ATTENZIONE! Al termine della vita funzionale dell’apparecchio che
utilizza gas refrigerante R600a (isobutano) e gas inammabile nella
schiuma Isolante, lo stesso dovrà essere messo in sicurezza prima
dell’invio in discarica. Per questa operazione rivolgersi al Vs. negoziante
e all’ente Locale preposto.
ATTENZIONE! Quando installate il vostro apparecchio frigorifero è
importante tener conto della classe climatica del prodotto. Per conoscere
la classe climatica del vostro apparecchio cont rollate la targa dati
qui ripor tata. L’apparecchio funziona correttamente nel campo di
temperatura ambiente indicato in tabella, secondo la classe climatica.
ATTENZIONE! L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non
inferiore a 8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità siche, sensoriali o
mentali, o prive di esperienza o della necessar ia conoscenza, purché sot
to sorveglianza oppure dopo che le stesse abbiano ricevuto istruzioni
relative all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e alla comprensione dei pericoli
ad esso inerenti. I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio. La
pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad essere eettuata dall’utilizzatore
non deve essere eettuata da bambini senza sorveglianza.
ATTENZIONE! Mantenere libere da ostruzioni le aperture di ventilazione
nell’involucro dell’apparecchio o nella struttura da incasso.
ATTENZIONE!
Non danneggiare il circuito di refrigerazione.
ATTENZIONE! Non conservare sostanze esplosive in questo apparecchio,
come bombolette per aerosol con propellente inammabile.
ATTENZIONE! non usare dispositivi meccanici o altri metodi articiali per
accelerare il processo di sbrinamento, diversi da quelli raccomandati dal
costruttore.
ATTENZIONE! Non usare apparecchi elettrici all’interno dello scomparto
conservatore di cibi, se questi non sono di tipo raccomandato dal
costruttore.
ATTENZIONE! Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve
essere sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo servizio assistenza tecnica, o
comunque da persona con qualica similare, in modo da prevenire ogni
rischio.
Il presente apparecchio è concepito per essere utilizzato in applicazioni domestiche
e simili quali:
• la zona cucina destinata al personale di negozi, uci ed altri ambienti lavorativi;
• le fattorie e dai clienti negli alberghi, nei motel e in altri ambienti di tipo
residenziale;
• i bed e breakfast;
• i servizi di catering e applicazioni simili non per la vendita al dettaglio.
Questo prodotto è conforme alle vigenti normative europee di sicurezza relative alle
apparecchiature elettriche. E’ stato sottoposto a lunghe prove e meticolosi test per
valutarne la sicurezza e l’adabilità.
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati in targa siano corrispondenti
a quelli del vostro impianto. Non disperdere i materiali riciclabili dell’imballaggio
nell’ambiente ma portarli ad un impianto di smaltimento a nché possano essere
riciclati. La sicurezza elettrica di questo apparecchio è assicurata soltanto quando
è collegato ad un impianto elettrico munito di un’ecace presa di terra, a norma di
legge. E’obbligatorio veri care questo fondamentale requisito di sicurezza. In caso di
dubbio, richiedere un controllo accurato dell’impianto da parte di un tecnico quali
cato (legge 46/90).
L’uso di questa macchina, così come di un qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico, comporta
l’osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali:
• non toccare l’apparecchio con mani o piedi bagnati o umidi;
• non tirare il cavo di alimentazione per staccare la spina dalla presa;
• non lasciare esposto l’apparecchio agli agenti atmosferici;
• non permettere che l’apparecchio sia usato dai bambini senza sorveglianza; non
staccare o inserire la spina nella presa con le mani bagnate; - prima di eettuare
qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di manutenzione, disinserire l’apparecchio dalla
rete di alimentazione elettrica o staccando la spina o spegnendo l’interruttore
generale dell’impianto:
• in caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento, spegnere l’apparecchio, e non
manometterlo.
Il simbolo del cestino barrato SYMBOL riportato sul prodotto indica che
i Riuti derivanti dalle Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche (RAEE)
secondo l’attuazione della direttiva 2012/19/UE, non devono essere buttati
nella spazzatura indierenziata (cioè insieme ai “riuti urbani misti”), ma
devono essere gestiti separatamente così da essere sottoposti ad apposite

