It is powered by a patented process
called RAIN
(Reverse Atmospheric INfusion)
RAIN introduces and controls
negative pressure (vacuum) to change
the rules of brewing used to influence
extraction.
RAIN is using vacuum pressure,
frequency, and duration to extract
multiple layers of flavor solubles and
complex flavor profiles in as little as 60
seconds.

Water quality is very important. If
water quality is outside of the
required parameters, the
operator must choose from the
following options;
1. Install filter system that will
bring TDS into spec.
2. Increase the descale
frequency from quarterly to
monthly.
3. If operator chooses not to
comply with options 1 or 2,
the warranty on all parts in the
water system is void.
4. Also noted on the Pre-
Installation check list, the
customer will be responsible
for the cost of a return trip
($400).
