Directives d’application
■Doivent être montés en respectant les paramètres et spécifications
techniques figurant dans nos descriptions de produit ainsi que dans la
notice d’emploi alpex-duo XS.
■Ils sont à protéger contre huile, graisse, vernis, PU, solvants, adhésifs,
détergents organiques et substances contenant de l‘ammoniac et du chlore.
■Ne pas les utiliser comme point fixe ou comme outil de cintrage du tube.
Ils ne peuvent être installés qu‘une fois le tube cintré.
■Les raccords ne doivent pas être soumis à des tensions et ne peuvent
sertis qu’avec les tubes alpex-duo XS ou les multi-tubes turatec.
■Ils ne peuvent être mis en œuvre que sur une section de tube parfaite-
ment droite.
■À l’issue du remplissage du réseau, les raccords non sertis présenteront
une fuite sous pression d’eau de 1,0 à 6,5 bars. Un contrôle visuel est indis-
pensable. Voir le compte-rendu des essais de pression alpex-duo XS.*
■La pression et l‘étanchéité doivent être contrôlées selon ZVSHK (Association
des installateurs en sanitaire, chauage et climatisation) après l‘installation
et avant l‘application d‘un enduit/les travaux de mise en place de la chape,
etc. Fluide d‘essai Eau: sanitaire selon DIN EN 806-4 (min. 11 bars) et
chauage selon DIN 18380 (env. 4-6 bars). Fluide d‘essai Air comprimé:
selon DIN EN 806-4 (test d‘étanchéité 150 mbars; test de rigidité 3 bars).

■Ils peuvent être mis en œuvre avec alpex-duo XS ou multi-tube turatec
dans la structure de sol sous de l‘asphalte roulé à chaud en prenant les
précautions d‘usage (cf. Informations techniques).
■Ils résistent aux désinfectants et nettoyants selon la fiche de travail W 291
DVGW (Organisation technique et économique allemande du gaz et de
l‘eau) et DIN 2000, ainsi qu‘à toutes les substances naturelles contenues
dans l‘eau potable selon DIN 2000.
■Et les pièces moulées doivent être installées de manière à satisfaire les
exigences selon DIN 4109 – Isolation acoustique des bâtiments!
■Ils doivent être isolés conformément aux exigences des normes
DIN 1988 / DIN EN 806 et du ENEV actuel (Décret sur les économies
d‘énergie), (cf. Informations techniques).
■Les raccords remplis de l’eau sont à protéger du gel en prenant les mesures
adéquates (p. ex. chauage, antigel, souage à air comprimé).
■Et alpex-duo XS ou les multi-tubes turatec doivent être posés par des
entreprises spécialisées agréées.
■Ils doivent être montés avec des outils alpex et des outils homologués
selon la liste de compatibilité.
■Il faut les protéger contre le rayonnement UV.

Anwendungsrichtlinien
■Sind zu verlegen unter Beachtung der technischen Parameter und
Vorgaben zur Verbindungsherstellung entsprechend unseren Produktbe-
schreibungen sowie der Beipackzettel alpex-duo XS.
■Sind vor Öl, Fett, Farbe, PU, Lösungsmitteln, Klebstoen, organischen
Reinigungsmitteln sowie vor ammoniak- und chlorhaltigen Verbindungen
zu schützen.
■Dürfen nicht als Festpunkt oder zum Biegen eines Rohrbogens verwendet
werden und sind erst am fertigen Rohrbogen anzubringen.
■Sind grundsätzlich spannungsfrei zu verarbeiten und ausschließlich mit
alpex-duo XS bzw. turatec multi Rohr zu verpressen.
■Dürfen nur im Bereich gerader Rohrstrecken eingesetzt werden.
■Sind nach dem Befüllen der Anlage mit Wasser im Bereich von 1 bis 6,5
bar im unverpressten Zustand sichtbar undicht. Sichtkontrolle erforderlich.

