简介
飞行电池是一款容量为16000mAh、电压为44.4V、带有充放电监测功能的电池。该款
电池用全新的高能电芯和先进的电池管理系统为飞行器提供充沛电力。
HY-12S16 UAV battery : 44.4V 16000mAh with monitoring function on charge and
discharge . Adopting large capacity li-polymer cell and advanced battery management
system , HY-12S16 is capable to supply abundant electricity to your UAV .
电池功能：Battery Functions :
1.电量显示：电池自带指示灯，可以显示电池当前电池电量。
Battery status : it has indicator that shows the battery status
2.寿命显示：电池自带指示灯，可以显示当前电池寿命。
Cycle life : can be shown from the indicator and computer as well
3.智能通讯：通过电池上的通讯接口实时获得电池信息，例如电压、电量等安全信
息，确保飞行器能正常工作。
Smart Telecommunication : it has telecom port though which we can get the info about
the battery voltage \battery power etc to have a safety control .
4.智能管理：电池连接至设备后，管理系统自动识别并提供指示灯显示。断开连接后，
电池将进入低功耗状态。
Smart battery management : the management system will recognize and light the
indicator automatically when connected with the UAV, after disconnected the battery will
be in a low power consumption mode .
5.异常使用记录：管理系统可显示异常记录，如高低温充放电，充电过流，放电过
流，长时间高电量储存。
Abnormal using record : the management system will record the abnormal using data
like over/low temperature charge/discharge , over current in charging and discharging ,
long time storage with high power
6.充电异常提示：在充电过程中出现异常，可根据指示灯提示进行修复，详见《充电异常
说明》。
Abnormal charging reminder : when it occurs abnormal charging we can repair it according
to indicator’s remind , details please check <Abnormal charging instruction>
使用电池前请详细阅读并严格遵守电池表面贴纸上的要求。未按要求使用造成的
后果由用户承担。对于非正常使用导致产生电池异常记录，或者使用期限超过六
个月，或充放次数超过 180 次的飞行电池将不予保修。
Read carefully and abide by the Warning label on battery before using or any danger or bad
results happened it will be carried by the user himself . For those battery with abnormal
records caused by wrong operation or lifespan exceed 6 months or cycle life exceed 180
times will have no warranty service any more .

使用飞行电池 Using instruction
开启/关闭飞行电池
开启飞行电池：首先连接供电通信接口，然后连接 XT90 或AS150 接口，电池将自动开
机供电。
Turn on the battery : 1 step – connect the power supply telecom port , 2 step – connect XT90
or AS150 port , the battery will start to supply the power automatically
关闭飞行电池：首先断开 XT90 或AS150 接口，再断开供电通信接口。
Turn off the battery : 1 step – disconnect the XT90 or AS150 port , 2 step – disconnect the
power supply telecom port .
开启电池请严格按照上述方法执行，否则可能会因为电池上电打火损伤飞行器的
电子模块。
Caution: Turn on the battery in strict accordance with the above method, or may
cause damage to the electronic module of the drones when battery ignition
使用注意事项 Attention :
1. 正常使用环境为（0至40℃)，在低温环境（5℃以下）下使用电池，电池放电性
能将严重降低从而导致飞行时间急剧减少。当电池在 -10℃与 5℃温度环境下使
用时，建议事先将电池充满电，并预热至 15℃以上，且做好保温，以确保电池
的工作性能均处在正常状态。
The normal use of the environment is (0 to 40 ℃), when using in low temperature
environment (5 ℃below), battery discharge performance will be seriously reduced which
resulting in a sharp reduction in flight time. When the battery being used in the -10 ℃and
5 ℃temperature environment, it is recommended to fully charge the battery in advance,
and preheat to 15 ℃or more, and do insulation to ensure that the battery performance
are in a normal state.
2. 禁止在超过 45℃的环境下使用本电池。
Forbid to using the battery in an environment of exceeding 45 ° C
查看电量 Power Check
在电池关机状态下，短按按键一次，LED 指示电池当前电量，2秒后指示灯熄灭；开机
状态下，LED 指示电量 3分钟（非充放电状态），之后进入关机状态。
In the battery shutdown state, press the button once, LED indicates the current battery power,
after 2 seconds the light will be off; when in boot state, LED indicates the power for 3
minutes (non-charge and discharge status), then enter the shutdown state.
电量指示灯可用于显示飞行电池充放电过程中的电量以及寿命，指示灯定
义如下。 The power indicator can be used to display the power and life of
the flight battery during charging and discharging. The indicator light is
defined as follows.

表示 LED 灯在指示过程中常亮 LED keeps on
表示 LED 灯在指示过程中有规律地闪亮 LED light is on a regular flash
表示 LED 灯熄灭 LED off
查看电池使用寿命 Rest lifespan check
电池寿命表示电池剩余的使用期限。开机状态，长按按键约 5S，4个LED 闪3次后指示
电量 2S，全灭 1S 后LED 显示电池当前寿命。
It means the rest lifespan of the battery . Turn on the battery , press the button about 5
seconds , 4 LED lights flash 3 times and indicate battery power 2 seconds , wait and after all
lights turned off for 1 seconds the LED will indicate the rest lifespan of the battery .
充电/Charge