INSTALLAZIONE
• L’apparecchio è dotato di ruote posteriori per consentire un facile spostamento.
• Non installate l’apparecchio vicino ad una sorgente di calore.
• Posizionatelo in un luogo asciutto e ben ventilato.
• Per un corretto funzionamento e per evitare formazioni di condensa all’esterno
dell’apparecchio, lasciate libero uno spazio di almeno 5 cm nella parte superiore
e 3 cm lateralmente.
LIVELLAMENTO
Accertatevi che l’apparecchio sia livellato.
Regolare i piedini anteriori se necessario (Fig. 2-3).
ATTENZIONE! Mantenere libere da ostruzioni le aperture di ventilazione
nell’involucro dell’apparecchio o nella struttura da incasso.

operazioni per il loro riutilizzo, oppure a uno specico trattamento, per rimuovere
e smaltire in modo sicuro le eventuali sostanze dannose per l’ambiente ed estrarre
le materie prime che possono essere riciclate. In Italia i RAEE devono perciò essere
consegnati ai Centri di Raccolta (chiamati anche isole ecologiche o piattaforme
ecologiche) allestiti dai Comuni o dalle Società di igiene urbana. Quando si acquista una
nuova apparecchiatura, inoltre, si può consegnare il RAEE al negoziante, che è tenuto a
ritirarlo gratuitamente (ritiro “uno contro uno”); I RAEE di “piccolissime dimensioni” (nei
quali cioè nessuna dimensione supera i 25 cm) possono essere consegnati gratuitamente
ai negozianti anche quando non si compra nulla (ritiro “uno contro zero” – che però è
obbligatorio solo per i negozi con supercie di vendita superiore a 400 mq).
DISIMBALLO
Ponete l’apparecchio nel punto d’installazione (cap. POSIZIONAMENTO EMESSA IN
OPERA).
• Tagliate le reggette e slate il cartone o sacco in plastica esterno (g. 2).
• Eliminate subito i sacchi in plastica i quali possono rappresentare pericolo peri
bambini.
• Una volta liberato l’apparecchio dal suo imballo eliminate ancora i anchi equindi
il basamento (g. 2A, 2B).
IMBALLO
Il materiale di imballoè riciclabile al100%. Per lo smaltimento seguite lenormativelocali.
Il materiale di imballaggio (sacchetti di plastica, parti in polistirolo, ecc.) deveessere
tenuto fuori dalla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziale fonte di pericolo.
PRODOTTO
L’apparecchioèstatofabbricatoconmaterialericiclabile.Larottamazionedovràavvenire
seguendo le normative locali per lo smaltimento dei riuti. L’apparecchioda rottamare
dovrà essere reso inservibile tagliando il cavo elettrico di alimentazione.
L’apparecchio da rottamare non dovrà essere disperso nell’ambiente, ma
consegnatopresso gli appositi centri di raccolta per il recupero dei gas refrigeranti e oli
lubricanti.
RIMOZIONEDELLEPROTEZIONI PER ILTRASPORTO
Controllate che l’apparecchio non sia danneggiato. I danni subiti durante il trasporto
devono essere segnalati al Vostro Rivenditore entro 24 ore dal ricevimento.
Rimuovere la protezione dalla guarnizione della porta.
1. La protezione evita i possibili danni della guarnizione dovuti al trasporto.
La protezione deve essere rimossa per poter chiudere ermeticamente la porta.
Per togliere la protezione, tirare leggermente un’estremità, ruotandola verso l’esterno.
2. Rimuovere i dispositivi di blocco dei ripiani in vetro.
Tali elementi in plastica evitano lo spostamento dei ripiani durante il trasporto.
Per rimuovere i dispositivi di blocco, procedere come segue:
a) Aerrare gli elementi in plastica, ruotandoli no a disimpegnarli totalmente dal
ripiano (g. 2-2A).
b) Estrarre gli elementi tirandoli verso l’esterno (g. 2-2B).

