1. FoxSec FS9500 LCD keypad user guide
1.1 Basic principals
FoxSec LCD menu has 4 levels:
1. and 2. level menu is for every keypad and user deniable/allowable by installer
1. Main level – open for anyone. Moving between menus can be done with arrow buttons ↑ and ↓.
2. User level – opens after valid 4 or 6 digit PIN code or with card+PIN code entering, incase there is at
least 1 user menu allowed.
. User action level – is for actions at this level. Numbers can be changed with arrow buttons ↑ and ↓
or entering number directly from keypad. Button ← erases previous number.
4. Messages and answers level.
From higher level to lower level can be moved with button ‘NO’. If there is need to cancel an action
then pressing ‘NO’ button will cancel and with that the keypad will go to level 1.
Keypad will automatically return to main level after 40 sec unless some key is pressed.
Any actions made from keypad will be sent to the main unit after pressing ‘YES’ key.

areas that user has by default. If there is not
enough space on screen to fit all of the areas

Pressing ‘YES’ button will disarm
all of the areas in this main panel
except restricted areas. Menu is
shown only if user has appropriate
right assigned.
Pressing ‘YES’ button will arm all of the areas in
this main panel except restricted areas. In case
there is some open zones in the system then
zone name /number is shown on the screen and
system can not be armed unless all zones are
closed Menu is shown only if user has
appropriate right assigned.
Every ‘Yes’ button pressing will show
unaccepted alarm in the main panel and
after showing last alarm, system asks to
accept all alarms. Pressing ‘Yes’ will accept
alarms. Pressing ‘No’ will not accept. After
accepting alarms, system will show
automatically all alarms that can not be
accepted (zone broken, no power...)

those areas that user has with
rights and after showing last alarm,
system asks to accept all alarms.
Pressing ‘Yes’ will accept alarms.
Pressing ‘No’ will not accept. After
accepting alarms, system will show
automatically all alarms that can
not be accepted (zone broken, no
power...)
