting clockwis upon th two r gist rs (5) it is
possibl to incr as th b nding of th rubb r.
Acting count rclockwis it is possibl to d -
cr as th rubb r b nding.
A lab l plac d n ar th two r gist rs (5) indicat s
rotation s ns to incr as or r duc th h ight.
Not : Th wh ls of th squ g support must
b adjust d through th r gist rs (5) at th sam
h ight so that th squ g works parall l to th
floor.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SQUEEGEE INCLINATION
In cas of n d, to incr as th rubb r b nding
in th c ntral part, it is n c ssary to tilt th
squ g body rotating count rclockwis th
r gist r (6). To incr as th rubb r b nding on
th squ g xtr miti s, rotat th r gist r
clockwis .
SPLASH GUARD ASSEMBLY
Th two splash guards hav to b ass mbl d
onto th brush s bas group. Ins rt th m tal
strips insid th suitabl slots pr s nt on th
rubb r. Plac th round hol at th flat xtr mity
of th strip onto th scr w plac d in th front
part of th brush s bas group. S cur th strips
through th nut blocking it.
Hook th spring in th r ar part of th brush s
bas group to th slot plac d at th xtr mity of
th m tal strip still fr . Pl as act as abov for
both th splash guard rubb rs, paying att ntion
to r duc to th minimum th gap b tw n th
two rubb rs in th front part of th brush s bas
group.
With brush s ass mbl d, th splash guard must
slightly touch th floor.
MANUAL ASSEMBLY OF THE BRUSHES
ATTENTION:
Ch ck that th mains plug is disconn ct d.
1. Acting upon th p dal (12) lift th brush s
bas group.
2. With th brush s bas group in lift d position,
ins rt th brush s into th ir plat s at und r-
n ath th brush s bas turning th m until th
thr m tal buttons ar prop rly s at d in th ir
slots; rotat n rgically th brush s to push th
button towards th coupling spring until th y
g t block d.
Th figur shows th rotating s ns for brush s
coupling.
For th brush s bas s ruby45 and ruby55 , w
sugg st to inv rt daily th brush s position, in
ord r to guarant a long r op rating lif of
th m. Wh n v r brush s w r d form d w
sugg st to r ass mbl th m in th sam position,
avoiding that th diff r nt inclination of th bris-
tl s caus s xc ssiv motor ov rload or troubl -
