CONNECTION
- Connect the AIP-1020 microphone to the local area network via the ethernet port, RJ-45.
- Connect the device to the mains supply using the mains adapter provided.
CONFIGURATION
There are two ways of configuring the AIP-1020 microphone:
- via internet using the AIP-Go application.
- via an external configuration file generated by the AIP-Go application itself.
VIA INTERNET USING THE AIP-GO APPLICATION
In order to configure the parameters of the AIP-1020 microphone via the local area network, use the
AIP-Go application.
Download the instruction manual for the AIP-Go software from fonestar.com/AIP-Go and follow the
configuration instructions or access the Youtube channel: youtube.com/user/FonestarSistemas in which
the video is available explaining the configuration of the AIP-1020 microphone.
VIA THE CONFIGURATION FILE
The AIP-1020 microphone obtains an IP address automatically if the router has the DHCP option activated.
Otherwise, it must be assigned an IP address manually and all the necessary parameters for your data
network and operating of the device must be adjusted. When setting all these options, it is possible to
generate a file to configure the AIP-1020 microphone.
Execute the AIP-Go application and follow the steps below:
In the program options, select the option General> Advanced > Offline configuration.
1.- Activate/deactivate the option to change the
name.
2.- Write the name of the device to be configured.
3.- Allows network configuration change to be
activated/deactivated.
4.- Activate/deactivate DHCP configuration.
With the DHCP option deactivated, it is possible
to configure:
5.- The IP address of the AIP-1020 microphone.
6.- The subnet mask of the AIP-1020 microphone.
7.- The gateway of the AIP-1020 microphone.
8.- Allows the port range for the channel to be
changed.
9.- Enter the port range of the AIP-1020 microphone
to be configured or use the default option.

10.- Allows connection parameter change to be
activated/deactivated.
11.- Allows the multicast group that the device will join
to be selected. Use the default option or configure
the group by entering the values.
12.- Allows modification of the port for communication
between the microphone and the rest of the
devices.
13.- Allows the lifetime of the data in the network to be
defined.
Once all the parameters have been configured, select the Generate option and add the file to the root of a
USB storage device.
Then, insert the USB storage device in the corresponding port on the rear panel of the device, with the device
switched off. Now, switch the device on.
If the configuration has been completed successfully, 30 seconds after starting, all the buttons will emit a blue
flashing light, repeating 3 times.
FIRMWARE UPDATING
There are two ways of updating the AIP-1020 microphone firmware: via an update file or via the AIP-Go
application. With both options, download the update file from the fonestar.com website. In order to do so,
go to the product Software tab (AIP-1020) and download the update file.
UPDATE FILE
Once the update file has been downloaded, add it to the root of the USB storage device.
Insert the storage device in the USB port on the rear panel of the device, with the device switched off. Then,
switch the device on while pressing and holding any button on the front panel.
Press and hold the button while the device is finding the update file in the USB storage device. After 30
seconds, all the buttons on the AIP-1020 will emit a flashing light among: off, red and blue, repeating 5 times.
If the updating has been performed successfully, all the buttons will emit a blue light. At this moment, stop
pressing the button and after 30 seconds the device will be ready for use.

VIA THE AIP-GO APPLICATION
In order to update the firmware via the AIP-Go application, execute the program and follow the steps below:
Select the Devices option.
The Network Connected Devices window will be displayed. Select the microphone you wish to use, press
the Configure button.
The Configuration window will be displayed. To update the software, select the Options tab and press the
Update button.
At this point, select the update file that you downloaded from the fonestar.com website and wait for the
AIP-1020 microphone to restart.