Questo apparecchio è senza CFC (il circuito refrigerante contiene R134a) o senza HFC (il
circuito refrigerante contiene R600a Isobutano).
Per maggiori dettagli, riferitevi alla targhetta matricola posta all’interno
dell’apparecchio (g.7).
L’aria secca della ventilazione permette di rareddare i cibi pià rapidamente;
così la tecnica NO FROST è stata applicata in modo che il freddo venga
mantenuto pià omogeneo.
ATTENZIONE! Quando installate il vostro apparecchio è importante tener
conto della classe climatica del prodotto. Per conoscere la classe climatica
del vostro apparecchio controllate la targa dati qui riportata.

click si spegne la spia accesa e si accende la successiva i in modo lampeggiante
per 4 secondi in base alla sequenza S2-S3-S4-S5. La nuova impostazione sarà
memorizzata al termine della fase di lampeggiamento. L’inserimento della funzione
SUPER (S5) avviene quando tramite il tasto (T1) si accende la spia gialla (S5) in modo
sso. Le funzioni programmate restano memorizzate anche in mancanza di corrente
o quando l’apparecchiatura è scollegata.
FUNZIONE SUPER
La funzione super si inserisce premendo il tasto (T1) ripetutamente no a che
non si accende la spia gialla S5.
La funzione SUPER si arresta automaticamente dopo circa 27 ore, ma è possibile
interromperla in qualsiasi momento premendo il tasto T1 no alla nuova
impostazione desiderata. Durante la funzione SUPER il compressore funziona
per 65 minuti acceso e 25 minuti spento.
CONDIZIONE DI ALLARME TEMPERATURA FREEZER
L’allarme si attiva quando la temperatura interna dello scomparto freezer è superiore
a -12° (esempio -11°). Viene segnalata in modo lampeggiante dalla spia rossa
lampeggiante (S6).
POSSIBILI CAUSE:
• E’ stata introdotta nel congelatore una quantità eccessiva di alimenti (vedere
USO DELLO SCOMPARTO CONGELATORE).
• La porta è rimasta aperta.
• Si è interrotta la corrente elettrica.
• Vi è un guasto nell’apparecchiatura.
Per ottimizzare il volume dello scomparto congelatore, senza alterare il
funzionamento dell’apparecchiatura, si possono togliere i 2 cassetti superiori,
e conservare unicamente il cassetto inferiore.
LAMPADA INTERNA
Ad ogni apertura della porta, si accende la lampada di illuminazione interna dello
scomparto frigo; in caso di un’apertura prolungata della porta, la lampada si spegne
in maniera automatica dopo 5 minuti di unzionamento; per riattivarla occorre chiu-
dere la porta ed aprirla di nuovo.
COME CONSERVARE GLI ALIMENTI NEL
COMPARTO FRIGORIFERO
• La distanza fra i ripiani e la parete posteriore interna del frigorifero assicura la
libera circolazione dell’aria.
• Non disponete gli alimenti a diretto contatto con la parete posteriore del
comparto frigorifero.
• Non ponete gli alimenti ancora caldi nei comparti.
• Conservare i liquidi in contenitori chiusi
• Il sistema NO-FROST garantisce una temperatura costante e una capacità di
rareddamento più rapida.
• La circolazione forzata di aria esente da umidità tende ad asciugare rapida-
mente i cibi, per questo raccomandiamo di proteggerli in contenitori sigillati.
USO DELLO SCOMPARTO CONGELATORE
Questa apparecchiatura comprende scomparti ben separati (g. 4)::
• Il cassetto“A” superiore si utilizza per la congelazione di alimenti freschi.
• I 2 cassetti inferiori“B”servono esclusivamente per la conservazione di alimenti
surgelati o congelati.
Per ottenere una congelazione ottimale, è indispensabile attivare la congelazione
rapida (SUPER) almeno 3 ore prima di introdurre gli alimenti.
COME CONGELARE GLI ALIMENTI FRESCHI
Il comparto congelatore (****) permette il congelamento degli alimenti. La quantità
di alimenti freschi che può essere congelata in 24 ore, è indicata sulla targhetta
matricola (vedi paragrafo “Collegamento elettrico”).
• I collegamenti elettrici devono essere conformi alle normative di sicurezza
elettrica.
• Controllate che il voltaggio sulla targhetta matricola corrisponda alla tensione
della vostra abitazione.
• La messa a terra dell’apparecchio è obbligatoria a termini di legge. Il fabbricante
declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni subiti da persone, animali o
cose, derivanti dalla mancata osservanza di queste norme.
• Se la spina e la presa non sono dello stesso tipo, fate sostituire la spina da un
tecnico qualicato.
ATTENZIONE!
Non usate adattatori, prese multiple o prolunghe (Fig. 6).
ATTENZIONE! Se si spegne e si riaccende subito l’apparecchiatura, il
compressore si mette in funzione dopo circa 10 minuti. Questo rientra
nel normale funzionamento dell’apparecchiatura.
COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO

