Safety information
Before using the appliance, read these
safety instructions. Keep them nearby for
future reference. These instructions and the
appliance itself provide important safety
warnings, to be observed at all times. The
manufacturer declines any liability for failure
to observe these safety instructions, for
inappropriate use of the appliance or
incorrect setting of controls.
Very young children (0-3 years) should
be kept away from the appliance. Young
children (3-8 years) should be kept away
from the appliance unless continuously
supervised. Children from 8years old and
above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge can use this
appliance only if they are supervised or
have been given instructions on safe use
and understand the hazards involved.
Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not
be carried out by children without
supervision.
Warning: The appliance and its
accessible parts become hot during use.
Care should be taken to avoid touching
heating elements. Children less than 8 years
of age must be kept away unless
continuously supervised.
Never leave the appliance unattended
during food drying. If the appliance is
suitable for probe usage, only use
atemperature probe recommended for this
oven -risk of re.
Keep clothes or other ammable
materials away from the appliance, until all
the components have cooled down
completely -risk of re. Always be vigilant
when cooking foods rich in fat, oil or when
adding alcoholic beverages - risk of re.
Use oven gloves to remove pans and
accessories. At the end of cooking, open
the door with caution, allowing hot air or
steam to escape gradually before accessing
the cavity -risk of burns. Do not obstruct hot
air vents at the front of the oven -risk of re.
Exercise caution when the oven door is
in the open or down position, to avoid hitting
the door.
Permitted use
Caution: The appliance is not intended
to be operated by means of an external
switching device, such as atimer, or
separate remote controlled system.
This appliance is intended to be used
in household and similar applications such
as: sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and
other working environments; farm houses;
by clients in hotels, motels, bed & breakfast
and other residential environments.
No other use is permitted (e.g. heating
rooms).
This appliance is not for professional
use.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Do not store explosive or ammable
substances (e.g. gasoline or aerosol cans)
inside or near the appliance -risk of re.
Installation
The appliance must be handled and
installed by two or more persons -risk of
injury. Use protective gloves to unpack and
install -risk of cuts.
Installation, including water supply
(if any), electrical connections and repairs
must be carried out by aqualied

technician. Do not repair or replace any part
of the appliance unless specically stated in
the user manual. Keep children away from
the installation site.
After unpacking the appliance, make
sure that it has not been damaged during
transport. In the event of problems, contact
the dealer or your nearest Aftersales
Service. Once installed, packaging waste
(plastic, styrofoam parts etc.) must be
stored out of reach of children -risk of
suocation.
The appliance must be disconnected
from the power supply before any
installation operation -risk of electric shock.
During installation, make sure the appliance
does not damage the power cable -risk of
re or electric shock. Only activate the
appliance when the installation has been
completed.
Carry out all cabinet cutting works
before tting the appliance in the furniture
and remove all wood chips and sawdust.
Do not remove the appliance from its
polystyrene foam base until the time of
installation.
After installation, the bottom of the
appliance must no longer be accessible
-risk of burn.
Do not install the appliance behind
adecorative door -risk of re.
If the appliance is installed under the
worktop, do not obstruct the minimum gap
between the worktop and the upper edge of
the oven -risk of burns.
Electrical warnings
Warning: The rating plate is on the
front edge of the oven (visible when the
door is open).
It must be possible to disconnect the
appliance from the power supply by
unplugging it if plug is accessible, or by
amulti-pole switch installed upstream of
the socket in accordance with the wiring
rules and the appliance must be earthed in
conformity with national electrical safety
standards.
Do not use extension leads, multiple
sockets or adapters. The electrical
components must not be accessible to the
user after installation.
Do not use the appliance when you are
wet or barefoot. Do not operate this
appliance if it has adamaged power cable
or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it
has been damaged or dropped.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced with an identical one by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualied persons in order to avoid ahazard
-risk of electric shock. If the power cable
needs to be replaced, contact an authorized
service center.
Cleaning and maintenance
Warning: Ensure that the appliance is
switched o and disconnected from the
power supply before performing any
maintenance operation; never use steam
cleaning equipment -risk of electric shock.
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or
metal scrapers to clean the door glass since
they can scratch the surface, which may
result in shattering of the glass.
Make sure the appliance has cooled
down before cleaning or performing
maintenance -risk of burns.
Warning: Switch o the appliance
before replacing the lamp -risk of electric
shock.