AIP-1020 OPERATING STATUS
The LED blue and red indicators represent the current system status. These indications start to work when
the AIP-1020 microphone is switched on. Below is a description of all the operating status according to the
LED indicators located on the front panel of the device:
ZONE SELECTION BUTTONS STATUS
Permanently lit in blue. Button with associated receivers.
Permanently lit in red. Selected button.
Permanently off. Button without associated receivers.
Emits blue and red flashing light. At least one of the AIP receivers associated with the
button is not found on the network.
Emits red flashing light. None of the AIP receivers associated with the button are
found on the network.
AUDIO SELECTION BUTTONS STATUS
Permanently lit in blue. Button with audio message available.
Permanently lit in red. Selected audio message.
Permanently off. Button with audio message available.
The 4 buttons emit flashing red light
simultaneously. Problem with the AIP-1020 internal memory.
STATUS BAR STATUS
Emits red flashing light. For 30 seconds in the start-up and during playback of
an audio or voice message.
Permanently lit in red and the rest of the
buttons off.
The AIP-1020 device does not have a network
connection.
TALK BUTTON STATUS
Permanently off. None of the zone buttons have been selected.
Permanently lit in blue. One or several zones have been selected.
Permanently lit in red. An audio or voice message is being played.

OPERATING
SENDING AN AUDIO MESSAGE TO ZONES
1º- Select the required zone or zones (zone selection buttons).
2º- Select the audio message to be played (audio selection buttons).
3º- Press the TALK button to begin message playback. The button will be automatically deactivated when
the audio message is finished. Playback can be cancelled by pressing the TALK button again while the
audio message is being played.
SENDING A VOICE MESSAGE TO ZONES
1º- Select the required zone or zones (zone selection buttons).
2º- Press the TALK button to begin broadcasting the voice message. in order to finish broadcasting the
voice message, press the TALK button again.

CONEXIÓN
- Conecte el micrófono AIP-1020 a la red de área local a través del puerto de ethernet, RJ-45.
- Conecte el equipo a la red eléctrica utilizando el adaptador de corriente suministrado.
CONFIGURACIÓN
Existen dos modos para configurar el micrófono AIP-1020:
- A través de la red utilizando la aplicación AIP-Go.
- Mediante un archivo externo de configuración generado por la propia aplicación AIP-Go.
A TRAVÉS DE LA RED MEDIANTE LA APLICACIÓN AIP-GO
Para configurar los parámetros del micrófono AIP-1020 a través de la red de área local, utilice la aplicación
AIP-Go.
Descargue el manual de instrucciones del software AIP-Go desde fonestar.com/AIP-Go y siga los pasos
de configuración o acceda al canal de Youtube: youtube.com/user/FonestarSistemas en el que está
disponible el vídeo de configuración del micrófono AIP-1020.
MEDIANTE EL FICHERO DE CONFIGURACIÓN
El micrófono AIP-1020 obtiene una dirección IP de manera automática si el router tiene activada la opción
DHCP. En caso contrario, se debe asignar la dirección IP de modo manual y adecuar todos los parámetros
necesarios para su red de datos y funcionalidad del equipo. Al establecer todas estas opciones, es posible
generar un fichero para configurar el micrófono AIP-1020.
Ejecute la aplicación AIP-Go y realice los siguientes pasos:
En las opciones de programa, seleccione la opción General > Avanzado > Configuración offline.
1.- Activa/desactiva la opción de cambiar el nombre.
2.- Escriba el nombre del dispositivo a configurar.
3.- Permite activar/desactivar el cambio de la
configuración de red.
4.- Activa/desactiva la configuración DHCP.
Con la opción DHCP desactivada, es posible
configurar:
5.- La dirección IP del micrófono AIP-1020.
6.- La máscara de subred del micrófono AIP-1020.
7.- La puerta de enlace del micrófono AIP-1020.
8.- Permite cambiar el rango de puertos para el canal.
9.- Introduzca el rango de puertos del micrófono
AIP-1020 a configurar o utilice la opción por
defecto.

