thishasbeendone.Ifanypartsrequirereplacement,useonlyoriginalsparesmanufactured
byKETTLER®.
UseoftheToy
■Ensurethatthetoyisnotuseduntilithasbeenproperlyassembledandcheckedbyan
adultperson.
■Instructyourchildhowtousethewheelbarrowcorrectlyanddrawattentiontopossiblesourcesof
danger.
■Althoughdangeroussituationsareunlikelytooccurifthewheelbarrowisusedcorrectly,childrenat
playshould,ifpossible,besupervised.
■Whenchildrenareatplay,situationsmayarisewhichcannotbepredictedbythemanufacturer
andforwhichhecannotbeheldresponsible.
■Keepthisunitcleananddry.Wipeoffdirt,moisture,andoilwithacleansoftcloth.Neveruse
corrosiveorabrasivesubstancestocleanthetoy.Neverusesubstanceswhichmaycause
pollutionoftheenvironment.
Assemblyofthewheelbarrow
■Pleaseensurethatthewheelbarrowwillonlybeusedforplayingwhenassemblyhasbeencarried
outcorrectly,andchecked,byanadult.
■Thetoymustbeassembledcarefullybyanadultperson.Studytheassemblyinstructions
carefullybeforebeginningwork.Thisisessentialforthesafefunctionanduseofthe
wheelbarrow.
■Pleasenotethatthereisalwaysadangerofinjurywhenworkingwithtoolsordoingmanual
work.Thereforepleasebecarefulwhenassemblingthisproduct.
■Ensurethatyourworkingareaisfreeofpossiblesourcesofdanger,forexampledon’tleaveany
toolslyingaround.Alwaysdisposepackagingmaterialinsuchawaythatitmaynotcauseany
danger.Thereisalwaysariskofsuffocationifchildrenplaywithplasticbags!
■Boltallthepartstogetherlooselyatfirst,andcheckthattheyhavebeenassembledcorrectly.
Tightenthelocknutsbyhanduntilresistanceisfelt,thenusewrenchtofinallytightennuts
completelyagainstresistance(lockingdevice).Thencheckthatallscrewconnectionshavebeen
tightenedfirmly.Attention:oncelocknutshavebeenunscrewedtheynolongerfunction
correctly(thelockingdeviceisdestroyed),andmustbereplaced.
■Pleasekeeporiginalpackagingofthisarticle,sothatitmaybeusedfortransportatalaterdate,
ifnecessary.
■Fortechnicalreasons,wereservetherighttocarryoutpreliminaryassemblywork(e.g.addition
oftubingplugs).