Disposal of packaging materials
The packaging material is 100% recyclable and
is marked with the recycle symbol .The
various parts of the packaging must therefore
be disposed of responsibly and in full
compliance with local authority regulations
governing waste disposal.
Disposal of household appliances
This appliance is manufactured with recyclable
or reusable materials. Dispose of it in
accordance with local waste disposal
regulations. For further information on the
treatment, recovery and recycling of household
electrical appliances, contact your local
authority, the collection service for household
waste or the store where you purchased the
appliance. This appliance is marked in
compliance with European Directive
2012/19/EU ,
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE). By ensuring this product is disposed of
correctly, you will help prevent negative
consequences for the environment and human
health.
The symbol on the product or on the
accompanying documentation indicates that it
should not be treated as domestic waste but
must be taken to an appropriate collection
center for the recycling of electrical and
electronic equipment.
Energy saving tips
Only preheat the oven if specied in the
cooking table or your recipe. Use dark
lacquered or enamelled baking trays as they
absorb heat better. Food requiring prolonged
cooking will continue to cook even once the
oven is switched o.

compartment.
Conventional bake
For cooking any kind of dish on one
shelf only.
Steam cleaning
The action of the steam released
during this special low-temperature
cleaning cycle allows dirt and food
residues to be removed with ease.
Pour 250 ml of water on the bottom
of the oven and remove all internal
accessories. Close the door and
use the function for 10‘ at 75°C.
Once the cycle ends, switch o the
oven and let it cool down for 15‘.
Finally, with adamp cloth, remove
all dirt and liquid residues.
Convection bake
For baking cakes with juicy llings
on asingle shelf. This function can
also be used for cooking on two
shelves. Switch the position of the
dishes to cook food more evenly.
Bottom fan-assisted
The bottom (oor) heating element
and fan are activated. Ideal for
cooking sh and frozen and
precooked products in general. Its
use with patisserie products is very
eective.
Grill
For grilling steaks, kebabs and
sausages, cooking vegetables au
gratin or toasting bread. When
grilling meat, we recommend using
adrip tray to collect the cooking
juices: position the pan on any of
the levels below the wire shelf and
add 200 ml of drinking water.

Turbo grill
For roasting large joints of meat
(legs, roast beef, chicken). We
recommend using adrip tray to
collect the cooking juices: position
the pan on any of the levels below
the wire shelf and add 500 ml of
drinking water.
Forced air
For cooking dierent foods that
require the same cooking
temperature on several shelves
(maximum three) at the same time.
This function can be used to cook
dierent foods without odours
being transferred from one food to
another.
First time use
Heating the oven
Anew oven may release odours that have
been left behind during manufacturing: this
is completely normal. Before starting to cook
food, we therefore recommend heating the
oven with it empty in order to remove any
possible odours.
Remove any protective cardboard or
transparent lm from the oven and remove
any accessories from inside it (to remove the
lateral frames from smooth-walled ovens,
proceed as shown in the gure).
Heat the oven to 250°C for about one hour,
preferably using the “Convection bake”
function. The oven must be empty during this
time. Follow the instructions for setting the
function correctly.
Notes: It is advisable to air the room after using
the appliance for the rst time.
Daily use
Select a function
To select afunction, turn the selection knob to
the symbol for the function you require.
Activate a function
Manual
To start the function you have selected, turn the
thermostat knob to set the temperature you
require. To interrupt the function at any time,
switch o the oven, turn the selection knob and
the thermostat knob to .
Steam cleaning
To activate the “Steam cleaning” function, pour
250 ml of water into the bottom of the oven,
then turn the selection knob and the thermostat
knob to the icon.
It is best to use the function for 10’.
Setting the “Timer“
This option does not interrupt or activate
cooking but allows you to use the “Minute
Minder“ both while afunction is active and
when the oven is o.

