vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für unseren innovativen Füllstandsmesser entschieden
haben. Bie nehmen Sie sich vor dem Einrichten und der Inbetriebnahme des
Geräts Zeit, um dieses Benutzerhandbuch gewissenha zu lesen.
Nur bei sorgfältiger Montage und richtiger Bedienung können die Leistungs-
fähigkeit des FoxPressure optimal genutzt und die Betriebssicherheit
gewährleistet werden.
Bie stellen Sie daher sicher, dass alle Personen, die das Gerät montieren
und bedienen, dieses Benutzerhandbuch sowie die Montageanweisungen in
der FoxMobile App (siehe Seite 7) gelesen und verstanden haben.

Funktionsweise
Der FoxPressure dient der einfachen Messung des Füllstands in Tanks.
Diese erfolgt miels Erfassung des hydrostatischen Drucks der
Füllstandssäule. Die Berechnung des Füllstands erfolgt mit Hilfe des
gemessenen Drucks und der Dichte. Der FoxPressure ist kein geeichtes
Messgerät. Die Genauigkeit der Inhaltsangabe beruht dabei auf
Übereinstimmung der angegebenen Daten in der Konguration der
App und den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten des Tanks und der
kongurierten Dichte.
Für die Berechnung des Füllstands können Sie in der App den Hersteller
und das Model ihres Tanks auswählen. Die benötigten Dimensionen für
die Füllstandsberechnung werden dann automatisch für Sie ausgefüllt.
Sollte Ihr Tankmodel in der App nicht verfügbar sein oder Sie kennen Ihr
Tankmodel nicht, geben Sie die Tankkonguration (Gesamtvolumen,
Tankhöhe und Tankform) bie manuell in der App ein.
Bei Baerietanks geben Sie das Gesamtvolumen aller Tanks bei
der Konguration in der App an, z. B. 6.000 l Gesamtvolumen bei
3 x 2.000 l pro Tank.

Sicherheitshinweise
Der FoxPressure wird mit Baerien betrieben. Bie verwenden Sie nur
hochwertige, auf lange Laufzeit ausgelegte Baerien.
Für Schäden am Gerät, die durch ausgetauschte Baerien entstanden
sind, wird keine Haung übernommen.
Der FoxPressure darf nicht:
in Tanks mit beweglichen Teilen verwendet werden
im Tank bleiben, wenn eine Peilstab-Messung durchgeführt wird,
sofern er auf dem Peilstabrohr montiert ist. Er muss komple aus dem Tank
entnommen werden, da seine Drucksonde sonst beschädigt werden könnte.
in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen eingesetzt werden (nach 2014/34/EU)
Der FoxPressure kann nicht:
als Überfüllsicherung eingesetzt werden
vor unbemerkter Tankleerung sowie vor Diebstahl oder Fremdentnahme des
Tankinhalts schützen
Die Gewinde des Tankadapters sind nicht selbstdichtend. Um den Eintri
von Wasser in den Tank zu vermeiden ist eine fachgerechte Abdichtung der
Gewinde sicherzustellen.
Für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder fehlerhae Bedienung
entstehen, wird keine Haung übernommen.
Jegliche Änderungen am Gerät sind unzulässig.

Einrichtung per App
Der FoxPressure wird ganz unkompliziert über Ihr Smartphone eingerichtet.
Hierzu benötigen Sie die kostenlose FoxMobile App aus dem iOS App Store
(für iPhones) oder dem Google PlayStore (für Android Geräte).
Starten Sie den Download über www.foxmobile.app oder scannen Sie einfach
den untenstehenden QR Code mit Ihrer Smartphone Kamera.
Nach der für die Verizierung notwendigen Eingabe Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse
führt Sie die FoxMobile App durch die einzelnen Schrie zur Installation des
FoxPressure.
Sie können auch jederzeit über die FoxMobile App auf das Benutzerhand-
buch zugreifen.

Hinweise zum Einbau
Passen Sie zunächst die Kabellänge auf Ihren Tank an. Generell empfehlen wir
die Länge so einzustellen, dass sie der Tankhöhe + Oset + 5 cm entspricht.
Senken Sie anschließend die Drucksonde des FoxPressure langsam(!) in den
Tank ab, bis sie Kontakt mit dem Tankboden hat. Ein ruckartiges Fallenlassen
sollte dabei unbedingt vermieden werden, da der FoxPressure beschädigt
werden kann. Beachten Sie außerdem, dass der Übergang am oberen Ende der
Drucksonde zum Kabel mit max. 25N auf Zug belastet werden darf.
Zusätzlich sollte der Teil des Kabels, der sich im Tank bendet, von einem Rohr
umschlossen sein. So wird verhindert, dass die Sonde während einer Befüllung im
Tank herumgeschleudert und gegebenenfalls beschädigt wird. Alternativ ist die
Messsonde während des Tankvorgangs aus dem Tank zu nehmen.

Functionality
The FoxPressure is used for simple measurement of the tank levels.
This is done by detecting the hydrostatic pressure of the level column.
The level is then calculated using the measured pressure and density.
The FoxPressure is not a calibrated measuring device. The accuracy of
the content indication is based on the consistency of the data specied
in the conguration of the app, the actual conditions of the tank, and
the congured density.
To calculate the ll level, you can select the manufacturer and model of your
tank in the app. The required dimensions for the ll level calculation are then
automatically lled in for you. If your tank model is not available in the app or
you do not know your tank model, please enter the tank conguration (total
capacity, tank height and tank shape) manually in the app.
For baery tanks, enter the total volume of all tanks during the app
conguration step, e.g., 6,000 l total volume with 3 x 2,000 l per tank.

Safety instructions
The FoxPressure is baery-powered. Please only use high quality baeries
designed for a long service life.
No liability is accepted for damage to the device arising from replaced
baeries.
The FoxPressure must not:
be used in tanks with moving parts
remain in the tank when taking a dipstick measurement, provided it is
mounted on the dipstick tube. It must be removed entirely from the tank,
otherwise its pressure probe could be damaged.
be used in potentially explosive atmospheres (according to 2014/34/EU)
The FoxPressure cannot:
be used as an overll prevention device
protect against unnoticed emptying of the tank as well as against
the or unauthorized removal of the tank contents by third parties
The threads of the tank adapter are not self-sealing and do not prevent water
from entering the tank. To prevent water from entering the tank, please
ensure that the FoxPressure is properly sealed when mounted.
No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper use or incorrect
operation.
Any modications to the device are not permied.

App setup
The FoxPressure is easily set up using your smartphone. To do this,
download the free FoxMobile app from the iOS App Store (for iPhones)
or the Google PlayStore (for Android devices).
Start the download by visiting www.foxmobile.app or simply scan the
QR code below with your smartphone camera.
Aer entering your email address for verication, the FoxMobile app
will guide you through the individual steps for installing the level meter.
You can also access the User manual at any time through the
FoxMobile app.

Notes on installation
First modify the cable length to t your tank. In general, we recommend adjusting
the length so that it is equivalent to the tank height + oset + 5 cm.
Then lower the pressure probe of the FoxPressure slowly(!) into the tank until it
rests on the boom of the tank. Dropping the probe in a sudden manner should
be avoided, as the FoxPressure could be damaged. Please also note that the
connection of the upper end of the pressure probe with the cable may be
stressed with max. 25N on tension.
In addition, the part of the cable that is in the tank should be enclosed in a tube.
This prevents the probe from being thrown around in the tank during lling and
possibly being damaged. Alternatively, the measuring probe should be removed
from the tank during the lling process.