10.- Permite activar/desactivar el cambio de los
parámetros de conexión.
11.- Permite seleccionar el grupo multicast al que se
unirá el dispositivo. Utilice la opción por defecto o
configure el grupo introduciendo los valores.
12.- Permite modificar el puerto para la comunicación
entre el micrófono y el resto de dispositivos.
13.- Permite definir el tiempo de vida de los datos en la
red.
Una vez configurados todos los parámetros, seleccione la opción Generar y guarde el fichero de
configuración en la raíz de un dispositivo de almacenamiento USB.
A continuación, inserte el dispositivo de almacenamiento USB en el puerto correspondiente del panel
posterior del equipo, teniendo el equipo apagado. Seguidamente, encienda el equipo.
Si la configuración finalizó correctamente, pasados 30 segundos desde su arranque, todos los botones
emitirán luz intermitente en color azul, repitiéndose 3 veces.
ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL FIRMWARE
Existen dos formas para actualizar el firmware del micrófono AIP-1020: mediante un archivo de actualización
o a través de la aplicación AIP-Go. En ambas opciones, descargue el archivo de actualización de la página
web fonestar.com. Para ello, diríjase a la pestaña Software del producto (AIP-1020) y descargue el fichero
de actualización.
ARCHIVO DE ACTUALIZACIÓN
Una vez descargado el fichero de actualización, introdúzcalo en la raíz de un dispositivo de almacenamiento
USB.
Inserte el dispositivo de almacenamiento en el puerto USB del panel posterior del equipo, con el equipo
apagado. A continuación, encienda el equipo a la vez que mantiene pulsado algún botón del panel frontal.
Mantenga el botón pulsado mientras el equipo encuentra el fichero de actualización en el dispositivo de
almacenamiento USB. Transcurridos 30 segundos, todos los botones del AIP-1020 emitirán luz intermitente
entre: apagado, color rojo y color azul, repitiéndose 5 veces. Si la actualización se realizó correctamente,
todos los botones emitirán luz de color azul, a partir de ese momento puede dejar de pulsar el botón y
transcurridos 30 segundos el equipo estará disponible para su uso.

MEDIANTE LA APLICACIÓN AIP-GO
Para proceder a actualizar el firmware mediante la aplicación AIP-Go, ejecute el programa y realice los
siguientes pasos:
Seleccione la opción Dispositivos.
Se desplegará la ventana Dispositivos en la red. Seleccione el micrófono que desea actualizar y a
continuación, pulse el botón Configurar.
Se desplegará la ventana Configuración. Para actualizar el software, seleccione la pestaña Opciones y pulse
el botón Actualizar.

Seleccione en ese momento el fichero de actualización que descargó de la página web fonestar.com y
espere a que se reinicie el micrófono AIP-1020.
ESTADOS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO AIP-1020
Los indicadores luminosos azules y rojos, representan el estado actual del sistema. Estas indicaciones
comenzarán a funcionar al encender el micrófono AIP-1020. A continuación se describen todos los estados
de funcionamiento del equipo de acuerdo con el estado de los indicadores luminosos situados en el panel
frontal del equipo:
BOTONES DE SELECCIÓN DE ZONAS ESTADO
Permanentemente encendido en color azul. Botón con receptores asociados.
Permanentemente encendido en color rojo. Botón seleccionado.
Permanentemente apagado Botón sin receptores asociados.
Emite luz intermitente en color azul y rojo.
Al menos uno de los receptores AIP asociados al botón
no se encuentra en la red o está ocupado emitiendo un
mensaje de voz.
Emite luz intermitente en color rojo.
Ninguno de los receptores AIP asociados al botón se
encuentra en la red o están ocupados emitiendo un
mensaje de voz.
BOTONES DE SELECCIÓN DE AUDIO ESTADO
Permanentemente encendido en color azul. Botón con mensaje de audio disponible.
Permanentemente encendido en color rojo. Mensaje de audio seleccionado.
Permanentemente apagado. Botón sin mensaje de audio disponible.
Los 4 botones emiten luz intermitente en
color rojo simultáneamente. Problema con la memoria interna del AIP-1020.
BARRA DE ESTADO ESTADO
Emite luz intermitente en color rojo. Durante 30 segundos en el arranque y durante la
reproducción de un mensaje de audio o voz.
Permanentemente encendida en color rojo y
el resto de botones apagados. El equipo AIP-1020 no tiene conexión de red.
BOTÓN TALK ESTADO
Permanentemente apagado. No se ha seleccionado ningún botón de zonas.
Permanentemente encendido en color azul. Se ha seleccionado una o varias zonas.
Permanentemente encendido en color rojo. Se está reproduciendo un mensaje de audio o voz.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
ENVIAR MENSAJE DE AUDIO A ZONAS
1º- Seleccionar la zona o zonas deseadas (botones de selección de zonas).
2º- Seleccionar el mensaje de audio a reproducir (botones de selección de audio).
3º- Presionar botón TALK para comenzar la reproducción del mensaje. El botón se desactiva
automáticamente al finalizar el mesaje de audio. Puede cancelar la reproducción presionando
nuevamente el botón TALK mientras se está reproduciendo el mensaje de audio.
ENVIAR MENSAJE DE VOZ A ZONAS
1º- Seleccionar la zona o zonas deseadas (botones de selección de zonas).
2º- Presionar botón TALK para comenzar la emisión del mensaje de voz. Para finalizar la emisión del
mensaje de voz presione nuevamente el botón TALK.

