2. Important Notes
• Installation, commissioning and maintenance are to be performed only by a
qualified technician according to the instructions provided.
• The installation is to be performed in compliance with local conditions, relevant
regulations (e.g.: VDE 0100), nationally applicable accident prevention regulations
(e.g.: VBG 4) and the acknowledged rules of technology. In particular, the system
must be incorporated into the equipotential bonding using the threaded bolts
provided on the housing.
• Legal requirements and the engineering connection regulations of the local water
supply companies must be complied with.
• Before assembling and installing the equipment, flush the supply pipes in
accordance with DIN 1988!
• Operate this valve only in conjunction with the correct grit filters and return flow
inhibitors.
• Use suitable, non-aggressive cleaning agents in a proper manner, and rinse with a
lot of water after use. High-pressure cleaners must not be used for cleaning.
• Follow the cleaning instructions for stainless steel 18-05.427.

7. Assembly Instructions
☞Before installing the drinking fountain, use the special bit (included) to unscrew the
bottom plate.
☞To protect the tiles, use masking tape when marking and drilling. Drill at low speed.
7.1 Mark the boreholes for the hook-in strip according to the dimensions.
☞Depending on the composition of the wall, special wall dowels may have to be used
(not included).
7.2 Drill according to the markings.
Insert the dowels.
☞Depending on the composition of the wall, suitable fastening material may have to be
used (not included).
7.3 Use Phillips screws to fasten the the hook-in strip.
7.4 Hook in the drinking fountain.
7.5 Mark the other drill holes.
7.6 Drill according to the markings.
Insert the dowels.
7.7 Mount the filter discharge valve with the screw and anti-twist feature.
7.8 Place the valve on the drinking fountain with the pin lined up to the borehole.
7.9 Secure with the circlip, the rubber washer and the nut.
Minimum flow pressure: 1 bar
Calculation flow rate: 2.4 l/min (0.04 l/s)
Volumetric flow: 2.4 l/min at 3 bar flow pressure

7.10 Attach the connecting hose to the valve.
7.11 Mount the corner valve.
7.12 Assemble the pipe odour trap.
7.13 Slide the pipe odour trap into the wall.
7.14 Hook in the drinking fountain.
7.15 Fasten the drinking fountain with the screws.
7.16 Mount the pipe odour trap on the discharge valve.
7.17 Mount the hose with the seal to the corner valve.
7.18 Check the connections for leaks.
7.19 Use the special bit (provided) to fasten the bottom plate.
8. Function
When the upper part is pressed, water flows.
When the upper part is released, water-flow stops.
9. Adjusting the Flow Pressure
9.1 Remove the screw with the seal.
9.2 Use a small screwdriver to adjust the flow pressure.
9.3 Insert the seal and screw in the screw.
10. Fault Correction
If you are unable to correct a fault or if the fault is not described in the fault correction
section, please inform our customer service department!

2. Ważne uwagi
• Montaż, uruchamianie i konserwacja muszą być przeprowadzane przez specjalistę
zgodnie z dostarczoną instrukcją.
• Instalację należy przeprowadzić zgodnie z miejscowymi warunkami, odpowiednimi
przepisami (np.: VDE 0100), krajowymi przepisami BHP (np.: VBG 4) i ogólnie
przyjętymi normami technicznymi. W szczególności należy zwrócić uwagę
na uwzględnienie wyrównania potencjałów urządzenia poprzez przewidziane do tego
trzpienie gwintowane przy obudowie (uziemienie).
• Należy przestrzegać regulacji prawnych oraz technicznych warunków podłączenia
lokalnych zakładów wodociągowych.
• Przed montażem należy przepłukać przewody rurowe zgodnie z DIN 1988.
• Nie wolno uruchamiać baterii bez sit zatrzymujących zanieczyszczenia i zabezpieczeń
przed przepływem powrotnym.
• Używać odpowiedniego, bezpiecznego środka czyszczącego, stosując go zgodnie z
zaleceniami i wypłukując dużą ilością wody po użyciu. Nie wolno czyścić urządzenia
myjką wysokociśnieniową.
• Przestrzegać instrukcji konserwacji dla produktów ze stali nierdzewnej 18-05.427.
• Zastrzega się możliwość wprowadzania zmian.

☞Przed zamontowaniem źródełka do wody pitnej odkręcić płytę podłogi specjalną
końcówką bitową (zakres dostawy).
☞Używać taśmy maskującej dla ochrony płytek ceramicznych przy trasowaniu i wierceniu
otworów. Wiertarka powinna pracować z niską prędkością obrotową.
7.1 Zaznaczyć otwory na listwie nośnej zgodnie z wymiarami.
☞W przypadku niektórych rodzajów ścian może być konieczne zastosowanie dodatkowych
kołków specjalnych (poza zakresem dostawy).
7.2 Wywiercić otwory zgodnie z zaznaczeniami.
Włożyć kołki.
☞W przypadku niektórych rodzajów ścian może być konieczne ewentualne zastosowanie
odpowiedniego materiału mocującego (poza zakresem dostawy).
7.3 Przymocować listwę nośną wkrętami z rowkiem krzyżowym.
7.4 Zawiesić źródełko do wody pitnej.
7.5 Zaznaczyć dalsze otwory.
7.6 Wywiercić otwory zgodnie z zaznaczeniami.
Włożyć kołki.
7.7 Zamontować sitowy zawór spustowy śrubą z zabezpieczeniem przed obróceniem.
7.8 Nałożyć baterię na źródełko do wody pitnej umiejscawiając bolec w odpowiednim
otworze.

7.9 Skontrować pierścieniem zabezpieczającym, podkładką gumową i nakrętką.
7.10 Zamontować wąż przyłączeniowy do baterii.
7.11 Zamontować zawór kątowy.
7.12 Złożyć syfon rurowy.
7.13 Wsunąć syfon rurowy do ściany.
7.14 Zawiesić źródełko do wody pitnej.
7.15 Przymocować śrubami źródełko do wody pitnej.

7.17 Zamontować wąż z pierścieniem uszczelniającym na zaworze kątowym.
7.18 Sprawdzić szczelność przyłączy.
7.19 Przykręcić płytę podłogi specjalną końcówką bitową (zakres dostawy).
8. Funkcjonowanie3
W przypadku wciśnięcia górnego elementu wypływa woda.
Zwolnienie górnego elementu powoduje zatrzymanie wypływu wody.
9. Ustawianie ciśnienia przepływu
9.1 Usunąć śrubę z uszczelką.
9.2 Ustawić ciśnienie przepływu mniejszym śrubokrętem.
9.3 Wkręcić uszczelkę i śrubę.
10. Usuwanie usterek
Każda usterka, której nie można samodzielnie usunąć albo która została stwierdzona
w trakcie obsługi awaryjnej, powinna być zgłoszona naszemu działowi obsługi klienta!