To activate the “Timer“, turn the timer knob right
round in an clockwise direction and then turn it
back in the opposite direction to the desired
length of time: an acoustic signal will warn you
when the count-down is nished.
Setting the “Analogue timer“
To set the time shown by the clock, briey press
the knob 4times until the icon ashes.
Then, to increase or decrease the time
displayed in 1-minute intervals, turn the knob
clockwise or counter-clockwise and the minute
hand will move in 1-minute intervals either
clockwise or counterclockwise.
When 10 seconds have elapsed from the last
adjustment of the electronic timer, it
automatically exits from time-setting mode.
Manual cooking
When not activated, the timer allows manual
cooking by using the thermostat and the
function knobs of the oven.
Programming the “End-of-cooking time“
Programming the “End-of-cooking time“ allows
you to start immediately and nish cooking
automatically based on the programmed time.
To program the “End-of-cooking time“, press
the knob briey 2 times until the icon
ashes.
To increase or decrease the cooking time in
1-minute intervals, turn the knob clockwise or
counterclockwise and the minute hand moves
by 1minute clockwise or counter-clockwise.
The icon will ash for 10 seconds after the
last turn. The program can be conrmed by
pressing the knob so long as at least 2 minutes
of cooking was programmed.
After the program is conrmed, cooking starts
and the audible alarm is automatically activated.
Cooking will end when “End-of-Cooking
Time =Current Time”.
To display the program set, briey press and
release the knob and the hands and icons will
show the program set.
At the end of cooking, the icon ashes and
the alarm beeps. After 1minute, the alarm is
disabled and the icon continues ashing
until you press the knob.
To cancel the program before the end, press the
button for 3seconds: the program will be
cancelled and the timer returns to manual
cooking mode.
Programming the “Start-of-cooking time“
and “End-of-cooking time“
Program “Start-of-cooking time“ allows you to
start and end cooking automatically based on
the times programmed.
To program the “Start-of-cooking time“, briey
press the knob 1time until the icon starts
ashing.
To increase or decrease the start-of-cooking
time in 1-minute intervals, turn the knob
clockwise orcounter-clockwise and the minute
hand moves 1minute clockwise or counter-
clockwise.
The icon will continue to ash for
10 seconds after the last turn. If, within this time,
you do not turn or press the knob, the hands
automatically return to displaying the time and
the program is cancelled. If you press the knob,
the “Start-of-cooking time“ is stored (the
icon turns steady on), so long as you have
programmed at least 1 minute of delay, and
goes to setting the “End-of-cooking time“
(the icon goes from o to ashing).
To program the “End-of-cooking time“, follow
the procedure in the related paragraph.
Cooking will start when “Start Time =Current
Time”.
Programming the “Minute Minder“
Programming the “Minute Minder“ gives you
a simple alarm at the end of the programmed
time without activating cooking (“Minute
Minder“ mode).
To schedule an “Alarm” without cooking
(“Minute Minder mode“), briey press the knob
3 times until the icon ashes. Then, turn the
knob, and the setting of the “Minute Minder“ is
the same as the “End-of-cooking time“ (see
corresponding paragraph).
The “Minute Minder“ can only be used when
there is no program running.
Displaying the program set
The programmer allows the display of the
program set.
To view the program set, briey press and
release the knob and the controller displays the
program set, moving the hands to the time set
and highlighting the steps with the ashing of
the related icons.
The controller will automatically return to
displaying the current time and continues
running the program set.

Deleting the program set
The controller allows cancelling the program.
To cancel the program set, press the knob for
afew seconds until the related icons turn o
and there isabeep.
The controller automatically returns to manual
cooking mode.
Power failure signal
The timer does not cancel the program in the
case of apower failure.
The timer signals each power failure of the
mains by making the icon ash, so the user
can check that the time is correct.
In this case, briey press the knob to disable
the signal.
Useful tips
How to read the cooking table
The table lists the best functions and levels to
use to cook dierent types of food. Cooking
times start from the moment the food is placed
in the oven. Cooking temperatures and times
are approximate and depend on the amount of
food and the type of accessory used. Use the
lowest recommended settings to begin with
and, if the food is not cooked enough, then
switch to higher settings. Use the accessories
supplied and preferably dark-coloured metal
cake tins and baking trays.
You can also use Pyrex or stoneware pans and
accessories, but bear in mind that cooking
times will be slightly longer.
Cooking dierent foods at the same
time
Using the “Forced air” function, you can cook
dierent foods which require the same cooking
temperature at the same time (for example: sh
and vegetables), on dierent levels. Remove the
food which requires ashorter cooking time and
leave the food which requires alonger cooking
time in the oven.