AVVERTENZA IMPORTANTE
ATTENZIONE! Qualora il prodotto fosse stato coricato durante il trasporto,
occorre disporlo nella normale posizione verticale per almeno sei ore
prima della messa in funzione, altrimenti potrebbe risultare rumoroso
nelle fasi di lavoro.
ATTENZIONE! Prima di inserire la spina nella presa di corrente, assicurarsi
che la tensione di linea corrisponda con quella riportata nella targa dati
del prodotto (“Vedere la sezione connessioni elettriche”).
ACCENSIONE APPARECCHIO
Se all’inserimento della spina nella presa di corrente la spia verde (S2 - posizione
minima) non si accende signica che il prodotto è spento. Per mettere in funzione
l’apparecchio, premere per almeno 0.5 secondi il tasto T1,un segnale acustico (1 beep)
ne conferma l’accensione. Lo spegnimento dell’apparecchio avviene premendo
il tasto T1 per 4 secondi, seguito da un segnale acustico (2 beep). All’accensione il
funzionamento viene segnalato dalla spia verde (S2 - posizione minima) accesa. Se
il comparto congelatore è caldo si accenderà in modo lampeggiante anche la spia
rossa (S6 - allarme) che si spegnera automaticamente al raggiungimento di -12°C nel
comparto congelatore.
PROGRAMMAZIONE E REGOLAZIONE DELLA TEMPERATURA
È possibile selezionare 3 temperature ben distinte segnalate dalle 3 spie verdi
(S2-S3-S4). Per cambiare impostazione occorre premere il tasto (T1), ad ogni

