• Always close the door with one hand on the handle to avoid
crushing you ngers.

Risk of electric shock
• Disconnect the oven from the power source during service and
when replacing spare parts.
• Make sure that the service technician can see that the power
plug is disconnected at all times during maintenance and
repair.

• After maintenance and service, perform an electrical
inspection in compliance with local and national rules and
regulations.
WARNING
Risk of cutting or severing
• Be very careful, if you need to remove the bafe plate in front of
the fan wheel during service or maintenance.

• Be careful when you remove the used HydroShield water lter
as it is heavy and lled with water.

• Cool down the oven before servicing or maintaining the oven.
• Use personal protective gloves if you perform maintenance or
repair in a hot cavity.

Suffocation and/or explosion due to gas leak
If you smell gas, do the following:
• Immediately extinguish any ames.
• Immediately open all doors and windows.
• Do not press any electrical switches.
• Close all gas supply taps.
• Check that all gas installations are closed.
• Only switch the light on if there is no smell of gas.

Suffocation and/or explosion due to gas leak
• The installation of the gas supply tubing must comply with
local and national rules and regulations.
• The installation of gas supply tubing must be periodically
examined and replaced, if necessary.

• Make sure the ventilation is running when you adjust the oven.
• Monitor the CO2values carefully.
• The CO2 values must not exceed 400 ppm for any length of
time.

• After maintenance and service on gas components such as
gas valves or gas fans or switching to different types of gas,
perform a detailed ue gas analysis.
• Use appropriate CO2and O2monitoring equipment.
• The ue gas analysis must be carried out by an authorised
technician.

Suffocation and/or explosion due to gas leak
• Secure the gas hose protection strap as close as possible to
the exible connector.
• Make sure the gas hose protection strap is short enough to
prevent strain on the contractor.
• Make sure it is easy to install and connect the connector when
the gas hose protection strap is fully extended.
• If the gas hose protection strap is removed for any reason, ret
it when the oven is back in place.
• The maximum length of the gas hose protection strap is 1.5 m.

Suffocation and/or explosion due to gas leak
• Install the gas oven under an extraction hood that is
switched on when the oven is working.
• Do not block the exhaust pipes or the area around the oven.

• Before activating the combustion, start with a gas leak check
of the hoses and components in the gas burner system.
• Use a detection tool or spray leak nder, which is approved
by local rules and regulations.