■Müssen nach der Installation und vor den Verputzarbeiten/Estricharbeiten
usw. nach ZVSHK druckgeprüft und auf Dichtheit kontrolliert werden.
Prüfmedium Wasser: Sanitär nach DIN EN 806-4 (min. 11 bar) und für
Heizung nach DIN 18380 (ca. 4-6 bar). Prüfmedium Druckluft: nach DIN
EN 806-4 (Dichtigkeitsprüfung 150 mbar; Festigkeitsprüfung 3 bar).

■Können mit alpex-duo XS bzw. turatec multi Rohr unter Beachtung
entsprechender Schutzmaßnahmen im Fußbodenaufbau unterhalb von
Heißasphalt verlegt werden (siehe Technische Information alpex-duo XS).
■Sind resistent gegen Desinfektions- und Reinigungsmittel nach
DVGW-Arbeitsblatt W 291 und DIN 2000 sowie gegenüber allen natürlichen
Trinkwasserinhaltsstoen gemäß DIN 2000.
■Und Formteile sind entsprechend zu installieren um die Anforderungen
nach DIN 4109 – Schallschutz im Hochbau zu erfüllen!
■
Sind gemäß den Anforderungen nach DIN 1988 / DIN EN 806 und der aktuellen
EnEV zu dämmen (siehe Technische Information alpex-duo XS).
■Müssen, wenn sie mit Wasser gefüllt sind, durch entsprechende
Maßnahmen vor Frost geschützt werden (z.B. Beheizung, Frostschutzmittel,
mit Druckluft ausblasen).
■Und alpex-duo XS bzw. turatec multi Rohre sind grundsätzlich von
anerkannten Fachbetrieben zu verlegen.
■Sind mit alpex-Werkzeugen sowie freigegebenen Werkzeugen gemäß
Kompatibilitätsliste zu verarbeiten.
■Sind vor UV-Strahlung zu schützen.

Guidelines for use
■Must be installed in compliance with the technical parameters and
specifications for connection in accordance with our product descriptions
and the alpex-duo XS mounting instructions.
■Must be protected against oils, greases, paint, PU, solvents, adhesives,
organic cleaning agents, and against ammonia or chloride compounds.
■Must not be used as a fixed point or for pipe bending, and must only be
installed on the finished pipe bend.
■Must generally be installed stress-free and may only be crimped with
the alpex-duo XS or turatec multi pipe.
■May only be used in straight pipe sections.
■Are visibly leaking if left uncrimped after the system has been filled with
water in the range of 1 to 6.5bar. Visual inspection required. See pressure
test report alpex-duo XS.*
■Must be pressure-tested according to ZVSHK and checked for
leak-tightness after installation and before plastering, screed work
or the like.Water as a test medium: sanitary according to DIN EN 806-4
(at least 11bar) and for heating according to DIN 18380 (approx.4 to 6bar).
Compressed air as a test medium: according to DIN EN 806-4
(leak-tightness test 150mbar; strength test 3bar). See pressure test
report alpex-duo XS.*
■Can be installed in the floor structure under hot asphalt with an alpex-duo
XS pipe or turatec multi pipe taking into account the respective protection
measures (see technical information).
■Are resistant to disinfectants and detergents according to DVGW work-
sheet W 291 and DIN 2000 and to all natural ingredients of drinking
water according to DIN 2000.
■Fittings must be installed appropriately in order to meet the requirements
according to DIN 4109 –Sound insulation in buildings.
■Must be insulated according to the requirements of DIN 1988 /
DIN EN 806 and the applicable German Energy Conservation Ordinance
(EnEV) (see technical information).
■Must be protected against frost by adequate means if filled with water
(e.g. heating, antifreeze agents, blowing out with compressed air).
■alpex-duo XS pipes or turatec multi pipes must generally be installed
by recognised experts.
■Must be processed with alpex tools and tools approved according to the
compatibility list.
■Must be protected from UV radiation.