PER LA PULIZIA INTERNA DI TUTTE LE PARTI IN PLASTICA E
DELLA GUARNIZIONE PORTA
Usate esclusivamente una soluzione di bicarbonato di sodio in acqua tiepida 2
cucchiai in 2 litri di acqua.
ATTENZIONE!
Non usate abrasivi e detersivi di alcun genere.
PULIZIA DEL CONDENSATORE
Da compiere almeno due volte l’anno.
Utilizzate un aspirapolvere per uso domestico o una spazzola (g. 5). Un condensatore
sporco inuisce negativamente sull’apparecchio riducendone le prestazioni.
PER ASSENZE PROLUNGATE
• Vuotate i comparti.
• Disinserite l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica.
• Pulite entrambi i comparti e asciugateli.
• Lasciate aperte le porte per impedire la formazione di cattivi odori o mue.
6PULIZIA
Come procedere:
• Avvolgete e sigillate l’alimento in: fogli alluminio, pellicola trasparente, imballi
impermeabili di plastica, contenitori di polietilene con coperchi, contenitori da
congelatore.
• Sistemate l’alimento nei comparti indicati lasciando suciente spazio attorno ai
pacchetti per permettere la circolazione dell’aria.
In caso di interruzione di corrente, il comparto congelatore mantiene la
temperatura di conservazione per 18 ore circa.
Quando acquistate alimenti surgelati tenete sempre presenti i seguenti fattori:
• L’imballo o il pacchetto devono essere intatti, poichè l’alimento può deteriorarsi.
Se un pacchetto è gono o presenta delle macchie di umido, non è stato
conservatonelle condizioni ottimali e può aver subito un inizio di scongelamento.
• Acquistate gli alimenti surgelati per ultimi e usare borse termiche per il trasporto.
• Appena a casa riponete immediatamente gli alimenti surgelati nel comparto
congelatore.
• Evitate o riducete al minimo le variazioni di temperatura.
• Rispettate la data di scadenza riportata sulla confezione dei surgelati.
• Seguite sempre le istruzioni sull’imballo per la conservazione degli alimenti
congelati.
• La quantità massima degli alimenti freschi che si possono congelare in kg/24h,
èriportata sulla targhetta delle caratteristiche tecniche.
• Evitate di mettere cibi da congelare a contatto di quelli già congelati, onde evitare
un innalzamento di temperatura di quest’ultimi.
PRODUZIONE CUBETTI DI GHIACCIO
Riempite la bacinella del ghiaccio per 3/4 di acqua, riponetela nel vano congelatore
e nell’apposito cassetto scorrevole (se in dotazione).
SBRINAMENTO
Lo sbrinamento del frigo-congelatore è automatico pertanto non richiede alcun
intervento.
ATTENZIONE! Non ricongelate gli alimenti parzialmente scongelati, ma
consumateli entro 24 ore.
IN ASSENZA DI ENERGIA ELETTRICA
In mancanza di corrente, accertarsi sulla durata della sospensione.
Se la previsione non supera le 12 ore, lasciate gli alimenti nel congelatore e
tenetechiusa la porta.
Se la mancanza di corrente dovesse superare tale periodo di 12 ore e una partedegli
alimenti si dovesse scongelare, è opportuno consumare quest’ultimi al piùpresto.
• Togliere gli alimenti e avvolgerli in più strati di carta a giornale e conservarli
infrigorifero o in un luogo fresco.
• Tenere presente che un aumento di temperatura degli alimenti riduce

Prima di contattare il Servizio Assistenza:
• Veri cate se è possibile eliminare da soli i guasti (vedere“Guida Ricerca Guasti”).
• Riavviate l’apparecchio per accertarvi che l’inconveniente sia stato eliminato.
Se il risultato è negativo, disinserite nuovamente l’apparecchio e ripetete l’operazione
dopo un’ora.

THE APPLIANCE
INSTALLATION
• The appliance is equipped with rear wheels so that it may be moved easily
• Do not install the appliance near a source of heat.
• Put it in a dry, well-ventilated place.
• To ensure correct running and to avoid the formation of condensate on the outer
surface of the appliance, leave a space of at least 5 cm at the top and 3 cm at the
side.
LEVELLING THE APPLIANCE
Make sure that the appliance is on level.
Adjust the front feet if necessary (Fig. 2-3).
WARNING! Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in
the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.

REMOVAL OF PACKAGING
Place the appliance in its installation site (chap. POSITIONING AND INSTALLINGTHE
APPLIANCE).
• Cut straps and remove the box or plastic bag (g. 2).
• Immediately destroy the plastic bags as they could be dangerous for children.
• Once the appliance is free from its packaging, remove the side protections and
then the base (g. 2A, 2B).
PACKAGING
Packaging material is 100% recyclable. For its disposal follow your local regulations.
The packaging material (plastic bags, polystyrene parts etc.) must be kept out
ofchildren’s reach as it could be dangerous.
PRODUCT
Scrapping must be carried out according to your local regulations on the disposal
ofwaste materials. Before scrapping the appliance, cut the electrical supply cable so
thatit can no longer be used. The appliance must not be left in the environment, it
must behanded over to a collection center specialized in the recovery of refrigerating
gasesand lubricating oils.

The protection is used to protect the gasket during transport.

To remove the protection, lightly pull one end while rotating it outwards.
2. Remove the glass shelf locking devices.
These plastic elements prevent the shelves from moving during transport.
To remove the shelf locking devices, proceed as follows:
a) Grasp the plastic locking device and rotate it until it comes away from the shelf
(g. 2-2A).
b) Remove the locking device by pulling it outwards (g. 2-2B).