1. 建议使用 1C（12A）充电（请勿超过 2C 充电）。
Suggest to charge the battery at 1C(12A)( no more than 2C )
2. 充电状态下轻触电池按键，电量指示灯将会循环闪烁，并指示当前电量。
Touch the battery button in the charge state slightly ,the battery indicator will be
flashed and then indicate the current power.
3. 飞行结束后电池温度较高，须待飞行电池降至 40℃再对飞行电池进行充电。
The battery temperature will be high after using, recharge the battery only if battery
temperature dropped down to 40 degree
4. 飞行电池最佳充电温度范围为 5℃至40℃。
The best charging temperature range for the battery will be between 5℃to 40℃
5. 请勿在无人值守时充电。
Don't charge when unattended
6. 确保飞行电池在干燥状态下进行充电。
Make sure lipo battery be charged in a dry environment
7.充电时若需要显示充电状态，则短按电量显示开关一次，再长按直至电池启动，便可
持续显示充电状态。
If you want to display the charge state when charging, short press the power display
switch once, and then long press and hold until the battery starts, it will show the state of
charge continuously.
报警说明 Alarm instructions :
（1）充电超压报警：
充电过程中，当检测到任一单体电压超过 4.25V，蜂鸣器滴滴报警， LED2 闪；电压均低
于4.15V 报警解除， LED 正常指示电量；报警时可进行手动关机，停止报警；开机后，

电压高于 4.15V，继续报警，直到电压小于 4.15V 解除报警。
Over-voltage alarm when charging : in the charging process, when it detects any single
voltage over 4.25V, buzzer alarm, LED2 flash; when the voltage is lower than 4.15V, the alarm
is cleared, the LED is normal to indicate the power state. The alarm can be stopped by
hand ;After turn on the battery if the voltage is still higher than 4.15V, the alarm will continue
until the voltage is lower than 4.15V.
（2）充电超温报警：Over heat warning when charging
充电时，当检测到电池温度高于 75℃时，蜂鸣器滴滴报警， LED1 和LED2 同时闪；充电
中，温度低于 65℃或者停止充电，报警自动解除， LED 正常指示电量。
when charging, if it detects the battery temperature is higher than 75 degrees, the buzzer
alarms, LED1 and LED2 flash at the same time.When charging, if the temperature is lower than
65 degrees or stop charging, the alarm will be automatically cleared and the LED will indicate
the power normally
（3）充电过流报警：Over current warning when charging
充电时，检测到充电电流大于 20A 时，蜂鸣器滴滴报警 10S 后停止，同时 LED3 闪，提
示充电过流；蜂鸣器报警 10S 后，直到充电电流小于 10A，LED 报警指示解除。
when charging, ifit detects the charging current is higher than 20A, the buzzer alarms for
10 seconds and stop, the LED3 flashes at the same time, indicating over-current; after the
buzzer alarms for 10S, the LED warning will not be cleared until the charging current is less
than 10A .
状态指示灯说明 Status indicator instructions :
（1）LED 指示灯： LED4 闪烁 When LED4 flashes
电池关机后，当检测到任一单体电压低于 3.7V 时，LED4闪烁，提示电池需要进行
充电至存储电压（建议存储单体电压 3.80—3.90V）；
报警提示过程中，当单体电压均高于 3.72V 时，报警自动解除；
当电池最低单体电压降到 3.5V 时，报警提示关闭，显示电池电量。
When turn off the battery , if any single cell voltage is lower than 3.7V the LED4 will flash
as a warning, it reminds the battery needs to be charged to storage voltage (suggested 3.8-

3.9V/cell) , warning will be released when all the cells voltage are higher than 3.72V .
（2）LED 指示灯： LED1 闪烁 When LED1 flashes
短按按键查看电量或电池开机后，当检测到电芯压差过大或者电压过低时，LED1 闪
烁进行报警提醒；
When short press the button to check the battery SOC or turn on the battery , if the
voltage difference is too big or voltage is too low the LED1 will flash as a warning .
电池压差大条件：单节电压均大于 3.85V，压差大于 200mV；
电池电压过低条件：最低单体电压小于 2.8V。
Condition of big voltage difference : single cells are higher than 3.85V , cells voltage
difference bigger than 200mV
Condition of low voltage : the lowest cell’s voltage is lower than 2.8V
（3）LED 指示灯： LED3 LED4 闪烁 When LED3 & LED4 flashes
电池存储自放电开启时，白色 LED 常亮指示状态。
When battery starts self-discharging in storage ,the white LED lights flash to indicate the
status .
上述异常指示灯闪烁时，需立即停止充电并检查异常情况，直至异常情况消
除后方可继续使用电池。
When the above abnormal indicator is flashing, it is necessary to stop charging
immediately and check the abnormal situation , the battery can be continued to
use after the abnormal situation has been solved .
电池存储 Battery Storage
1.电池组必须存储在-20℃至 40℃的范围内。
The battery shall be stored within the range of -20℃~40℃.
2.若长期（超过 3月）存储电池组，则必须置于温度为 23±5℃、湿度为 65±20%RH 的环
境中。
If the battery has to be stored for a long time (More than 3 months ) , it must be stored in
the environmental temperature of 23±5℃and humidity of 65±20%RH .
3.若需要将电池组存储超过 10 天，务必确保电池组电量保持在 50%-65%之间，以避

免电量过低导致过放或电量过高时导致电池组膨胀。
If the battery has to be stored for more than 10 days, make sure the battery power is
between 50%~65 % to avoid over discharge under lower battery power and battery
swelled under higher battery power.