CONNEXION
- Connectez le microphone AIP-1020 au réseau local grace au port ethernet, RJ-45.
- Connectez l’appareil au réseau élèctrique utilisant l’adaptateur de courant fourni.
CONFIGURATION
Il existe deux modes de configuration du microphone AIP-1020 :
- Par réseau utilisant l’application AIP-Go.
- Par fichier externe de configuration fourni par la propre application AIP-Go.
PAR RÉSEAU AVEC L’APPLICATION AIP-GO
Pour configurer les paramètres du microphone AIP-1020 par réseau local, utilisez l’application AIP-Go.
Déchargez le mode d’emploi du software AIP-Go sur fonestar.com/AIP-Go et suivez les étapes de
configuration ou accédez au canal de Youtube : youtube.com/user/FonestarSistemas où se trouve
disponible une vidéo de la configuration du microphone AIP-1020 (en espagnol).
PAR FICHIER DE CONFIGURATION
Le microphone AIP-1020 obtient une adresse IP de manière automatique si le router a l’option DHCP activée.
Dans le cas contraire, il faut lui assigner une adresse IP manuellement et configurer tous les paramètres
nécéssaires pour le réseau de données et fonctionnalité de l’appareil. En configurant toutes ces options, il
est possible de générer un fichier pour configurer le microphone AIP-1020.
Lancez l’application AIP-Go et réalisez les étapes suivantes :
Dans les options du programme, sélectionnez l’option Général > Avancé > Configuration offline.
1.- Active/désactive l’option de changer le nom.
2.- Écrivez le nom du dispositif à configurer.
3.- Permet d’activer/désactiver la modification de la
configuration de réseau.
4.- Active/désactive la configuration DHCP.
Avec l’option DHCP désactivée, il est possible de
configurer :
5.- L’adresse IP du microphone AIP-1020.
6.- Le masque de réseau du microphone AIP-1020.
7.- La porte de lien du microphone AIP-1020.
8.- Permet de modifier la plage des ports pour le
canal.
9.- Introduisez le rang des ports du microphone AIP-
1020 à configurer ou utilisez l’option par défaut.