CAUTION
Whenever the product has been lying horizontally during transportation, it should
be left to stand upright for at least six hours before it is switched on, otherwise it may
be noisy when it is in operation.
Before plugging the appliance in, make sure that the power supply voltage
corresponds to the value shown on the product data plate (“See the section Electrical
connection”).
SWITCHING ON THE APPLIANCE
On insertion of the plug in the mains socket, if the green led (S2 - minimum
position) does not light, this means that the appliance is switched o. To start up
the appliance, press button T1 for at least 0.5 seconds, an acoustic signal (1 beep)
conrms its turning on.The unit is turned o by pressing the T1 button for 4 seconds,
followed by an acoustic signal (two beeps). On power-up, operation is indicated by
illumination of the green led (S2 - minimum position) . If the freezer compartment
is warm, the red led (S6 - alarm) starts to ash, and turns o automatically when the
freezer compartment reaches the temperature of -12°C.
TEMPERATURE PROGRAMMING AND CONTROL
3 dierent temperatures can be selected, as indicated by the 3 green leds (S2-S3-S4).
To change settings, press button (T1); on each click the illuminated led turns o and
the next one ashes for 4 seconds according to the sequence S2-S3-S4-S5. The new
setting is saved at the end of the ashing phase. Activation of SUPER mode (S5)
is by means of button (T1) after which the yellow led (S5) is permanently lit. The
programmed functions are memorised also in the event of a power failure or when
the appliance is disconnected.
SUPER FUNCTION
The SUPER function was designed to reduce the temperature inside the refrigerator
compartment in the shortest possible time.
Super mode is activated by pressing button (T1) repeatedly until the yellow led S5
illuminates.
SUPER mode stops automatically after approx. 27 hours, but it can be interrupted at
any time by pressing T1 as many times as required for the new setting. During SUPER
mode, the compressor runs for 65 minutes ON and 25 minutes OFF.
FREEZER TEMPERATURE ALARM
The alarm is activated when the internal temperature of the freezer compartment
exceeds -12° (for example -11°). On activation, the red led (S6) ashes.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
• An excessive amount of food has been placed in the freezer (see USING THE
FREEZER COMPARTMENT).
• The door has been left open.
• There has been a power cut.
• There is a fault in the appliance.
To optimize the volume of the freezer compartment,without altering the
operation of the appliance, you canremove the 2 top drawers, and store
onlythe bottom drawer.
INTERNAL LIGHT
Every time the door is opened, the light inside the refrigerator compartment is
switched on; if the door is opened for an extended period of time, the light switches
o automatically after 5 minutes. To switch it back on, simply close the door and
open it again.
HOWTO STORE FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR
COMPARTMENT
• The distance between the shelves and the rear internal wall of the refrigerator
ensures that air circulates freely.
• Do not place food in direct contact with the rear wall of the refrigerator
compartment.
• Do not place food that is still warm into the compartments.
• Keep all liquids in closed containers.
• The NO-FROST system guarantees a constant temperature and a more rapid
freezing capacity.
• The humidity-free, forced air circulation tends to dry food up quickly and for
this reason, we advise keeping all food in closed containers.
USINGTHE FREEZER COMPARTMENT
This freezer has two separate compartments (g. 4):
• Upper drawer“A”is used for freezing fresh food.
• The two lower“B”drawers are reserved exclusively for storing frozen products.
For optimum freezing, activate the quick-freeze function (SUPER) at least 3 hours
beforehand.
HOW TO FREEZE FRESH FOOD
The freezer compartment (****) makes it possible to freeze food. The quantity of fresh
food, which can be frozen in 24 hours, is shown on the rating plate (see paragraph
entitled“Electrical wiring”).
Proceed as follows:
• Wrap the food in aluminum foil, transparent lm, plastic waterproof packaging,
covered polyethylene containers, freezer containers.
• Place the groceries in the compartments; allow sucient free space around
them so that the air can circulate freely.
If there is a power failure, the freezer compartment will keep its preserving
temperature for about 18 hours.
When you purchase frozen food always bear in mind the following factors:
• The packaging or packet must be intact, otherwise the food may spoil. If a packet
is swollen or shows damp marks, it has not been stored in optimum conditions and
may have started to thaw.
• Purchase frozen food goods last and transport them in an insulated box.
• As soon as you arrive home, place the frozen goods immediately in the freezer
compartment.
• Avoid or reduce variations in temperature to a minimum.
• Keep to the expiry date shown on the frozen food package.
• Always follow the instructions on the packaging on how to preserve the frozen
foods.
• The maximum amount of fresh food that can be frozen is shown in kg/24h on the
rating plate with the technical specications.
• Avoid placing food that has to be frozen in contact with food that has already been
frozen so that the latter does not under go a rise in temperature.
PRODUCTION OF ICE CUBES
Fill the ice container three quarters full with water; place it on the appropriate sliding
shelf in the freezer compartment (if available).
DEFROSTING
The fridge-freezer defrosts automatically and therefore there is no need for anything
to be done to it.