Cleaning and maintenance
Do not use steam cleaning equipment.
Carry out the required operations with
the oven cold.
Do not use wire wool, abrasive scourers or
abrasive / corrosive cleaning agents, as these
could damage the surfaces of the appliance.
Use protective gloves during all
operations. Disconnect the appliance from
the power supply.
Exterior surfaces
Clean the surfaces with adamp microbre
cloth. If they are very dirty, add a few drops
of pH-neutral detergent. Finish o with adry
cloth.
Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents.
If any of these products inadvertently comes
into contact with the surfaces of the
appliance, clean immediately with adamp
microbre cloth.
Interior surfaces
After every use, leave the oven to cool and
then clean it, preferably while it is still warm,
to remove any deposits or stains caused by
food residues. To dry any condensation that
has formed as aresult of cooking foods with
ahigh water content, allow the oven to cool
completely and then wipe it with acloth or
sponge.
Activate the “Steam cleaning” function for
optimum cleaning of the internal surfaces.
The door can be easily removed and retted
to facilitate cleaning of the glass.
Clean the glass in the door with asuitable
liquid detergent.
Accessories
Soak the accessories in awashing-up liquid
solution after use, handling them with oven
gloves if they are still hot. Food residues can be
removed using awashing-up brush or
a sponge.
Removing and retting the door
The oven door can be removed quickly and
easily. To do so, proceed as follows:
1. Open the door fully.
2. Lift the two levers shown in the gure below.
3. Close the door as far as the rst stop (caused
by the raised levers).
4. Lift the door upwards and outwards to
remove it from its mountings.
To replace t the door, t the hinges in their
mountings and lower the two levers.
Replacing the lamp
1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply.
2. Remove the cover from the light, replace the
bulb and put the cover back on the light.
3. Reconnect the oven to the power supply.
Note: The bulb used in the product is
specically designed for domestic appliances
and is not suitable for general room lighting
within the home (EC Regulation 244/2009).
Light bulbs are available from our After-sales
Service.
If using halogen bulbs, do not handle them
with your bare hands as your ngerprints could
cause damage. Do not use the oven until the
light cover has been retted.

Troubleshooting

Specify:
–the type of fault,
–the appliance model (art./Code),
–the serial number (S.N.) on the rating plate,
located on the bottom edge of the oven
cavity (visible when the oven door is open).
When contacting our Service Centre, please
state the codes provided on your product‘s
rating plate.

Lassen Sie das Gerät beim Dörren und

Bratenthermometer geeignet ist,
verwenden Sie nur ein für diesen Ofen
empfohlenes Bratenthermometer –
Brandgefahr.
Halten Sie Kleidung oder andere
entzündliche Materialien vom Gerät fern, bis
alle Komponenten vollständig ausgekühlt
sind –Brandgefahr. Bleiben Sie beim
Kochen mit viel Fett oder Öl und bei der
Zugabe von alkoholischen Getränken stets
wachsam – Brandgefahr.
Tragen Sie beim Entfernen von Töpfen und
Zubehörteilen stets Kochhandschuhe.
Önen Sie am Ende des Kochvorgangs die
Tür vorsichtig, damit heiße Luft oder Dampf
langsam entweichen kann. Greifen Sie erst
danach in das Backrohr hinein. Andernfalls
besteht Brandgefahr. Blockieren Sie die
heißen Luftauslässe vorne am Ofen nicht–
Brandgefahr.
Achten Sie darauf, bei geöneter oder
nach unten geklappter Ofentür nicht an
diese zu stoßen.
Zulässiger Gebrauch
Vorsicht: Das Gerät ist nicht für den
Betrieb über eine externe Schaltvorrichtung–
etwa eine Zeitschaltuhr –oder über ein
separat gesteuertes System ausgelegt.
Dieses Gerät ist für den Gebrauch im
Haushalt und in ähnlichen Bereichen wie
Mitarbeiterkantinen in Geschäften, Büros
und an anderen Arbeitsstätten, in
landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben, durch Gäste
in Hotels, Motels, Frühstückspensionen und
anderen Wohnunterkünften ausgelegt.
Eine andere Art der Verwendung

Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht im
Freien. Bewahren Sie keine explosiven oder
entzündlichen Substanzen (z.B. Benzin oder
Sprühdosen) in diesem Gerät oder in seiner
Nähe auf –Brandgefahr.
Installation
Das Gerät muss von mindestens zwei
Personen getragen und installiert werden –
Verletzungsgefahr. Tragen Sie zum
Auspacken und Installieren
Schutzhandschuhe – Schnittgefahr.
Die Installation, einschließlich
Wasseranschluss (falls zutreend) und
elektrischer Anschluss, sowie Reparaturen
sind von einem qualizierten Techniker
durchzuführen. Reparieren oder ersetzen
Sie keinerlei Komponenten des Geräts,
außer dies ist explizit im Benutzerhandbuch
angeführt. Halten Sie Kinder vom
Installationsort fern.
Vergewissern Sie sich nach dem
Auspacken des Geräts, dass es keine
Transportschäden aufweist. Kontaktieren
Sie bei etwaigen Problemen den Händler
oder Ihren Kundendienst in der Nähe. Nach
der Installation muss der Verpackungsabfall
(Plastik, Styroporteile etc.) außer Reichweite
von Kindern aufbewahrt werden –
Erstickungsgefahr.
Das Gerät muss vor Beginn der
Installation vom Stromnetz getrennt sein
–Stromschlaggefahr. Stellen Sie während
der Installation sicher, dass das Gerät das
Netzkabel nicht beschädigt –Brand- oder
Stromschlaggefahr. Nehmen Sie das Gerät
erst nach abgeschlossener Installation in
Betrieb.
Schneiden Sie die Küchenschränke zu,
bevor Sie das Gerät darin einpassen, und
entfernen Sie sämtliche Holzreste und
Sägespäne.
Entfernen Sie das Gerät erst bei der
Installation von seinem Styroporsockel.
Nach der Installation darf die
Unterseite des Geräts nicht mehr
zugänglich sein – Verbrennungsgefahr.
Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht
unmittelbar hinter einer Schranktür oder
Klappe –Brandgefahr.
Wenn das Gerät unter der
Arbeitsäche installiert wird, verbauen Sie
den Minimalabstand zwischen der
Arbeitsäche und der Oberkante des Ofens
nicht – Verbrennungsgefahr.
Elektrische Warnhinweise
Hinweis: Das Typenschild bendet
sich an der Vorderseite des Ofens am Rand
(bei geöneter Tür sichtbar).
Es muss möglich sein, das Gerät vom
Stromnetz zu trennen –entweder durch
Ausstecken, sofern der Stecker erreichbar
ist, oder über einen der Steckdose
vorgeschalteten und ordnungsgemäß
verkabelten Mehrfachschalter. Außerdem
muss das Gerät gemäß nationalen
Elektrizitätssicherheitsvorschriften geerdet
sein.
Verwenden Sie keine
Verlängerungskabel, Mehrfachsteckdosen
oder Adapter. Nach der Installation dürfen
die elektrischen Komponenten nicht für den
Anwender zugänglich sein.
Bedienen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn
Sie nass oder barfuß sind. Nehmen Sie
dieses Gerät nicht in Betrieb, wenn
Netzkabel oder -stecker beschädigt sind,
es nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert,
beschädigt oder fallen gelassen wurde.

Falls das Netzkabel beschädigt ist,
muss es durch den Hersteller, dessen
Kundendienstvertreter oder Personen mit
ähnlicher Qualikation gegen ein
identisches ausgetauscht werden, um
Gefahren durch Stromschlag zu vermeiden.
Wenn das Netzkabel ersetzt werden muss,
wenden Sie sich an eine autorisierte
Kundenservicestelle.
Reinigung und Pege
Warnung: Vergewissern Sie sich vor
der Durchführung jeglicher
Wartungsarbeiten, dass das Gerät
ausgeschaltet und vom Stromnetz getrennt
ist. Verwenden Sie niemals Dampfreiniger
– Stromschlaggefahr.
Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden
Reinigungsmittel oder Metallschaber zum
Reinigen der Glastüre, da diese die
Oberäche zerkratzen und zum Glasbruch
führen können.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor Reinigungs-
oder Wartungsarbeiten, dass das Gerät
abgekühlt ist –Verbrennungsgefahr.
Warnung: Schalten Sie vor dem
Auswechseln der Lampe das Gerät aus –
Stromschlaggefahr.
Entsorgung von Verpackungsmaterial
Das Verpackungsmaterial ist zu 100 %
recyclingfähig und mit dem Recycling-Symbol

Heizen Sie den Ofen nur vor, wenn dies in der
Gartabelle oder im Rezept steht. Verwenden
Sie dunkel lackierte oder emaillierte
Backbleche, da sie Hitze besser absorbieren.
Speisen mit längerer Kochzeit garen auch dann
fertig, wenn der Ofen bereits ausgeschaltet
wurde.
