polypropylene cone, this subwoofer provides an excellent bass boost for any on-board audio system. Its dual-

is installed in a
hatchback, a station
wagon, a utility
vehicle or a van.
7. If cables or
harnesses are
provided, use them
the proper way
(like mentioned in
this user manual)
without replacing or
modifying them.

1. Trous pour fixation dans caisson clos, caisson bass-reflex, dans véhicule : Veillez
à utiliser des vis adaptées afin de ne pas endommager votre caisson voire le plancher
de votre véhicule ou d’autres de ses composants.
2. Borniers vissables : Connectez votre subwoofer à l’amplificateur à l’aide du bornier
se trouvant sur le côté du haut parleur.
3. Haut-Parleur : Veillez à ce que le woofer soit dirigé vers un espace dégagé afin
d’obtenir de meilleures performances acoustiques. Assurez-vous qu’aucun objet ne
traverse la grille, cela pourrait endommager les haut-parleurs.
1. Holes for attaching to closed cabinet, bass-reflex cabinet in the vehicle: Please
use suitable screws to avoid damaging the floor of your vehicle or any of its other
components.
2. Screw terminals : Connect your subwoofer to the amplifier using the terminal
found on the rear of the speaker.
3. Speaker driver: Ensure that the woofer is pointing towards an open space in order
to achieve the best acoustic performance. Ensure that there are no objects positioned
across the grille, as this could damage the speaker drivers of your subwoofer.

Important recommendations
First of all, check the space available for fitting the speaker drivers
(refer to the plans on the packaging) then proceed with the cutting
required. If mounted in the factory location, check that there is
sufficient space between the speaker driver and the protective grille.
• Clear the speaker drivers of any metal shavings and dust particles.
• Clean carefully before mounting the speaker drivers.
Conditions of warranty
All Focal loudspeakers are covered by warranty drawn up by
the official Focal distributor in your country. Your distributor can
provide all details concerning the conditions of warranty. Warranty
cover extends at least to that granted by the legal warranty in force
in the country where the original purchase invoice was issued.
