Powered Direct Connect
23m Cable Kit

Follow these steps to connect the powered 23m cable to your Weather
Station or Retriever.
Powered direct connect 23m cable
Connect 9-pin female
end of the adapter to
your PC, either directly to
a serial port or using a USB-
to-Serial adapter (3661U9).
Connect 23m cable
end without the gland
(cord grip) to the adapter.
Remove the existing
gland from the rightmost
position of the Weather
Station or Retriever.

3660DP (for Weather Station) and 3927C75 (for Retriever)
(Retriever is shown here for illustration.)
Insert the cable into the Station or Retriever
through the open gland hole and plug it into the
AUX port. Screw the gland (cord grip) into the
hole to secure the cable and seal the opening.
3660DP NOTICE:
Remove all alkaline batteries from the Weather Sta-
tion before plugging the cable into the station.

Connect the power