10.- Permet d’activer/désactiver la modification des
paramètres de connexion.
11.- Permet de sélectionner le groupe multicast auquel
s’unira le dispositif. Utilisez l’option par défaut ou
configurez le groupe introduisant les valeurs.
12.- Permet de modifier le port pour la communication
entre le microphone et le reste des dispositifs.
13.- Permet de définir le temps de vie des données sur
le réseau.
Une fois tous le paramètres configurés, sélectionnez l’option Generar et gardez le fichier de configuration à
la racine d’un dispositif de stockage USB.
Ensuite, insérez le dispositif de stockage USB dans le port correspondant du panneau arrière de l’appareil,
ce dernier doit être éteint. Enfin, allumez l’appareil.
Si la configuration s’est finalisée correctement, après les 30 premières secondes depuis sa mise en marche,
tous les boutons clignoteront de couleur bleu, se répétant 3 fois.
MISE À JOUR DU FIRMWARE
Il existe deux formes de mise à jour du firmware du microphone AIP-1020 : par un fichier de mise à jour ou
par l’application AIP-Go. Dans les deux cas, téléchargez le fichier de mise à jour de la page web
fonestar.com. Pour cela, allez à l’onglet Software du produit (AIP-1020) et téléchargez le fichier de mise à
jour.
FICHIER DE MISE À JOUR
Une fois le fichier de mise à jour téléchargé, introduisez-le à la racine d’un dispositif de stockage USB.
Insérez le dispositif de stockage dans le port USB du panneau arrière de l’appareil, ce dernier éteint. Ensuite,
allumez l’appareil en maintenant un bouton quelconque appuyé du panneau avant.
Maintenez le bouton appuyé pendant que l’appareil trouve le fichier de mise à jour dans le dispositif de
stockage USB. Après 30 secondes, tous les boutons de l’AIP-1020 clignoteront entre : éteint, couleur rouge
et couleur bleu, se répétant 5 fois. Si la mise à jour s’est réalisée correctement, tous les boutons s’allumeront
d’une lumière bleue, et à partir de ce moment vous pouvez arrêter d’appuyer sur le bouton et, passées 30
secondes, l’appareil sera disponible pour être utilisé.

PAR L’APPLICATION AIP-GO
Pour actualiser le firmware par l’application AIP-Go, lancez le programme et réalisez les étapes suivantes :
Sélectionnez l’option Dispositifs.
La fenêtre Dispositifs sur réseau se déroulera. Sélectionnez le microphone que vous souhaitez actualiser et
ensuite, appuyez sur le bouton Configurer.
La fenêtre Configuration se déroulera. Pour actualiser le software, sélectionnez ll’onglet Options et appuyez
sur le bouton Actualiser.
Sélectionnez à ce moment le fichier de mise à jour que vous avez téléchargé de la page web fonestar.com
et attendez la réanitialisation du microphone AIP-1020.

ETATS DU FONCTIONNEMENT AIP-1020
Les indicateurs lumineux bleu et rouge représentent l’état actuel du système. Ces indications commenceront
à fonctionner à la mise en marche du microphone AIP-1020. Ci-après, vous trouverez tous les états de
fonctionnement de l’appareil selon l’état des indicateurs lumineux situés sur le panneau avant de celui-ci :
BOUTONS DE SÉLECTION DE ZONES ÉTAT
Allumé de manière continue en bleu Bouton avec récepteurs associés.
Allumé de manière continue en rouge Bouton sélectionné.
Éteint de manière continue Bouton sans récepteurs associés.
Clignotte en bleu et rouge
Au moins un des récepteurs AIP associés au bouton ne
se trouve pas sur le réseau ou est occupé diffusant un
message vocal.
Clignotte en rouge
Aucun des récepteurs AIP associés au bouton se trouve
sur le réseau ou sont occupés diffusant un message
vocal.
BOUTONS DE SÉLECTION D’AUDIO ÉTAT
Allumé de manière continue en bleu Bouton avec message audio disponible.
Allumé de manière continue en rouge Message audio sélectionné.
Éteint de manière continue Bouton sans message audio disponible.
Les 4 boutons clignotte en rouge
simultanément Problème avec la mémoire interne du AIP-1020.
BARRE D’ÉTAT ÉTAT
Clignotte en rouge Pendant 30 secondes au démarrage et pendant la
reproduction d’un message audio ou vocal.
Allumé en rouge de manière permanente et
le reste des boutons éteints L’appareil AIP-1020 n’a pas de connexion au réseau.
BOUTON TALK ÉTAT
Éteint de manière permanente Aucun bouton de zone sélectionné.
Allumé en bleu de manière permanente Une ou plusieurs zones ont été sélectionnées.
Allumé en rouge de manière permanente Un message audio ou vocal est en diffusion.