POWER CUT
If a power cut should occur, try to establish its duration.
If the forecast is less than 12 hours, leave the food in the freezer and keep the door
closed.
If the power cut lasts for longer than 12 hours and part of the food starts to thaw out,
this should be consumed as soon as possible.
• Remove the food, wrap it in several layers of newspaper and place it in the fridge
or in a cool location.
• Remember that an increase in the temperature of the food will greatly reduce
its storage life.
WARNING! Do not use any mechanical devices or other articial methods
other that those recommended by the manufacturer for accelerating the
defrosting process.
WARNING! Unless otherwise approved by the manufacturer, do not use
electrical appliances inside the food storage compartment.
CLEANING
WARNING! Before starting any cleaning, disconnect the appliance from
the mains electricity supply.
WARNING! The protections (wire grill, covers) must not be removed by
unqualiedpersonnel: do not use the appliance if the protections have
been removed.
CLEANING THE INTERNAL PLASTIC PARTS AND THE DOOR GASKET
Use a warm solution of bicarbonate of soda (two spoonfuls in two litres of water).
IMPORTANT!
Do not use abrasives or detergents of any kind.
CLEANING THE CONDENSER
This should be carried out at least twice a year.
Clean using a domestic vacuum cleaner or a brush (g. 5). A dirty condenser will have
a negative eect on the appliance and reduce its performance.
FOR PROLONGED ABSENCES
• Empty the compartments.
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains electricity supply.
• Clean both the compartments and dry them.
• Leave the doors open to prevent bad smells or mould from forming.
1. The appliance does not work. Check that:
• Is there a power cut?
• Is the plug inserted properly in the mains socket?
• Is the power supply cable damaged?
• Is the temperature setting correct?
2. The temperature inside the compartments is not low enough. Check that:
• Do the doors close properly?
• Is the appliance installed near to a heat source?
• Is the temperature setting correct?
• Is the condenser clean?
3. The temperature inside the fridge compartment is too low. Check that:
• Is the thermostat in the right position?
4. The appliance is very noisy. Check that:
• Is the appliance in contact with other furniture or objects?
• Are the pipes on the back touching or vibrating?
• Is the appliance level?
5. The interior light does not work
• Contact the Technical Assistance Service.
6. There is water on the oor. Check that:
• Is tray V inserted correctly and in contact with the compressor (g. 5)?
• Is drain pipe R correctly inserted in the tray (g. 5)?
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE
Before contacting the Assistance Service:
• Check whether it is possible to rectify the problem by referring to
the“Troubleshooting”guide.
• Restart the appliance to check whether the problem has been resolved. If
theproblem still exists, disconnect the appliance from the mains electricity
supplyand repeat the operation after one hour.
If the appliance is not working properly or not working at all, before calling
theTechnical Assistance Service check that:
• The plug is inserted properly in the mains socket.
• The mains supply is working.
• The temperature is set correctly.
• The doors close properly.
• The power supply voltage corresponds to that of the appliance (± 6%).
• If the problem still exists, call the Assistance Service.

CLEANING THE ANTIBACTERIAL FILTER
Perform cleaning the antibacterial lter every 4
months.
