When using Aquaoat 7x50 WP for the rst time.
When adjusting your binoculars for the rst time, look at an object
at least 100-200 m away. Observe the same non-moving object
during the setting.
• Adjust the distance between the eyes by moving the binocu-
lar tubes closer or apart, until you see a round image.
• Adjust the eyepieces by folding down the rubber pieces, until
you have the right distance to the binoculars and a comfort-
able view. People with glasses should fold the rubber pieces
all the way down. (Image B, Image C)
Focus setting, binoculars with individual focusing (IF)
• Put the cover on the right objective lens and adjust the diop-
tre adjustment on the left side, until you get a sharp image.

• Now switch sides and adjust the dioptre adjustment on the
right eyepiece lens until you get a sharp image again. (Image
E)
• Done! Look through both tubes without any further adjust-
ments, and you have a depth of eld from 20m - ∞ with your
sharpness of vision.
